The only star I'm giving this dealership is the one for Andrew who was so nice, communicative and respectful to my mom and I when we went looking for a Ford Bronco. My mom and I went there and went specifically to look at a used 2021 Ford Bronco with 30k miles and was stick shift. I test drove the Bronco and really enjoyed it. Andrew was really helpful when it came to answering all our questions. Time to make a deal and buy the car. We walk in and already you can tell the energy of this place. All the dudes staring at you when you walk in. There were at least 20 of them in there just standing there not doing anything but talking to themselves. I was going to be trading in my 2010 BMW 135i. In great condition with low miles for a 2010. I've maintained this car and am the second owner. Which the first owner also took very good care of it. Listen, I know my car isn't brand new. Definitely older. But the market value specifically for a 135i is between $12,000-$16,000. I balled high at first with $17,000 as trade in wanting them to talk to me down because I knew they would. Which they did. They offered me $7,000... which obviously I refused that. They were showing me KBB pricing but only showed 128i pricing which fall in the $7,000-$10,000 mark. Realistically they probably would have sold my car for $15,000 on the lot. I would have even accepted $12,000. The thing that really turned me off was the manager there was talking SO loud about my mom and I. Did he think he was using a whispering voice to talk crap about us while we're sitting right in front of him? I may have been presumptuous to say $17,000 but you'd think he'd meet me in the middle somewhere as I was seriously going to buy the Bronco. (The manager/appraiser) "Is she crazy?! She's not getting nothing for that." *Talking to Andrew* "What's your beamers price, (Andrew's BMW) yea cheap as well, you think we'll sell her car at all? No!" *talking down to Andrew about his car* Just basically being very disrespectful and rude. You think since we're in there trying to throw them a dollar and take their car off their hands they would have been more enthusiastic and respectful when it came to wanting my money. But apparently not. Most people aren't going to buy a stick shift bronco with a soft top. With 30k miles. Definitely more niche. That Bronco has been sitting there for 2 months now and has 3 owners in 3 years. And a couple recalls that still have not been addressed. Good luck on selling it. Long story short we walked out as soon as we heard the disrespect coming from the manager. As we were walking out Andrew was being very apologetic for his manager which he shouldn't have to. Ps, if you're reading this Andrew. You're the only gem at the dealership. But the manager. Needs a new job if he doesn't know how to talk and deal.
