I tried to cancel a pick up order , they told me you don't get money back there is no way to cancel on the app I picked delivery but for some reason like a few minutes ago the app was not working, because they're on the app watching everything you do so I'll file complaint and get my 13.08 back on my card . That place is NASTY! The place smells of old greasy wood and fish water! The bathroom was so dirty and disgusting. The sink had the most heaviest film or scratched up at the bottom of the sink after you wash your hands, the didn't feel clean. The floor was nasty the toilet had BM all around the back of the rim. It was just totally nasty. Some type of little fly bug was in there. The fish was greasy and it was not hot. The coleslaw used to be delicious even that had changed. They need to shut that whole place down the dining area where you eat this afternoon was nasty as well. You look at the floor. The floor is horrible. Look like it hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long they need to shut that whole place down and remodel it. The guy who waited on me was nice, but the guy last month was mad at the world not friendly and act as if he could answer my questions concerning the meals! Thank you goes to the staff at Bond Hill Captain D. Placed by phone a large order of various fish with sides. When arriving to pick up, there was a long line of cars all waiting to order. It was Lent- Fish Friday and the crew was dedicated on pumping out all the orders for hours straight that evening. When finally my turn, the order was waiting for me already. I quickly checked everything over finding one issue. Told to pull forward to wait & 2/3 minutes later out comes the manager to give the corrected item. Fast food is not glamorous by any stretch and a big thanks is always in order when you get good service... so once again 'much appreciated' from me and my family on making fish Friday dinner a pleasurable meal. read more

Captain D's never disappoints. I eat from this restaurant @ least twice a week. The food is always good, The worker's are polite & respectful & the service is fast. My food is always fresh & they have affordable deals. It's 5 stars from me. read more

This is one of the few places I think to go when I want the yumminess of a fish fry, but can't get to a fish fry... because you know I'm not frying any fish myself LOL. There are absolutely no frills about the place, although I will say it looks like they have made some additions/improvements to their menu recently, and it's nice to see. I went pretty early in the day for lunch time, and my meal was hot and fresh, and very tasty. They were pretty busy, but the line was moving just fine. And the service was great. I recommend this location for no frills, inexpensive Fish Frydays! read more

First this is the 2nd time getting food from this place. The food is great. This time one of the cook's had momma drama going on had to run outside. The young lady taking my order was side tracked. My order was to go and they put it on a tray. When I got home my food was right but my girls white fish and pepper had no rice no sides just 1 piece of fish. I went back to complain and the server was too busy looking at her phone to even notice me standing 3 feet in front of her. I was so mad at the piss poor servers that I left before I blew a gasket. I got the blackened tilapia, green beans and Cole slaw. The food was fresh and delicious. I went through the drive thru. The cashier was very friendly and included silverware, napkins, and asked if I wanted tartar sauce (I did). Unfortunately, it's rare to find good food and service these days. I live on the Westside of Cincinnati, and when I visit my mom, who lives very close to the Captain D's located at 7000 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH. In the last several years the quality of the food has really gone down, the attitudes of the workers are horrible, But still I patronized, because I love Captain D' and there's only a few locations left. My experience on Nov. 15, 2019, l will never back. Amyah, was very rude. her actions where like, she'd rather be somewhere else. My order totaled $30. The kids meal came up first, she opened it to show me, asked about the rest of the order, she sat them down, I asked if she could close the lid on the food, not only to keep it warm, but there was a fly. I waited at least 10 minutes while they served Grubhub and other customers waiting as well. The gentlemen next to me said he will never come back. I only got a portion of the rest of my order, still waiting. I should have walked out but my grand babies were hungry. The food was HORRIBLE!! Well, the Cole Slaw was actually fresh for once.The fish was not freshly cooked, the kids broccoli was cold, mac n cheese cold and hard. The breadsticks were hard as a rock as well as the okra. The sweet tea was delicious as always. I was so disappointed that for once I made a call to the Area Director Allan Garnon. I really thought when you call with complaints about your food, service, or whatever, that management would take the time to return the call and atleast address the situation. This location had the most impressive service of anywhere our group goes. We are a large group of mentally challenged adults, and many restaurants cringe when we come in. It takes them a long time to order and their social skills are limited. However, everyone at this location is always so patient and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. There is a mother daughter team there that is incredible with kindness and reaching out to customers. Very fair price on Wednesday senior meals. read more

all you can eat fish! better watch out of the asians though... my parents and aunts used to raid this place and rip off the friend breading and focus on the fish. if you only eat the fish, you can easily polish off 20+ pieces. the workers there cringed when we hit up that spot. read more
