They have the option to talk with you over the phone or via text, and both ways proved very helpful. He looked our order up and proceeded to print right away. Moises let us know how long it would take and would periodically check in to let us know how much longer. He later had to go on break and let me know another person would be finishing up the transaction. He informed his coworker the details of our transaction and that we already paid. When he got back from break, he again checked on us and our order. He explained their printer got stuck and only 30 of 40 printed. He gave us a couple of options on how to proceed--- if we would like a partial refund or if we wanted to wait for them to fix the printer and reprint. We opt for the partial refund. After waiting in a long line, my item was not at the front.. So I just checked out without it. As I was leaving, an employee came up to me with the item I needed and acted like I was being an inconvenience. I went back and purchased the item only to find out that I missed out on a discount that I would have gotten if I'd have purchased it with my other items. I couldn't care less about the discount - ha, but it's just the principle of the situation and how the employees I dealt with could obviously care less. And this has been a re-occurring vibe at this store. Not to mention that the store's inventory has not been very great either.. Tons of people have visited it over the generations, and it's one of the landmark history spots of Los Angeles, and is a must-see stop if you are a Route 66 history fan. Parking in the area can be a bit difficult; however, it's not hard to find metered street parking in front or the paid parking lot across the street. Inside is really cool and preserved as if it is in the 1950s. In the back, they have a fully functional and working pharmacy, and in the front is a merchandise area, a little bodega, and a full service soda bar and milkshake station. The attendant behind the counter was extremely polite, and I tried a Cherry Soda, which I thought was great, and I wanted to get a banana milkshake; however, they were out, so I chose Funfetti Milkshake and enjoyed it very much. It was a great sweet treat on a warm day, and I would highly suggest to anyone to stop in for the history alone. It's also well known in many movies and TV shows, so if you are a filming location fan, it's also a must visit. I would highly recommend and will be back again in the future.

They are so on top of your medications and refills, always calling before I'm out of something to check if I want it filled. Anytime I call someone immediately answers the phone and is beyond happy to help with any questions. They truly go above and beyond. They also deliver and will make sure you get what you need. Today I had an antibiotic called in late in the day from my PCP and they did the unimaginable - had it delivered to my house later in the evening so I could start right away.
