We purchased a vehicle on July 29, 2026 and were told that because we had already secured our own financing, everything would be ready when we arrived and we would simply sign paperwork and leave. Instead, we spent over three hours at the dealership. While there, we also personally heard salesmen discussing misleading customers into coming to the dealership even when they knew the vehicles those customers were looking for were not actually on the lot. That was extremely concerning. The problems continued after the sale. It is now 43 days later, and we have had to repeatedly contact the dealership ourselves regarding our registration and temporary tag. We first contacted our salesman, Wayne, over a week ago, and he said he would "do his best" to find out what was happening. He never followed up. We eventually called the dealership and were told paperwork was missing from us. That turned out to be inaccurate--we only needed to provide a new photo of a driver's license because they claimed the original was blurry. Nobody contacted us about this; we had to discover it ourselves, but the registration and title work had been sent the day prior. They waited over a month to even send the info over to the state. Today, with only two days remaining on our 45-day temporary tag, I tried contacting the title department, whose number was no longer in service, and the finance department, where nobody answered. We were eventually told there was no manager available. We were then referred to Grand Motor Cars, who sent us a Vehicle Inquiry showing the registration as active and the title as pending. However, nobody addressed our immediate concern about legally operating the vehicle once the temporary tag expires. We specifically asked what could be done to keep the vehicle legal. We were told that a temporary tag extension could not be issued, but Georgia DOR's own guidance explains that when a dealer has not obtained the title in time, the customer can apply through the county tag office for a 30-day TOP. Jesusita Mejia, the title manager at grand motor cars, claims they won't send an extension since they sent the info to the state "on time". On time to them is apparently 10 days before the tag expires when you have a full 45 days to get it done. Unprofessional. There was also an Autoplex Care package included in the purchase that I specifically did not want. We were told it could not be removed because the vehicle had already been ceramic coated and tinted at their expense. Based on our inspection, the vehicle does not appear to have been ceramic coated. The biggest problem isn't simply the registration delay..it's the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability. We have repeatedly had to chase down different departments and employees just to get basic answers about a vehicle we purchased more than six weeks ago.

Within two days of acquiring my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta, I was compelled to bring the vehicle in due to an "engine service soon" alert. The vehicle's performance declined, and I encountered an error message stating P0010: Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit (Bank 1), indicating an electrical fault or failure with the camshaft adjuster valve. Consequently, I contacted EchoPark, and Orlando in the service department advised me to proceed to the Volkswagen dealership, given that the vehicle has only 48,000 miles and remains under warranty. Accordingly, I took the vehicle to Autonation in Buford, Georgia, on May 12. The vehicle was received on May 7, and the issues commenced on May 9. As part of my plans to visit Autonation, I was informed I would take an Uber to EchoPark after dropping off the vehicle. However, it took nearly two hours before I received assistance in arranging the rideshare. I interacted with at least five different staff members, none of whom were aware of the situation. Eventually, I spoke with Assistant General Manager Talon, who was exceedingly helpful and assisted me in reaching EchoPark. I waited at EchoPark for over an hour and was provided with a loaner vehicle as compensation for the inconvenience. Talon attempted to explore options for acquiring a different vehicle through the financing bank; however, the requirements for the vehicle I desired were more stringent. I subsequently decided against the Volkswagen due to the need for maintenance shortly after purchase. Since then, I have contacted Talon via phone and text messages without receiving any response. As of today, May 29, my vehicle has been in service since May 12, and no one, including Talon, has contacted me since May 15, despite multiple calls and messages. Rod in Sales called me and let me know my vehicle is ready to be picked up and arranged a rideshare as I returned the loaner. I am currently paying for a vehicle I have only possessed for five days, at a high interest rate. I also contacted EchoPark corporate, engaging with several agents and personnel, who ultimately provided minimal assistance and offered little follow-up despite my requests for a callback to discuss alternative options. This situation is entirely unacceptable and constitutes poor business conduct. I am disheartened by how EchoPark has managed this problem, especially considering its simplicity to resolve. Nevertheless, I would like to acknowledge the exemplary service provided by Rod, the Service Manager, or Sales Manager. His professionalism and dedication were outstanding and deserve recognition, potentially in the form of a raise or promotion. Although EchoPark did provide a loaner vehicle--an act of kindness--it does not mitigate the inconvenience caused nor the manner in which this matter has been handled. Management should have been more proactive in addressing this issue, maintaining constant communication, and seeking solutions that benefit both the customer and the organization. The total without labor in the picture is shown. The total with labor was over $5k for a vehicle I just purchased. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR VEHICLE PURCHASE. Thank God mine was under warranty. EchoPark you guys need to do better and compensate me for this major problem.

