Chorizo & egg taco

Made with care. Great quality ingredients. Delicious is an understatement. Chorizo and egg taco - a Saturday and Sunday brunch special - is spectacular. Chorizo has the best flavor. Avocado toast is also a huge hit with a friend still raving about it weeks later. Another favorite of mine is the tres leches French toast- what's not to love with a description on the menu of - simply amazing (truth in advertising). Staff is friendly, attentive (but not overly so), and the locals are the best! Mimosas are on special for brunch with options - orange, cranberry, or my favorite - pineapple. Finally - the margaritas will rock your world with taste and a little boost!

Recommended by Cap'n Mason with the Ducks, and man 'o man the tacos were incredible!! My wife was raving about the Ceviche and Baja. I had a QesaBirria and Al Pastor and both were amazing. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend Capo's!

Was in town for the eclipse. Before heading over to the spa for the much-hyped mineral bath (I'm a cynic about most things), grabbed lunch at Capo's. It's divey looking place on the outside, but fairly nice once inside. We sat at the bar and ordered a quick bite. The Scientist had a burrito bowl: it wasn't good. Very salty, no substantive amount of rabbit food (which was fine with me, but she likes vegetables as a main, with protein doing the rhythm). On the one hand, exceptionally heavy for a burrito bowl, but it lacked anything noteworthy. Guess she should have gone for the fajita chicken instead of the pulled chicken, as it seemed to be the bartender's initial inclination...she was deferential and accommodating, but sometimes the road to hell is paved with good intentions. That rec notwithstanding, the service was outstanding. (I couldn't think of a third word with "-standing" that would fit in that last sentence...you're welcome) I had 4 tacos. Yep. Quattro. I was on a trip, so I decided to sample. Barbacoa was so-so. I didn't get much depth from the Modelo part of it. The Al pastor was a bit muddled. Good, but the flavor was either kind of lost or hidden. The snapper was very good- probably the highlight of the meal. The fish was cooked perfectly, the crisp but delicate texture complimented by some punch in the heat department. The slaw was the third note in the chord; the dish sang with flavor. The carnitas were remarkably good for a Tex-Mex taco. Pickled onions gave a tinge of sweet, alike the snapper, the pork was precisely fried to yield an excellent crispy exterior. Good, not great. If you're in the mood for tacos, it's solid, but between the tacos it's a bit hit or miss (read: get the snapper and the barbacoa). If you're looking for the best food on that part of Central, Rocky's is close by.

Chile Mango Rita (top) and Jalapeño Cucumber Rita (bottom) They also have tequila flights! Definitely come for the drinks!

I've had Texas Mexican food and Arkansas' Mexican does not compare BUT the special touches of the chip substitute and amazing drinks more than makes up for the food. Don't get me wrong, the food is delicious: the pozole, tacos and service is amazing! Everyone is crazy friendly. Definitely recommend!

Tacos of the month: Jalapeño Popper and Crawfish taco on corn tortillas

This place was so good that we ate here twice on our recent trip to Hot Springs! We're normally foodies that love to try new places but this one was so good that we came back and tried different things on the menu! The service was great but the food was amazing! Whether you're local or just looking for a new place to try, this place won't disappoint! The margaritas were delicious! Our favorite thing was probably the empanadas! It had chipotle crème and honey on it! Nice touch! The atmosphere was pretty cute as well!

Loved everything about this place. Atmosphere was great! Drinks great! Food great! We ordered the quest, salsa, chips, and corn tortillas all homemade. I had a spicy mango margarita and hubby had a beer. I had the Diablo (fried shrimp) taco, the American( fried chicken) and the carnitas. All delicious and I couldn't pick a favorite

Seriously some of the best tacos and margaritas we've ever had! We ate here twice in one weekend. The corn tortillas were thick and sturdy, with none of the usual falling apart nonsense. The casual vibes and friendly service rounded out an overall great dining experience. 10/10 you should eat tacos and drink margs here!

Barbacoa done right. All I can say is their barbacoa was hands down one of the best I've had. Mexican food in Arkansas, usually you don't have high hopes. This place brings a touch of fusion with the authenticity. We had tinga empanadas that were deepfried in a crispy airy shell. Usually baked, I enjoyed this version. They were topped with honey and sour cream. Great bite. Elite bites which imo not as successful because of the breading overpowering the corn filling. I think if they did those in the empanada she'll the flavors would pop. Tacos, fire cracker which was buffalo chicken, Baja shrimp and barbacoa. The last one being amazing, the middle one great and the buffalo, well as a taco it did not do it for me but it was pretty darn good buffalo chicken. I'd live that on a sandwich or by itself. This is truly an awesome place to stop by for a meal if you're in the area.

