Solid 3 stars. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger sliders and a salmon plate. The sliders were delicious, reminded me of a burger you'd get fresh off a grill in a friends backyard. The patties were juicy and well cooked. Definitely needed more bacon, the small bits of it were difficult to find. A better or fresher bun would also spruce these sliders right up. My salmon plate was mostly good. The salmon was over cooked and dry, in desperate need of some type of sauce. I ate maybe a third of it and filled up on the sides it came with. The side salad of kale carrots and grapes were dressed perfectly and very yummy! The white rice was good too. The fries that came with the sliders were fries, nothing spectacular. Service was fine. It took about 10 minutes to get our food, they cooked everything fresh after I ordered and I appreciate that. read more

Found this food truck outside my office building and decided to give it a try. It took very little time to get my cheese steak sandwich, though I did arrive at a time when there were no other people waiting for food. Looked like fairly standard burger/fry/sandwich-type food. I was afraid that the portions for the burgers would be too small so I went with the cheese steak and it was fairly decent. There was a high bread-to-meat ratio though, which would've resulted in a worse review had the bread been less tasty. I thought that the fries with pepper and salt sprinkled in was a nice touch to what would've been a bland side; just be aware that they might be too salty for some people. Because of a very specific orange aversion, my obvious choice was salmon. I didn't want rice, and I skipped the salad because the dressing had orange. The salmon was delicious: moist and flavorful and not fishy at all. The cashier was so sweet and totally helped by knowing the marinade ingredients and the dressing ingredients. This food is crazy overpriced and the part that is edible is completely bland. Chunks of inedible chicken with bbq sauce for $11. You should be ashamed. The chicken was so dry and some pieces were hard It looked like the photo but that's the only positive side. The potato "salad" was just chunks of potatoes, no seasoning or any other ingredients. The best thing on the plate was the white rice. My friends had the chicken kabob- also couldn't eat it The mini burgers with fries- charred burger and even the fries were gross. Their food is SO good! I got the OG and the chicken is so well cooked and juicy! They also gave me free samples of their garlic fries and the MAILI, both of which were very tasty! Truck was operated by two very nice and helpful gentlemen. The food took some time to be prepared (about 8 minutes), but the wait was worth it as it was of quality. I was impressed by the service and food from this food truck! I recently managed the F&B for a non profit event and was lucky to find Yenni at Cali's Flaming Grill. She worked with me to establish a menu for our guests and VIPS all with a very reasonable minimum. Other trucks wouldn't come out for less than 500 ppl or a minimum guarantee of at least 1K- mind you this was a non-profit event. We had ribs, chicken kabobs, pulled pork sliders- ALL were winners and I couldn't keep the VIP room full enough as they were going faster than I could run the food. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this truck highly! read more

Chicken kabob is made with chicken breast and it is very dry and not the best. It is overpriced for what it is.

If I can put more stars I so would!!! The whole team is so friendly every time they come to my community. I can tell they really care about their customers and always make sure they provide the best customer service and food possible! The least I can do is leave a review I just hope more people hear about them and give them a try one day. We had a food truck night at our apartment complex which was supposed to start at 5. They were late which isnt a huge issue. That being said the food was not good at all. The fries seemed to have been refried and the bbq pork was the worst. The potato salad was not great. They had no utensils and food containers just plates. Overall bad experience. read more

This food truck came up to SanJose for the Water Lantern Festival. We waited 30 mins to place an order. We were told it would take 30 mins to receive the food. There were 2 cooks preparing food. This event had a gazillion people there. We got hangry! Food took 2 hours before ended up asking for a refund. Not sure who is to blame-food production or the mismanagement of the event. read more

We got the chicken, steak plates that came with rice and potato salad and the pulled pork sandwiches came with fries. Portion sizes are great, you will get full. The flavor was good on both the chicken and steak but the chicken was a bit dry. The pulled pork sandwich was not my favorite. It's drenched in sauce and the meat was as if it went through the blender. The flavor was okay but nothing amazing. Rice was simple white rice and the potato salad was good. I'm giving 3 stars because it wasn't awful, just not my personal favorite and wouldn't order again. read more

Got myself a Philly cheese steak and fries with a coke... Total was $15. Not too horrible but it was just so so. Fries were good.. Hot and crispy. Sandwich was just OK. Hot and melty like you would expect. Tons of peppers and onions and just a fair amount of meat. Nothing to really write home about but also nothing bad enough that I would say I won't eat here again. Service was fast and the staff was friendly at least. I might give them another chance to feed me and do better if I'm out of lunch and they are at my job site again. read more

Went to the LA Water Lantern festival on Sunday and ordered the Ribs and fries. By far, the best baby back ribs I've had from a food truck. They were super tender and the flavor was phenomenal. Decided to give this place a try after many times walking by it. Came here to eat during my lunch time and the wait time was pretty quick. Unlike other places where I barely have enough time to eat with my short lunch break this place got me in and out in a short time to go back to work on time.
