Pasta's right in the name, but don't sleep on the sandwiches. They have inexplicably removed the best item -- the garlic chicken sandwich -- from the menu. The chicken pesto panini uses Swiss cheese, which adds a frankly nasty tang to an otherwise tasty sando -- request a different cheese. The California cheese steak is nice, with tender steak, sweet peppers, onions, shrooms and a soft roll. The Caesar salad that comes with everything isn't good -- watery dressing, store-bought croutons, often warm from being snugged up against a sandwich -- yet I weirdly crave it when I haven't had it for a while. Go figure, lol. Counter service is friendly. The majority of seating is outside. The location, right in the Paseo Nuevo mall, is super convenient when downtown. read more

The food arrived fresh and everything tasted fantastic, it wasn't too cheesy, but had the right amount of cheese, flavors, shrimp and chicken were juicy, portion was right.
