They close whenever they feel like it, which is more than half of the times I've driven here to get pizza during listed open times. Pizza is good, but not worth wasting gas just to be stuck in the parking lot finding another place to go because they close whenever they want. This place must be run by retards. I love to try out local pizza joints in my area. I have called this place several times and they do not answer the phone. I even went there during their stated business hours. The doors were locked with the "open" sign on. Nobody in sight. Maybe it's just a hobby for them, and they do it in their spare time. Pizza is a once a week min at my house. No such thing as left over pizza, this pizza was so greasy the box was soaked the pepperoni was cupped with grease. Greasy pizza isn't always the result of bad pizza, this pizza just had no flavor. Its average at best, cost is low however if you're mobile try home run pizza up the street (their pizza is AMAZING and around the same price) Pros: Convienent location, cheap price (perfect hangover food like me or munchie eats or you just wanna pig out and save money doing so) Cons: the flavor is average, not a lot of topping and unfortunately today I ordered a pepperoni pizza and wings and when I got home I relized I was given pizza and breadsticks instead but I was charged for wings so that sort of put a bad taste in my mouth. My dad and I discovered this place a few days ago when I was craving some Alfredo. Unfortunately, their Alfredo is so popular that a customer had ordered two trays of it that same day, so they ran out of Alfredo sauce so I wasn't able to get some. Instead, we got the pesto & penne (pasta) and The Works (pizza). Appearance wise, the pesto & penne looks pretty decent, but looks somewhat plain but I'm fine with plain looking cuisine. Although cheese was added into the pasta by the chef, the pasta still tasted plain. I found out pesto sauce is supposed taste plain so I wouldn't say I'm disappointed. Another thing to note is that the pesto & penne is basically just some pasta noodles with pesto sauce and cheese. For the price, it's a good deal because the proportion size will surely fill you up for one meal. Although I would like to provide a pic of the pesto & penne in its original state, I won't be able to do that because I only thought of writing this review now. So, I'll just include a pic of the pesto & penne heated up and just out from the microwave. Something to note is that the pic pretty much resembles how the pesto & penne looked like when I first got it, and also note that the proportion size they give you is more than what I showed. Now going onto The Works. My dad had ordered this pizza, as he loves a variety of everything altogether. What I'm trying to say is that The Works comes with a variety of meats and vegetables, but no, it's not an overwhelming assortment of "everything." I'm not a fan of onions and those tasteless green vegetables - yes, I forgot what those green things are called - but the pizza was indeed savory. Once I bit into the pizza, a variety of flavors just exploded in my mouth and I just melted. The Works is one of the best pizzas I've ate. Although I say that, I've never really gone out to different pizza places before, and this is actually my first time going to a family-owned pizza place. So, my opinion on The Works can slightly prove to be useless for your dining experience if you're experienced when it comes to family-owned pizza places. Just please give The Works a try. My dad already devoured that pizza down so I don't have any pics to show. read more
