    |[ b o u j e e b r e k k i e ]| So I actually never had Kosher food before and wanted to try something new and healthy for breakfast after work. Took the plunge and ordered this pricier breakfast for delivery but it was tasty overall. |[ t h e d o w n n d i r t y ]| Got the healthy morning (3/5) for its name (lol) and besides the potatoes it's a pretty clean platter not too heavy, the egg is a bit bland but it did the job. The eggplant shakshuka was so good! I really liked dipping the soft plushy bread in it and this was prob my fav dish so far (4.5/5), if I could change one thing about this dish is to make it slightly less sweet. Not realizing our meal came with a side of salad I ordered a salad which has lasted me days haha. It's zesty and a good side and contrast to the more savory stuff (3.5/5). |[ v e r d i c t ]| Portions and flavors are good, it's def on the pricier side but worth a splurge here and there. Also the hot plushy bread and sauces that came with MADE THE MEAL for me! Best of all I think they have fairly healthy options for food. Looking forward to trying more stuff here. :)

Everything tastes delicious. Beautiful representation of the food in Israel. The servers are so nice and food doesn't take that long a wait. So many different types of foods and I love trying something different every time. Would recommend for anyone to go there. Perfect place to take the family and enjoy food together.

Mmmm! Came here for the first time, for brunch, with my mom. I ordered the Shakshuka, my mom ordered the Israeli Breakfast. The portions were huge - we probably could have split one item. It's on the pricier side, but oh so delicious and I guess not so bad for the large portions. The atmosphere was really zen-like. The servers were so sweet. I can't wait to come back here again!

Thin crust that is very flavorful, good sauce, not too much cheese, just enough, not that deep dish stuff that midwestern people think is pizza but is something else entirely. When I first moved here, you could not get the real deal, it was disappointing. Then the grandson of Regina's Pizza in the north End opened up the Pizza Connection is Canoga Park and it was really good. He opened a bunch of other locations but over time, not sure why, the pizza just wasn't as good. My child Emily Asher Kellis disagrees, still loves it, but she was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, so what does she really know about pizza. After trying a bunch of different "New York City" pizza joints that were just ok, we found Santino's NY Pizza in Sherman Oaks and were very happy with it, authentic East Coast pizza. Well last week I discovered they went out of business. Oh no, what were we going to do? So I researched and found there was a place in Sherman Oaks called The Pizza Wagon of Brooklyn, only two locations, here and in Brooklyn and people said it was the real deal. Tonight we tried it, and you know what, it might just be even better. Santino's sauce had a slight sweetness to it that we liked that this doesn't but the sauce is good, and the crust is even more flavorful and they are a bit more liberal with the olive oil usage, which true East Coasters love while I am told that most health conscious Southern Californians do not. Anyway, we are quite happy that we can continue to get our pizza craving satisfied when we just gotta have some slices.

There's always space for shops like this that keep things simple and stay in their lane. Today I tried a slice of their Eggplant and one of their Pesto. The eggplant was good, but the Pesto was great. The eggplant needed a bit more flavor, whereas the pesto was rich and paired perfectly with the ricotta. The staff here is awesome. They're always ready to help and since it's a small space inside, they'll keep to themselves if you eat in there. If the weather is good, I prefer to eat out front. Despite the busy street, it's surprisingly peaceful with a slice in hand. Pizza Wagon of Brooklyn is a great option if you're close by and looking for a solid, cheap slice!

After all, some things lose their soul when they leave home. I am happy to confirm, this is not one of them. The remarkable thing is not that the pizza is good. It's that it feels faithful. Somehow they've captured the character of the original, right down to the chew of the crust and the balance of flavors that made people fall in love with it in the first place. They must be sourcing their water from New York, because they absolutely nailed it. Yes, it's expensive. Then again, so is nearly everything in Los Angeles, especially in Studio City. The difference here is that the price fades from memory the moment the pizza hits the table. This is one of those rare places where the product justifies the cost. If it's your first visit, begin with the Prince Perfection. Then make your way to the Spicy Pepperoni Slice, a piece of pizza that borders on indulgence and somehow still leaves you wanting another bite. Good pizza fills you up. Great pizza stays with you. Prince Street Pizza belongs firmly in the latter category.

So naturally, when we learned of the existence of Prince Street Pizza, it was "added to the list." We tried a basic NY slice, a Green Machine NYC slice, a Sicilian Prince Street Perfection, and Sunset Square slices. They were all good with decent flavor. We think the dough was slightly undercooked on the Sicilian slices, but generally thought these were worthwhile slices to have, miles above chain or basic Italian restaurant pizza...but not our favorite from similar offerings at other newer local spots. If we lived nearby (We don't; we drove from Santa Clarita to check it out), it would definitely be a part of our regular rotation. The staff is awesome...really thoughtful and nice...got every detail of what we asked for right. Made a point of offering me my free cookie for signing up for the rewards program without me having to ask. Love the decor as well. You definitely get the local, small NYC slice vibe in the shop. It's definitely worth giving it a try!

The place is located on Riverside Dr., and I found parking on the street. I don't think it gets too busy to the point where you can't park on the street, and I'm not sure if they have a parking lot in the back, but you should be fine on Riverside Dr. I was greeted by a man up front who asked for my order and checked to see if it was ready. As he went to check on my order, I got a glimpse of the restaurant, and straight to the left is a bar area with a tv and the place has that old school pizza parlor vibe with dark tones that really set the mood. I'll definitely have to come back and eat there to get the full experience. When the guy came back, I paid and went back to my car, where you'll find most people who come here. Once my order was received, I rushed back home to get these bad boys cut up for the fights! I usually go with a few 12" pies, including the option of spinach margaritas for the vegetarians, Gino's Supreme, and the Meaty Legend. Sometimes we'll get the hot wings, French fries, and mozzarella sticks for the kids because I noticed they don't really like this style of deep dish pizza. It's sauce-heavy with a lot of mozzarella cheese, and the crust is a bit different from what they are used to. However, we love it, and I must admit, I'm a huge meat person, but I think the spinach margarita may be the tastiest one out of the bunch! Anyway, these are a bit expensive, but they're the real deal. Overall, if you're looking for some Chicago-style deep-dish pizza, Gino's will get you there.
