Bought a $729 toilet here, couldn't get it to fit in place and they wouldn't take it back!! When I went to return it they asked me if I placed it on the wax ring and I said "yes" because I had a helper and thought he'd already placed it, but that wasn't the case. The base was free and clear of wax. On my first attempt without the wax ring, I realized I couldn't get the bolts into the slots in the floor fitting because the bolts are inside a hole in the porcelain base of the toilet and the walls on each side of the toilet leave no room to bend my wrist and get the bolts in. At that point I realized it was impossible and decided to return it. When I returned it, they asked if I had put it on the wax ring and I said yes initially, because I thought my friend had tried seating it, but he hadn't. So I returned 2 days later with the toilet, told them it hadn't been seated on the wax and they still refused to take it. Also asked me if I had the box and when I told them "no" they restated that they can't take. The box it comes in is well-made of heavy cardboard and put together with heavy staples. It's made to keep the product safe during shipping. No one can't take that box apart and keep it intact for reassembly!! It wasn't meant to be disassembled and reassembled!! Using the box as a "no return" item tells me these two guys are a pair of "scheisters". Stay away from this place and take your business elsewhere!!! Anybody want a brand new $729 unused toilet that is worthless to me!! Thanks for nothing NLB&K!!

I have been living without blinds or curtains for almost 3 years now! Luckily, my neighbors down…read morethe street were so kind to think of us when they remodeled their windows. They gave us their Hunter Douglas blinds from their sliding door that they tore down. Pam cam over and took a look at what my neighbors gave me. She took some measurements and also wanted to try to make those blinds from my neighbors work so that we wouldn't have to spend anything extra! I love that Pam is really honest and helpful. She was so sweet and really easy to work with. She made it really easy to select the shade and colors that I wanted (since there are so many options). It also helped that my neighbors already gave us something to start with, too! Pam ended up taking my blinds with her so that she can make sure that she designs the best fit for my house. She even wrote specific instructions to her installer, who is her husband, Roger. I saw the paper and drawing that she left with him! Roger came over a couple weeks after to install my blinds that I ordered. Everything turned out perfect! He was really professional, and did his thing in a really quick timeframe. He put them up and even took away my old blinds from the master bedroom (which I am glad about since I had no idea how I was going to dispose of them in my regular trashcan due to the size. I also don't have a vehicle large enough to bring it anywhere else). After Roger was finished installing our new blinds and cleaned up after himself, he came by to show me everything. He also gave me a tutorial on how to use the blinds (put them up, down, if they get stuck, how to clean them, etc). He also told me that if anything were to happen, there is a warranty and that I could call them to repair. Overall, I had a good experience with them! They were really easy to work with, professional, friendly, nice, and they showed up on time. They carry Hunter Douglas blinds, which are really high quality. They look really pretty and add that extra class to any household. Now my family and friends can come over and not worry about people staring inside the house because we have blinds now! I definitely recommend them! They're reasonably priced, honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with!
