I love it here! Had been wanting to try out a new spot and this place had great reviews. I was not disappointed, it exceeded my expectation. My server was amazing but I forgot her name. She recommended eating garlic noodles with my boil, 10000/10! It took it to the next level. Will definitely be going back!

Missed out on Fat Tuesday so stopped by Capt Loui to make up for it. This place did not disappoint. There sauce was just the right amount of heat and the cook was perfect. Another plus was after we we're done the scent of seafood was not there. I just felt the seafood was fresh and clean which isn't always the case. The environment was clean and the staff were very attentive. Happy we found a good spot closer to home, we'll defintley be returning!

Environment: Clean, organized, and comfy! Great for hanging out to eat. It's also not super noisy like other crawfish places. Service: Everyone there was super sweet! Simmy was the one attending to us and she was great! Simmy was attentive, good at explaining the options, and answering our questions. Food: My husband and I got the 4lbs with 3 side, capt'n loui sauce in hot. We ordered 3lbs of live crawfish, 1 lb of green mussels, 1 snow crab cluster, garlic noodles, extra potatoes & corn, and Cajun fries. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD! This place is one for the books for us.

Fantastic crawfish place, maybe my new favorite. The live crawfish was pretty sizable and was cooked to perfection make them not too hard to peel at all. At the time we went they had a 4lb crawfish with three free sides (including premium sides) and also they were throwing in a crab cluster or lobster. Tremendous deal with ample amount of food, the garlic noodle was unlimited if you get that as a side. The crawfish seasoning is great, there's a spicy level for everyone. Overall great establishment and decently priced.

Met friends for lunch. It had just opened. Three of the 4 including myself got the boil bag lunch special . It includes 2 items in the boil totaling 1 pound plus a side and drink. We thought it was a pound of each item, but realized we were wrong once we got our food. We all agreed that this is not the place to go for boiled crawfish. They were very small, overcooked and tasted like they were frozen. The boiled shrimp and garlic noodles good, however. Good seasoning. I went with mild which was perfect for me. I had my noodles placed in the bag, which was an option. That was my side. A friend got the fried shrimp basket. She loved it. We shared the funnel cake fries for dessert because why not? They were soooo good. We went without the sugar and chocolate syrup toppings. The staff was pleasant, the aesthetics were nice. The price was reasonable. I will definitely return.

I don't know you all. All the servers were running around with their heads cut off as if it was everyone's first day. We ordered a chicken sandwich, shrimp basket, and a boil, 1/2 lb of shrimp head on. No one had any complaints about the food, just the service. We may have to go on a different day.

I love the service at this spot and how easy it is to order. The food can take a while but it's worth the wait. There's enough to look at to keep you occupied and the tables are spacious. Staff are attentive and there are plenty of seasoning options. One of my favorite spots!

Service is 10/10 and everything is so yummy. The Adult caprisons are so creative and so many flavors. This is my favorite seafood boil place!

Had a wonderful experience! The Capt Loui sauce and Medium spice is absolutely delish. We want to come back to try the shrimp. Very clean restaurant. Forgot to take a picture of the oysters but they were great as well. Can't wait to come back for $1 oyster Tuesday! Our server was very attentive and she helped guide us through the menu with any questions we had.

This place was recommended to me by my friend. It did not disappoint. Ww did the shrimp, clams, muscles corn and sausage. Side of noodles. The flavors was pretty good. Next time, i I will skip the clams. The shell was too big and heavy. I feel we just wasted money for the shell weight. Food was good and the service was also good. Will come back.

We had an awesome dinner experience! As we shared with the owner, her staff--Zoe and Juna--truly set the atmosphere for us as first-time guests. They were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food did not disappoint! We enjoyed fun cocktails and ordered two boil bags loaded with shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, and crab legs with Capt. Loui sauce--one medium heat and the other extra hot. Both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. We also had the Shrimp Po' Boy with Cajun fries, a side of garlic noodles, and garlic toast--everything was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be back

Had the opportunity to visit Cap't Loui Carrollton and we were not disappointed. Definitely a hidden treasure we were visiting for the first time. Started off with oysters and they were delicious. Then proceeded with their 4 pound boil bags. My wife had easy peel shrimp, snow crab, crawfish, boiled eggs, corn, potatoes and garlic noodles. I had crawfish, sausage, boiled eggs, corn, potatoes and garlic noodles. With the four pound bag we both got a full lobster as well. We opted for the Cap't Loui seasoning and selected hot. I've always had issues finding crawfish seasoned hot enough for my liking. This place nailed it, may even go one more level hotter next time. The crawfish were pretty large and seasoned perfectly, probably the best I have had in the DFW area. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of food we received in our boil bag. When I ordered sausage and eggs as a side, I expected one or two pieces, but received more than that. The service was excellent, the quality was outstanding, and the quantity was much more than I expected. Simmy was our server and she did a great job assisting us in all our needs. My wife enjoyed her Margaritas. We also had the pleasure to speak with Hanna the owner and she was very sweet. I love supporting family owned and operated restaurants and we will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for making our dining experience special.