THEN, there's this homeless looking guy standing at the rail outside of the restaurant watching one of the games on TV. There may have been 3 tables occupied in the whole place and at least 20 open. Where does she sit me and my wife? YEP. At the table where the dude is standing. He is 2 feet from us. Only reason I didn't get up and leave is because I knew my wife was hungry and this was the only option and it was already 2pm. I think there were 3 or 4 very young people working in there. I wish I'd taken a picture of the sad little old fashioned I ordered that was 1 ounce of bourbon and some sugar. Two sips and that was gone for $12. Didn't see the waitress for a while so I walked to the bar and got a beer. Can't go wrong there. Beer was fine. We order chicken tenders and french fries to share. Can't go wrong there, right? Wrong! Wrong! The chicken tenders had a funny taste to them and they were rubbery. The fries were fine. So we shared the french fries, finished our drinks, hid the uneaten chicken tenders in the french fries basket so they wouldn't ask any questions, paid the bill and got out of there. Lord have mercy. Can't wait to never go back.

I got the side salad, which was simple, but yummy, and the nachos --- which were huge. It looked like I barely ate anything when I finally told the waitress to take them away. Small beer selection. No craft beer to speak of, but Hot Springs may not be big into craft beer, which is ok. All in all I would recommend this place to anyone looking to watch a sporting event.

The surprise win was the fried shrimp were actually really good just too salty. And this is coming from a Cajun. But good job I'd actually rate it pretty close to flavor we get back home! Allie greeted me almost immediately and got me seated and set up with a sweet tea and a menu. She returned just a few minutes later and answered all the questions that I had about the menu - which were many - because there's quite a selection to be had here. I finally settled on the Gouda burger with crispy bacon on a lightly toasted, brioche bun and all the fixings. I upgraded my Fries to beer batter onion rings, and boy was that NOT a mistake. Onion rings were crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside, with a little bit of that tangy beer batter flavor. The burger was piled high with tart, crunchy pickles, crisp lettuce, and a big tomato wedge that was perfectly ripe. Rounding up the presentation was some of the crispies, most perfectly cooked bacon. I've seen in a while and a nice wedge of Gouda cheese, melting, and oozing over it all. On the first bite, you could tell this was definitely chargrilled and done right. The beef was cooked through, but not dried out and the whole thing was a big juicy delicious pile of goodness. My waitress, Allie, was Jonny on the spot with everything. Sort of like the butler from Mr. Deeds; anytime you would start to think about needing something, she would magically appear and practically read your mind, bringing you exactly what you wanted. I was shocked to discover she's fairly new here because she's really good at her job and seems to fit right in. Overall, I'd give the burger and 9.5 out of a 10. It might be able to use just a tad bit of more seasoning. I'd give Allie an 11 out of 10 because she really went above and beyond not just for me, but her service was so good, I actually watched her with the other patrons and she was all over it like a bad topure on Howard Cosell, only in a good

The restaurant itself is located in a historic brewhouse. With all of that being said... you can certainly expect a wait, especially during peak hours. For our party of three at about 11 on a weekday during the middle of spring break, it was about an hour wait. Thankfully, it wasn't too big of a problem. We still had some parts of Bathhouse Row that we had to explore. When there was a spot available, we got the notification through text. We headed on over. We were seated at a table right behind the host. It was shared with another pair but there was enough room so it wasn't too much of a problem. Usually, we don't drink. However, because of the uniqueness of this place, we just had to try. We aren't built for the Beer Bath that allows you to sample all 18 beers on tap. Instead, we opted for the flight which was more than enough for us. I'll be honest... I can't tell the difference at all between the different beers. Nevertheless, that speaks more to my inexperienced beer palate. The four taps that we got were all tasty and lasted us through the meal. For starter, we got the fried cauliflower. Crispy exterior that made our daily veggie intake that much more delicious. Paired very well with ranch. For main, I got Rose's Burger. The bacon jam provided a good amount of sweetness that was balanced by some of the spice from the pepperjack cheese and the savoriness of the burger itself. My mom got the reuben sandwhich. It was standard. My dad got the steak sandwich - it's basically a philly cheese. I thought it was particularly good especially since they use beer cheese made in-house. In terms of serivce, I will say that it was slow at times. However, as mentioned, this place is incredibly busy so definitely gotta give them some grace. In the future, I'd definitely come back again given the quality and uniqueness of Superior Bathhouse
