Was out for girls night, and popped in after dinner for a night cap. I'm super glad we decided to walk the area and see what all was going on. Call me Gaby is the cutest restaurant lounge with some super cute and romantic mini dinner nooks on private balconies upstairs. Music was nice, great atmosphere and service as well. Unfortunately we were full so I just had a Hugo spritz but I will certainly be back for the vibes and to check out the food.

Loved my experience here!! Make reservations and definitely sit OUTSIDE. Cocktails were amazing and the food was also fantastic. Solid choice for dinner. Will definitely be back. Service was on point!

Such a cute restaurant with amazing servers and waitstaff!!! We ate on the 2nd floor, but they have quaint exterior patio areas and little balcony areas that were so cute. We started off with delicious focaccia. Our Asian pear salad with candied pecans, blue cheese was unbelievably yummy. We ate the entire thing and could have eaten more- get it! The Cacio e Pepe was perfect with just the right amount of sauce. The bolognese was on the sweet side but a touch of salt made it just right. The decor, staff and food make this an amazing dining experience.

Our server (unfortunately did not catch him name) was the sweetest and spoiled my grandma!

WOW!!! Amazing food, atmosphere, and service! We had the pleasure of being wined and dined by this handsome gentleman. Not only was he amazing service and went above and beyond for my grandma to make sure she was happy and enjoyed her experience, he did everything with a smile and amazing energy. Most definitely will be back! For the great food, service, and looks.

We had a beautiful dinner at Call Me Gaby. The ambiance was cozy and warm with the string lights, vines, mood lighting, and heated lamps on the patio. The food was also spectacular - I ordered the cacio e pepe, which though it looks small via photo was very filling, and my partner also got the bolognese which was very flavorful and delicious! The service was pretty good as well, they were kind enough to deliver a complimentary dessert for two other dinner guests of our party who were celebrating an anniversary. Only critique was that our server didn't introduce himself, just stood there without saying anything, and we had to ask him about the specials etc. He also mixed up telling us what was the risotto of the day and ravioli of the day, but he could've been having an off-night. Regardless, it was a beautiful dinner!

Ambience is great, super cute and cozy. But food it's pretty regular. Nothing stand out for me. I had the fiorecchi, side of asparagus , side of shrimp (only 5 pieces of shrimp).

Always a lovely south of fifth experience. The atmosphere is so romantic and charming with all the flowers and lights. Enjoyed the little gem salad (add grilled shrimp), the meatballs are epic!!! And the pasta is delish!! The pizza is great too! Such a good spot to frequent!

One of my husband's coworkers (and his wife) were in town and wanted to meet up for dinner - and they had gotten a late night reservation at Call Me Gaby on Friday night. It was certainly delicious and with great service - but there are definitely other Italian spots in town that are much more reasonably priced - but that's what you get on the beach, right? We started with the burrata on special, as well as one of the pizzas covered in stracciatella and truffle. Honestly, probably the best burrata I've ever had in my life - it was creamy, perfectly salty, and the focaccia it was served with were divine. For entrees - my husband and I both ordered from the nightly specials: osso bucco with a pomodoro sauce served over saffron risotto, and a cacio e pepe served from a cheese wheel with black truffle. Unfortunately, the cacio e pepe was only fine. The presentation of the cheese wheel was great...but it was definitely missing the pepper part of the pepe. The saffron risotto however was excellent. Overall, service was excellent and it was such a fun vibe; I would definitely be back to grab drinks at the bar and maybe split an app or two - but probably wouldn't opt there for dinner again.

Came for dinner and sat outside which was nice in the fall/winter. Would probably be uncomfortable in the summer. Ordered two apps, the meatballs and the Asian pears salad. Both were delicious. Meatballs were 3 of average size. The pears were thinly sliced and the flavors were paired excellently. Not heavy and a nice starter. Pastas we had were the cacio e pepe (pasta in a white cheesy sauce) and an order of the pappardelle all'uovo alla bolognese (pasta in a bolognese sauce)... both were delicious. Place is busy and we were lucky to get a table the day we went. I doubt that would happen again so make your plans ahead of time!!

Call me crazy but $37 for a pinza (rectangular shape pizza) is just absurd. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, the decor is super cute with authentically Italian vibes in a welcoming location and ambiance but the menu prices are excessive. We ordered a burrata which comes with nothing else than the pesto and olive oil $25 along with the meatballs which were served in a cute pot but were room temperature. The small endive salad was delicious but $27....

Came here with my son and ate her for dinner during a trip to Miami. We were seated outside in this beautiful patio. Our server was from Italy and very professional with me and made a great suggestion for a drink. One drink because I was with my son . As for the food, I ordered a prosciutto pizza which was fantastic. Wood fired to perfection. My son had a cheese pizza. The inside has a small bar with an extensive wine selection. Overall was very happy with the service here and glad I came here.

Everything is great about this restaurant (food, service, ambiance) the hostess not that much!

