The shrimp was large, expertly fried with a light batter. I was expecting a little more seasoning on the shrimp (maybe that's why they had 4 different bottles of hot sauce on the table!) We also tried the shrimp gumbo. While it was tasty it was not very "Cajun." Maybe that's my Louisiana snobbishness.
