The salad was absolutely disgusting and not what we ordered at all. The base was not even kale. Cheese, oranges, pickled onion and crab on pieces of lettuce that had not been cut to bite size at all. Then over the course of a year, my orders would be missing meals. The first couple of times, customer service was responsive, issuing me a credit or a refund. A subsequent order with a missing meal took a longer response time, but a resolution was made eventually. The last order I placed was missing two meals but included an incorrect meal. There was zero response, with multiple emails and reaching out via IG. So their social media accounts were still being updated, email marketing still being delivered, just not the actual product itself. Maybe this new ownership/management will be better?