They have blowing up my cell phone non stop and saying they can't give me a price unless I come in. I normally have the price pre-negotiated before coming in. I asked the sales person twice for the price and he refused to give me one. I told him that I didn't have time for games and left it like that. A few days later, he emailed and sent me a video. I asked him twice for a price and he still wouldn't give me one. He asked me what price I was thinking about. I gave him a super low price to mess with them before I was tired of their games. I would highly avoid this place as they need to learn some customer service and how to sell cars. I already picked up my Jeep out of state bc they played no games and got to point. If the GM is reading this, please retrain your employees on how deal business with customers. When a customer asks you for an OTD price, just give it to them. Stop dancing around and playing games and telling the customer has to come in for to get a price or refuse to give one. I wish I can give this place -20 stars. FYI, this sales man has blown up my cell phone at least 20 times. They seem desperate but have 0 customer service skills. If you're reading this, you know who I am referring to.

Before finalizing the deal, I made it very clear that I was only moving forward if the vehicle came with a working charger. Well, I got the car -- but the charger doesn't work at all. That's bad enough, but what's worse is how everything was handled after. I tried reaching out multiple times -- called at least 4 or 5 times -- just to speak with a manager. No response. When I finally got through to Nubian M. Holmes, who is apparently the Sales Manager, I was completely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. Instead of trying to help or even just listen, he brushed off the situation, offered no solutions, and actually told me: "If you're not happy, just bring the car back. We'll be waiting." Who says that to a customer? It wasn't just dismissive -- it was disrespectful. No accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure ego and attitude. I honestly couldn't believe it. Let me be clear: this isn't about the car. It's about how they treat people after they get your money. That's when the mask comes off. And if this is the kind of leadership they have running the place, it explains a lot. The sales team might seem helpful at first, but once the papers are signed, you're on your own. No one will care. No one will help. And if something goes wrong? Good luck even getting a call back. Trust your gut and shop somewhere else. I wish I had.

Thirty minutes after leaving the lot, the car I bought for my daughter to drive back to college started shaking badly. We took it straight to a mechanic and found out it needs four new tires (they are warped, not bald, so the damage isn't visible), a bent rim, and new rear brakes -- over $1,000 in repairs just 30 minutes after purchase. They told us they inspect and service their cars. That is not true. I understand the car was sold "as is," but when a vehicle has serious safety issues immediately after leaving the lot, you would expect at least some good-faith effort to make it right. Instead, they said to my husband, "You should have bought the warranty." The warranty does not cover warped tires or brakes because those fall under normal wear and tear (except for the bent rim). This was not a cheap cash car -- we are making payments on it. If you buy from this place, bring your own mechanic because they clearly are not checking what they sell. Also, while we were there today, they were trying to sell a truck that needed new brakes, rotors, and had bald tires. They do not care about customer safety -- only money.

A certified European automotive specialist inspected the vehicle and uncovered severe mechanical negligence by Carma's attached shop. They installed a completely incompatible, no-name aftermarket turbocharger that cannot communicate with the vehicle's computer, omitted critical safety heat shielding, and shortcutted the job by spraying copper sealant over reused exhaust gaskets. To make matters worse, they also put the completely wrong coolant into the vehicle, forcing me to pay for an immediate, full system flush and replacement to prevent catastrophic engine damage. Good luck trying to get a human on the phone to address these issues--Carma uses an aggressive AI telephone system designed to screen and filter customer calls, making it nearly impossible to reach an actual person when you need help. When I finally bypassed the system, management refused to correct their shop's faulty, unsafe installation with a functioning factory part, offering only to slap on the exact same failing aftermarket brand. I have been forced to pay almost $7,000 out of pocket to a specialized shop to make the vehicle safe and operational. I have officially filed a consumer fraud and deceptive practices complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Be incredibly careful trusting this dealership's word or their internal shop's work.

I took it back to them to get it fixed I had to pay 1400$ they had it for a whole month just for the mechanic they hired to do a poor job. They gave me the car back with the coolant milky and brown. I told them about it and said they didn't do a coolant flush so I told them if they could do it and said yea but had me waiting 3 weeks for them to find a mechanic just for them to tell me they didn't wanna do it anymore because they 'didn't want any unneeded exposure' so I had to get it done on my own. It was still the same after flushing the coolant 5 times so I took it back to them because the repair their mechanic did was poorly done. the bolts were super loose. They agreed to do it again at no cost then they took a whole month again(the job takes 2-3days). Once it's done they tell me the car needs a whole new engine because the engine block is cracked. Which was cause by them because they handed me the car with milky and brown coolant and had me driving the car like that for 3 weeks .They wanted me to pay 8000$ and didn't want to help me at all and didn't even wanna talk to me directly they were talking to me through their mechanic because the owner has 'anger issues. I had to go to the dealership to talk to them and they agreed to trade me out the car and 'take care of the car loan' but they wanted to trap me by rolling 6000$ of negative equity into a different car.super disappointed with my experience here and they gave me back my car with misfires and a check engine light which it never did before because they changed my ignition coils and spark plugs without me agreeing to even do that. I didn't buy a warranty because I didn't expect a car from a high rated dealer to have issues like this on the 5th day. Highly don't recommend here
