I would like to share, how i am enjoying Car Clinic services... Since two years i am using car Clinic services, I am feeling that I am wasting money on AAA. I never called AAA since two years that is because my two cards BMW 325i and Odyssy 2005 both are on full condition every time. Also I have to share two important incidents why I trust Car Clinic. 1) My 2005 Odyssey, side door was not working automatically, I have to pull manually. Then I took it to one of my neighboring mechanic. He verified and told that take it to Dealer, this kind of issues only Dealer can fix. I took it Dealer, they said $100 for inspection, I paid hundred then I got two pages of report for $1800 estimation. Then one of my friend referred Car Clinic, he charged $180 and fixed the issue in few hours and free detailing as courtesy. I saved more than $1600 because of Car Clinic. 2) I used to drive 2000 civic, suddenly AC was making weird noise, but it was working fine. I took it to my neighboring mechanic, he told compression gone,at least $700 to replace , because of that car age and worth no need to change it . He gave wonderful idea, since AC is working fine, to avoid that extra noise increase volume of the Audio ( music sound). I really appreciate, what a genius he is :-) gave me wonderful idea, i never get that idea :-) I know Car Clinic should have better solution, but lazy to drive 25 miles. Then finally, I spoke to Car Clinic, he took all details on Phone, since this is only AC issue, no need to test drive( He saved my time and gas). He told that he is going call in two three days. I got a call after three days and told to bring my car, I dropped my card and picked up next day it is running fine.. of course without music :-) You know what magic he did and why it took three days also you must be excited to know how much he charged.. He charged me only $150... I know you are sill excited to to know how $600 plus labor charges covered in $150. He found same compressor from Junk Yard for few bucks,and replaced. To find right part and to ship it took three days. I was back in business... Of course I trade in 2000 Civic with BMW 325i with Car Clinic with One year full warranty. This is another facility they offer. Body shop, service, selling and buying..with full warranty... All at once... that is Car Clinic.. I trust 100% Car clinic for any automobile activities and referred many of my friends. read more

How many of you have had a free car service (must state exceptional service) for a fix that saved your precious time, money and above all the hassle and mental trauma you experience through the period? Well, I could blindly say, only a few in this world. And I am now sure I am one among them. Here is my story ...... My cute little 1997 Honda civic had a denied inspection; reason - exhaust leak :( in fact it was just a very small hole on the central exhaustion pipe (my car had passed every other aspect of the inspection). I took my car to my regular car mechanic and he advised me to replace the whole pipe which would cost me 250-300 bucks. I wouldn't say the pipe was in its pristine condition (due to rust) but at the very look of it anybody could say the pipe had still some life left in it. Knowing this for fact I tried contacting several other mechanics in the area and everybody would suggest me the same solution which was to replace the part. Surprisingly, every time I called the new mechanic I would see the price go up from what my regular car mechanic had quoted. Finally, One good friend of mine (a long time customer to CarClinciVA) introduced me to Mohit (owner of this shop) and guess what turned out, he took a look at my car's exhaust tube and suggested that he could weld it up and fix the hole as there was still some metal left in it without having to replace it with a new piece (although he emphasized I would have to have it replaced after few months). Next step was to leave my car there on a particular day for few hours and thats all, my car was ready, passed inspection and is back on road :). Although I will have to replace the pipe soon, atleast i can say I have some breathing time now and above all enough time to save money for it. Credit to his largeheartedness and customer service ,he did this job for free for reasons that was beyond my comprehension; at the least I could assume a few, for he respected his long time customer (my friend who referred me), for understanding the situation I was in and the kind of job it required to fix the problem. Your take away from my story ---- Well I am going back there again, of-course, not thinking that I will get another free service but for the honesty and sincerity he has in his service. Car Clinic is awesome and has an outstanding reputation for actual guarantee their work and warranty on their used cars. I've been going there past two years for the car repairs and they do a good job of explaining estimates and charges, and are very honest and straightforward. I went to this place again couple of months ago