Stopped by as a party of two on Sunday night, were sat sat right away. Music playing. Clean bathrooms for the most part except no soap in the ladies restroom. They do have a sink outside In the main restaurant for saucy hands though. The prices on the wall did not match the QR code link, but the waitress said just to go off the wall prices in restaurant. The garlic noodles were delicious! Sweet potato fries I wish were a little crispier but they weren't bad. They bring out gloves, bib and little disposable plates. Came by frequently to check on us. And our bill was less than we expected! We got crawfish and shrimp and clams with capt Louie seasoning and medium spice. It was really good! We would come back for the garlic noodles and shrimp/clams boil.

They do have some alcoholic beverages. I have purchased a margarita from there before but I am not sure about beer and wine is sold there.

The drive was a bit out of the way for us, but it was totally worth it! After waking in, we were instantly greeted. The woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. My daughter and I both ordered the salad bar and my son had his usual kids cheese pizza. The salad bar was clean and stocked well. All ingredients were fresh and neatly displayed. Everything tasted perfect. My daughter had the potato salad for the first time and fell in love with it. I think she made a trip back to get another plate or two of it. I had worked a long day and ordered the salad bar. I like what I like and enjoy the salad bar so much because I have a routine of eating the same thing with each trip, a salad and dill pickle pasta. Since I had worked a long day I went back for seconds and they were almost out of the pasta so I asked for more. I was told there was no more so I asked to speak to the manager. I explained that I did not wish to continue eating if they had run out of the food I wanted. Was there anything that could be done for me since I paid for an all you can eat buffet and the restaurant ran out of food. The manager told me I could be given a gift card and I said thank you. The manager then said I didn't have to have an attitude, the restaurant was giving me a gift card so I asked what attitude. The manager then said you raised your voice and I said no ma'am, my volume has stayed the same throughout our conversation. I was cut off and told the restaurant could not just make more pasta, it would take a long time. Did I want the gift card or not. I said yes please and then the manager said you can call the general manager if you want. At this point I was shocked having been disappointed that the restaurant ran out of food and then told I had a bad attitude after thanking the manager for a gift card. As the manager walked to the front to get the gift card I realized how badly I had been treated and asked for the general manager's phone number along with the gift card. The manager then told me I could have the general manager's business card but I was no longer getting a gift card. I am very disappointed that I no longer feel welcome in this restaurant by how management treated me and will not be returning.

Honestly, the food was a straight 5 stars but the restaurant itself was a tad dirty. I'd give 4.5 if I could. I ordered the wrap and the boyfriend ordered the sandwich, both with the hottest level available. (I don't know why he does it to himself, really? Honey, you know you're not built like me!) After taking a couple bites of the fries first, you can already tell that the chicken is going to be spicy. We both loved our food and had no complaints. Chicken was incredibly fried to perfection, moist and very spicy. It was the kind of addicting spicy that pepper heads love. Yeah, you'll sweat, but after a few seconds, you'll want more. I wish they would hire some more people for this restaurant. There was only one guy there who did everything it looked like. The food, which is the most important, was awesome, but all of the tables were pretty dirty, there was hardly any water in the water dispenser thing, and the plastic silverware holder was about empty at around noon, with no one else eating inside. Also, a ketchup packet busted in the silverware section which was kind of gross. But the food? Yeah, we'll go back.

The concept of emptying out and filling a baguette with salad is definitely interesting... And it might even be a deterrent for some people for trying it out, so I am very grateful for my friend who turned me onto this place! Upon my first visit, I tried their Tinga chicken Zepplin and it is phenomenal. It is very very good! I got mine with chipotle ranch and avocado ranch. The flavor of this thing has me coming back at least once every two weeks. It is expensive, especially after leaving a tip and buying a drink on the app, coming to about 20 bucks for a stinkin' meal, but it is delicious. Being extremely curious about what happens to the inside of the baguettes, I noticed that they sell bread pudding, dessert, too; so I assume that this is where all that bread is going. The bread pudding is VERY GOOD, but serving-size is very small, but in my opinion, the perfect size for a dessert. I can see how some people might be upset about the small size, but frankly, they are fat ass Americans, lol, who are used to super-size drinks, fries, and inflammatory diseases #Hashtag "make small desserts a thing again". The ambience is on par with most fast food eateries these days: it is absolutely terrible! Hard surfaces everywhere, hard chairs, hard tables, so naturally it is a very unwelcoming environment, which is exactly how these corporate businesses design their stores... Corporate businesses don't want comfortable soft Carpets, comfortable benches, where people will spend time hanging out all day, or even soft seats... They strategically make their stores hard surfaced like this because, acoustically: sound is loud in these environments, and subconsciously customers don't want to spend very much time in these settings; Hence why they are designed this way to maximize turnovers and increase traffic. In my opinion, I think an eatery specifically like Bread zeppelin, would benefit greatly from having the Panera-bread style of soft carpets, soft seats, free Wi-Fi, welcoming all the local collage kids and other customers to hang out even if stay beyond the time it takes to eat their sandwich.
