Everything Protein Bowl Portion size was ok. Comes with green salsa. Not too spicy. Flavor of the whole bowl fell short for me... could use a whole lot more flavor. The fish and chicken pieces were tender though. Unfortunately comes with too much rice. The interior is very nice and lots of tables and seats inside as well as outside in a shaded area. Wish they had trash cans around. It was very inconvenient for me to discard my trash after I was done. I was able to order through the app and apply my rewards- easy and convenient. I particularly like the Norwalk location because there's ample parking and a nice patio seating. Inside is very spacious as well - clean tables and seats. My order always changes here because I like trying the different options they offer. I've had their Salmon plate (garlic butter sauce) with white rice and diced zucchini & rosemary, Salmon & Swai Combo Plate (half cajun/half garlic butter sauce) with kaleslaw and brussels sprouts (upgrade side), Dynamite Shrimp Bowl with brown rice (additional cost), Everything Protein Bowl with white rice, Battered Fish Taco Combo with white rice and beans, New England Clam Chowder, and their Chewy Marshmallow Treat. Three standard containers, might be about 8-12 oz and meant for one individual serving. I received brown rice, Kaleslaw, and beans. These are normally $4-5 each. The containers are not packed full as servings are single portions. All three were decent in portion and taste with simple seasoning. Pick up was pleasant and easy. This is a good deal for the menu prices but if you want something exciting there's no guarantee. Rice, salad and beans are some of the staple sides. I'm really glad I did. The restaurant has a clean, open layout with stainless steel chairs and tables, plus polished cement floors. There are wood accents along the counter and walls, which give the place a fresh, coastal seafood vibe. I ordered the classic three-piece Fish & Chips plate, which came with seasoned fries, miso slaw, and a side of tartar sauce. Nicole at the register even brought the plate to my table. I was honestly blown away by the size of the fish. She had mentioned they were a good size, but I didn't expect them to look this huge. The pieces were golden, crisp, and fresh from the fryer. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a perfect crunch on the outside and tender, flaky inside. The fries were hot and nicely seasoned, with a great texture and a bit of herb and spice on top. The slaw was bright and colorful, with a sweet and zesty flavor that balanced everything really well. It turned out to be an amazing lunch. Everything on the plate worked together. I even noticed the guy at the table next to me was enjoying a salmon salad, which looked amazing. He was cool enough to let me take a picture of it! Had the Cajun shrimp taco, so many layers of flavors in the taco, everything was so fresh, tortilla was delicious, the salsa verde was not needed but added a nice layer of flavor. Had shrimp in every bite! Lastly ordered sweet potato fries, they were a little soggy but I didn't mind it the dipping sauce it came with was so yummy! Definitely will be returning, pretty extensive menu so many options to choose from! Excellent staff and service, Heavenly and the other young gal behind the counter were very attentive and helpful.
