    Cherry matcha latte

The cafe is a great place to get work done and/or catch up with friends! Free wifi, many outlets, lots of seating space, etc. They also have a 50% discount for Capital One/Discover cardholders on drinks, and drink freebie QR codes occasionally. The drinks are also really good! They have seasonal coffee/matcha lattes, and the quality of their drinks is always great. The service is also really quick and even though they get busy, the baristas still maintain high quality. They also always have really friendly greeters/security, and there is no push to use their banking services while at the cafe.

Ambiance is nice to rest your feet. Clean space. Latte was more milk than coffee. The color wasn't right. But guy had an attitude when he took our order so didn't wanna have to deal with him again to remake it. Someone in our group happened to slightly nod off in their chair. One of the staff came up to us to wake her up and said she couldn't be sleeping. Why does she care??? Has she never nodded off before? I think girl needed to give us some grace. It's hot out, been walking all day, and I think the girl was just mad she has to stand on her feet all day with a clipboard and make a sale or whatever she does there, while she had view of someone resting in front of her.

My half sipped light iced cherry vanilla matcha latte, and ordered with tart cherry cold foam originally

This is a nice cafe, always filled with people and therefore hard to find a seat. Ordered a large light iced cherry vanilla matcha latte with tart cherry cold foam but couldn't really tell in the beginning whether the foam had been added (I'd ordered it previously without the foam and it looked virtually the same). Ordered about 10-15 mins before closing. Enjoyed and will certainly be back (50% off pricing for capital one card holders is a must)

    Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha

I stopped by the Capital One Café, and it was very crowded when I visited. All the seating was taken, so it wasn't ideal if you wanted to stay and hang out. However, I noticed they had small side rooms you can reserve, which is a great option if you're looking for a quieter spot or planning to get some work done. They have a nice variety of drinks, including some seasonal specials. I ordered the Strawberry Cold Foam Matcha, which is a seasonal drink, and it was really good; you could taste the matcha clearly, and the strawberry cold foam added a nice touch. The only issue was the wait time. While coffee orders were coming out quickly, it felt like non-coffee drinks (especially matcha) were taking much longer. I'm not sure if that's always the case or just the timing when I went, but it did take quite a while to get my drink. If you're in the area and don't mind a busy environment, it's a solid spot with good drinks--and having the option to reserve a side room is a great bonus.

Chai latte (added my own straw )

My chai chai'd!!! just the way I like it. I always wanted to stop by but when in the area but I'm always rushing from one place to the next. Service was great, there are different options, and it's an overall great space. There are people hanging around so seating varies and can be a lil musical chairs as you wait to grab a seat. It can be used as an office space, chill as you drink and eat, or w/e. It's conveniently located and right by the N, R, 4,5,6 trains. Long island city is minutes away. I will definitely be back and try to catch it at a less busy time but it's usually busy.

Large Iced Vanilla Rose Latte (free with coupon; normal price ~$8)

Ordered: Large Iced Vanilla Rose Latte (free with coupon; normal price ~$8): with oat milk Aya's take: Capital One Café never disappoints! As a Cap1 cardholder, you get 50% off drinks and they offer coupons for free drinks pretty regularly! They currently have their Spring Sips: Botanicals in Bloom menu (as of April 2025) and I decided to try the Iced Vanilla Rose Latte. It was floral, creamy, and delicate - just as described! They don't skimp on the rose syrup but you do have to mix it thoroughly since it quickly settled to the bottom. The vanilla was very subtle and almost not needed since the rose syrup enhanced the flavor profile more than enough. I appreciate that they revamped their cups since my last visit; they're so cute now! I got the caffeine kick I needed and it was such a light & easy drink to sip on.

Huge location. This place has so much to offer specially if you are a Capital one holder. They have rooms to reserve for business or quiet talk. They offer plenty of different style seating from lounging to a formal setting. They even have small games. Their selection is unique and truly flavorful. My favorite is the honey lavender latte. They also offer pastries and other menu items. They offer a lot of discounts. Conveniently located ATMs and more. Pro Tip: every Monday until 09/22 you can get a free drink. A huge coffe shop with ample seating , good coffe and eye catchy pastries on display . I walked in to get a cup of hot coffee and ordered a Cortado . Was a perfect pick me up mid day that I enjoyed in the an open airy relaxing vibe. It was a quick in & out but was a needed pit stop amidst the busy NYC streets . If you are looking for a place to chill , sip on a warm or cold beverage and get some work done or have a chat with a friend, Capital One cafe is a great choice,

It's a nice to place where you can get some work done and have coffee and quick lunch. Decent amount of seats and is gets pretty full. Coffee was good too love that it was not too sweet. Def recommend a good place to go if you want to do some work. Side note they do play music loud so not ideal if you need to jump on a call.

Stopped in yesterday as they were doing an event where they were giving out one free cup of coffee for friends giving. The space was very spacious and different seating areas to hold meetings or have a cup of coffee alone. Space is clean and well organized. It was my first time in here. Not sure if it is because I went at a busy time in the morning but the line was pretty slow. The barista was nice and other staff here too. But It was just pretty slow. They had pastries I saw but I did not get anything. Only an iced latte that was ok nothing special.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.

Made with rice flour and egg whites, it is so airy, and literally feels like cutting through a cloud. Plus, it's gluten-free! A perfect little cake for a small celebration They also make the prettiest korean dessert sets, alongside bingsu, dubai chewy cookies, and einspanner. They're seriously always keeping up with the trends! *Black Sesame Ssal Cake $16.5 ** My top pick. The black sesame layer on top was the richest. Super nutty without being too heavy. The sponge and cream cheese had a subtle black sesame flavor. It reminded me of the cream in their black sesame einspanner. *Mugwort Ssal Cake $16.5 * This one was surprisingly rich. The mugwort had a strong earthy, herby flavor, while the plain cream cheese layer helped cut through the richness. *Mango Ssal Cake $16.5 This was a bit of a miss to me as there wasn't any mango-flavored sponge or mango puree inside. It was just a plain rice flour cake with a few slices of fresh mango on top. Though I could really taste the mild, clean rice flavor in this one. *Da-On Sang Set $26 ** A must-order if it's your first time here! The mochi was super soft, and the strawberry was so ripe and sweet. The yak-gwa and joo-ak were chewy, sticky, and just sweet enough, especially paired with the tea that came with the set. *Black Sesame Einspanner $8.5 *Mugwort Einspanner $8.5 The cream was lighter compared to other einspanners I've had. The mugwort one was bursting with earthy flavor. Definitely try it if you're a mugwort fan. The black sesame was alright. I personally wish it was a little richer.
