Where do I start...How about TERRIBLE! Camelback was hired through my resoration company, Cooper State, who was also terrible, to move my things. They removed everything ,and I mean EVERYTHING, from my house. Paintings, controller wall mounts, pool stick holder, cord concealers and a variety of other things were removed form the wall; all of which were not in the way of the work that needed to be done on the floor. When my items were finally moved back in, things were damaged, items left unpacked in boxes, and the movers didn't remember where anything went. This required me to be there for an extended time directing traffic. In addition, and nothing was installed back onto the walls, leaving several holes. When asking Cooper State why things were not reinstalled I was told that I need to request that and it required more people so that would be an additional charge. WAIT, SO THERE WERE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO REMOVE EVERYTHING, WITHOUT MY REQUEST, BUT I HAVE TO REQUEST TO HAVE IT PUT BACK SO YOU CAN HAVE ENOUGH PEOPLE? WELL THAT IS JUST STUPID. Anyway, I have submitted claims and have not been updated by Camelback movers as of yet. After inquiring about the cost of the move to one of the movers, it was clear that Cooper state had severely over charged my insurance. When I asked Cooper State for the invoice that camelback submitted to them, I was refused. When I asked Camelback Movers they informed me that the couldn't release that information because Cooper State was their client. I know right! If you're gonna fraud the insurance company at least do a good job! If I could give negative stars I would! I have a attached a few picture. I wish I could attach the videos! read more

I've moved four times in the past 18 months and This was probably the nicest and most professional group of movers I have had! I was the second move of the day so it was a later start than I would like, but they were super energetic. The had the contents of my two bedroom apartment blanketed, shrink wrapped and loaded in an hour and a half! When we got to the new hone, they helped me relocate a giant fridge, unloaded the entire truck and adjust the position of major items. And NOTHING was damaged! My wife and I recently moved from Simi Valley, California to Payson, Az. Camelback moving was recommended to me by a family member. I contacted Tina, who specializes in interstate moving. From start to finish, she was amazing, understanding and worked with me on the coordination of our move. When the movers arrived our driver was Mack, he again was amazing! The men that packed our belongings were careful and packed everything as if it was their own belongings. By far the best and most amazing moving company I've ever worked with. Having moved all over the country several times in the last several years, I've unfortunately become very accustomed to moving. When the time came to move in Scottsdale, I was impressed and blown away by the reviews of Camelback moving. Their rates are competitive, their customer service is wonderful, and the preparation leading up to the move is seamless. But perhaps the most impressive part of the operation was the actual interaction with the two movers themselves. Solomon and Chris were extremely professional, kind, efficient, trustworthy, caring, and went out of their ways to help us with any and everything we needed. I've now used Camelback Moving twice and I've been very happy with that decision each time. The first time, I was moving out of a second story apartment and the movers had to hoist furniture down off the balcony to the first floor, they pulled it off no problem and with no damage to my furniture. The second time was much simpler, just moving into my new house and it was a really quick move. All of the costs were explained to me up front and all of their steps for packing, moving, and unpacking were explained as they happened. Their estimate for how long it would take was accurate for both moves so there were no unexpected extra charges. Movers went through dresser drawer and stole Lancôme perfume . I called and received $200 credit . Then tonight noticed me grandmas crystal candle diss is missing ! Thieves !!!!!! no smith if credit makes up for someone going through my underwear drawer and stealing rapped up perfume let alone family crystal . What else is mussing !! I found Camelback Moving on Yelp, read the reviews and the company didn't disappoint. I used one of their discounted days. There ended up being a hiccup when the company showed up. Not on the part of Camelback, but where my items were in storage. They were closed. I called the company and they worked with me, got me rescheduled the following morning. The crew showed up ahead of time, completed the move in 2 hours. Even put together my bed for me. They take your initials on the start and end time and prorate their charges to the nearest 15 mins, which helps you avoid overpaying. Wesley, Paul & Gilbert went above and beyond to ensure our move today was as seamless as possible. In fact, they were so awesome that we had to write this review right after they left. They wrapped all our things very well and not a single small item was damaged. They tightened up any loose screws on tables/chairs etc., even though the furniture was loose before they moved it. They also took apart and reassembled our big furniture. They had masks, boxes, tape, and protective stuff for our furniture on hand. Update: After speaking with the owner of the company, Chad, he informed me that the service we had previously received was not how they handle their moves. I value an owner who takes pride and integrity of their business so we decided to give them a 2nd chance with our new move. I cannot rave enough about how great of a job Daniel, Solomon, David, & Matthew did! They were punctual, polite, extremely hard working, & took care of our stuff like it were their own. I highly recommended you request this crew for your next move, I know we will! This review is based on their service from last year. I was going to let it go, but now I'm moving again and this reminded me of how pissed off I was with Camelback's service that I felt inclined to now leave a review. We hired them to unload our moving truck and reassemble some simple furniture. Half way through the unloading (2 hours in) the supervisor asked if they could take a break...sure not a problem until they billed me for that hour they were on break! They placed boxes that were clearly labeled in other areas (ex: boxes labeled kitchen were left in the garage) which left us looking high and low for things after they were gone. They drug my white $4k mattress on the ground and got it absolutely filthy. Reassemble furniture?... yeah right! They never intended on putting the furniture together even though it was in the contract. After seeing their work I had no plan on tipping them as I felt their service was completely sub par. However, when they finished the job they stood there waiting for a tip and made it absolutely awkward that my husband felt he had to. Let's be real, I never made a complaint to the company or to the supervisor on the job. These people knew where I live and what kind of possessions I have. Will I ever use their service or recommend?