when I was looking to buy a used SUV. I've met with Mohit, explained him my requirements and the budget. To my surprise he found it within 24 hours. We went there, Mohit showed us the SUV, answered all my questions, explained about their exceptional warranty. He was so nice, not pushy and treats you like a family member. I took my 2014 BMW 5 series to Car Clinic after reading good reviews about the customer service and quality work they are known for. I had some body work which needs to be taken care off. They have a very friendly staff. I was greeted by the receptionist upon arrival. The manager, Rohit Mehta, came up to me and acknowledged that I was waiting. He then asked me to come to his desk and discuss the issue on hand. Rohit took his time and explained me the entire process which a car goes through during the body work and painting. He even took time to explain me what kind of paint they use and why they use that particular paint. He then provided me with an estimate and also provided me with the estimated time in which the entire work will be done. The car was ready on the promised date. The work done was exceptional. I had been recommended to this place by a colleague after my Honda was involved in an accident. The moment I got my car here, I knew that my car was in safe hands. Rohit bhaiya (Ray) is a pro in dealing with cars and gave me the best service. He and his team are highly trained professionals and you can realize that just by talking to them. There was some significant delays with the repairs due to the inefficiency of the insurance appraisals, but Rohit bhaiya took all the pain in dealing with the insurance and I never had to worry about all the hassle. I have been a customer of carclinicva for more than 2 years. I take my car for all the regular maintenance and also for any additional services like car detailing, body work etc. They are the single shop you need for everything you need to do with your car. I got my first car, 2006 Nissan Sentra from car clinic. The whole staff is very friendly. Mohit bhaiya just asked me for my car requirements and got me a car of my choice within my budget within a week. Prior to that I was tired of searching on craigslist and other websites. Plus there was a one year warranty on the car. I have been going to car clinic and consulting them for any problem with my car so far. Recently my car was involved in an accident and I needed the car repaired as soon as possible. Insurance gave 12 days time for repair but my car was repaired in 5 working days. This is my second body repair job at Car Clinic; the first time was a bumper on my 2004 Corvette- excellent job. This time it's my 1985 Porsche 911 Targa: driver rear fender was dented. The paint job was perfectly done; can't tell it was ever damaged. Ray answered all my questions promptly and professionally. However, after I retrieved my vehicle - I noticed my driver door couldn't lock. I brought it back, and it was repaired. I also noticed my roll bar paint was marred, but Ray promised he'll take care of it at minimal cost. While I was waiting, Ray served me tea, and even brought me extra touch up paint and thinner. I came to know about Car Clinic VA through a friend of mine and I have to say I'm really happy. I bought a used suv from this place last month and they are good. They delivered what they promised. They are an auto repair shop and sell pre-owned cars/SUVs too. What I liked about them is that they are very open and honest about vehicle condition. They do not hide information as they give 1 - 3 years warranty for the all the vehicles they sell. This auto mechanic/body shop is a rare breed amongst so many other choices in the area. They provide truly honest service that your car needs. I recently had a problem with one of my cars, got an estimate from a local shop near StoneRidge, VA, right by BP gas station, owned by Asians. They insisted on replacing the faulty part and emphasized on their honest advise. I wanted a second opinion, check out yelp, went to Car Clinic. It turned out the part just needed cleaning, not bad enough for replacement yet. I do not usually leave feedback on anything but I created a Yelp account just now so that I can leave one. I have been going to Car clinic for years now, the staff is super friendly and nice. Couple of years ago I crashed my dodge challenger in fence it was in very bad shape and I took it to them they fixed my car in very little time and car looked like brand new and never had any issues with the car after that.. This place is awesome. A month ago, I began looking for my very first car and found this locale by a recommendation from a friend. Mo, the owner, is a rather honest salesman. When I came to check out a car on sale, he started by pointing out the vehicles minor faults, then he proceeded to describe how it would be fixed and specified the timeframe, always answering any questions I had. Worked with the GIECO car insurer and ensured that the work was done in a qualitative manner.