Italian restaurants often talk about simplicity, tradition, and technique. Macchialina backs up those claims with execution. You can certainly order à la carte, but I would strongly encourage first-time visitors to consider the chef's tasting menu. At $75 before wine pairings, it feels almost suspiciously underpriced. By the end of the meal, I wasn't wondering whether it was worth the money. I was wondering how they weren't charging more. The first course arrived as a trio. Creamy polenta with mushrooms, onions, and chives, broccoli rabe topped with toasted breadcrumbs and a soft-boiled egg, and a savory pastry filled with sliced pork and a rich sauce. All three were excellent, but the polenta was the dish that immediately demanded attention. I've had a lot of polenta over the years. Very little of it has approached this texture. It was impossibly smooth, somewhere between polenta and a luxurious puree. Combined with the mushrooms and broth, it delivered a deep, earthy blast of umami that lingered long after the bowl was empty. The second course showcased three pasta dishes. Macchialina's signature cavatelli with veal meatballs, porchetta, and pecorino, agnolotti stuffed with ricotta in brown butter sauce, and a classic cacio e pepe. Choosing a favorite felt unfair. The cavatelli delivered hearty comfort and deeply savory flavors, thanks in large part to the tender veal meatballs. The agnolotti burst with creamy ricotta filling in every bite. The cacio e pepe served as a reminder that great ingredients and proper technique rarely need embellishment. For the third course, a veal Milanese arrived perfectly fried and topped with arugula, concentrated tomatoes, and Parmigiano Reggiano. A grilled lemon accompanied the plate for a final squeeze of brightness. Halfway through the dish, I found myself thinking a touch of balsamic might improve things. Then I caught one of the concentrated tomatoes in a bite and immediately abandoned that thought. The tomatoes provided exactly the acidity and sweetness the dish needed. Nothing more was required. Dessert sealed the deal. Bread pudding made from Sullivan Street brioche, banana, hazelnut crumble, and bitter chocolate. It was paired with vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with caramel sauce. It was rich without becoming heavy, sweet without becoming cloying. The slight bitterness from the chocolate kept everything balanced. It ranks among the best bread puddings I've eaten. Technically, the tasting menu is four courses. In reality, it delivers eight thoughtfully prepared dishes that showcase the kitchen's range, creativity, and restraint. For diners curious about tasting menus but hesitant to jump into a multi-hundred-dollar fine dining experience, Macchialina offers one of the best entry points I've encountered. It feels approachable, generous, and remarkably polished. Some tasting menus leave you impressed. The best ones leave you planning your next visit before you've even paid the check. Macchialina belongs firmly in the second category.

From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The ambiance is beautiful--elegant, intimate, and welcoming. After a short wait in the bar area, we were escorted to our table, where we found it beautifully decorated with roses and rose petals in honor of our anniversary. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. In fact, the couples dining around us were joking with my husband that he was making them look bad because their tables didn't have the same romantic setup. It made us feel incredibly special. What impressed me most was how genuine the hospitality felt. I've dined at many of Miami's most exclusive and expensive restaurants, and sometimes they make you feel like you should be grateful just to be there. Casa Tua is the complete opposite. The team genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every guest. They aren't pretentious--they're warm, thoughtful, and focused on hospitality. Those little details make all the difference. The food was absolutely phenomenal. While the menu isn't extensive, everything we ordered was exceptional. I had just returned from a trip to Italy, and I can honestly say the truffle pasta at Casa Tua was every bit as good as the best pasta I had there. It was outstanding. The Branzino deserves its own paragraph. I've ordered Branzino at some of the finest restaurants around the world, and this was, without question, the best Branzino I've ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely unforgettable. To top off an already incredible evening, the restaurant surprised us with a complimentary dessert beautifully decorated with "Happy Anniversary." It was another thoughtful touch that made our celebration feel even more personal and memorable. Dessert was incredible, the wine selection was excellent, and every single course exceeded our expectations. Another pleasant surprise was the value. Considering the quality of the food, the level of service, the beautiful setting, and the location in South Beach, I expected to spend far more. I've paid nearly twice as much at other Miami restaurants and left far less impressed. Finding this combination of exceptional food, genuine hospitality, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable pricing is incredibly rare. I also have to recognize our server. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, which is a shame because he deserves a special mention. He was a young gentleman from Venezuela who provided some of the best service I've received in a very long time. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. Every recommendation he made was excellent, and throughout the evening, we never felt rushed. Instead, we felt cared for and welcomed, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. In today's world, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find restaurants that excel in every category: outstanding service, exceptional food, beautiful ambiance, and fair pricing. Casa Tua delivered on all of them. We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary there on Thursday, July 2, and it was an evening we'll never forget. From the beautifully decorated table with roses and petals to the complimentary anniversary dessert, every detail made us feel celebrated. I sincerely hope this level of hospitality is what they consistently deliver because if it is, they have earned lifelong customers. I cannot wait to return, and I will be enthusiastically recommending Casa Tua to all of my friends and family. It was, without question, one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had.

But anyway, on to why we're all here - The Pizza: The crust had a great crunch but I felt lacked nuance beyond that, no chew and a touch on the dry side. Cheese and sauce were fine but also unremarkable. The heaps of basil provided some bright freshness that was definitely appreciated. I feel even more compelled now to try the NYC location for comparison! This wasn't a bad pizza by any stretch but not something I would ever pick over my favorite NYC standouts.
