For the most part it did clean the dirt and grim, it failed however to remove more stubborn messes like bird poop and scuffs. The free vacuuming is very helpful. read more

I've been a customer here since moving to Richardson in 2016. 2 weeks ago, I had an issue where my antenna broke on my truck as I was going thru the car wash. *Note - typically, they will remove my antenna and "pre-wash" my vehicle prior to running through the car wash, unfortunately on this particular day this didn't happen.* The result was a frustrated customer, because this wasn't the service I was used to. I spoke to an employee who then escalated my issue to the GM, Ricardo. Ricardo then took the time to listen to my issue/concern and then began to explore all options to resolve this issue. Ricardo offered to have the company pay for my antenna replacement via damage claim (through expensive dealerships) and even took time to call around for quotes. After the dealership was slow to respond with their $350 quote, I decided to replace it myself (for $50, installation took less than 2 minutes). I then showed CarSpa my receipt and Ricardo reimbursed me via ca$h, along with some complementary washes. It's rare in my opinion these days where businesses are actually invested in problem resolution, regardless of the severity. Although my issue was probably not considered high priority; The display of great service will definitely make me a "customer for life." read more

Great drive through car wash. Huge place, with lots of space and vacuums to use. Inexpensive for the wash you get. The carwash didn't completely rinse off the soap and water off my grill, but that was easy to wipe off when I was vacuuming! Free vacuum to use. The towels they have are good! I've never been to a carwash where that was available. Cleaned my windows spotless! So you can get new/clean towels, but if there are dirty ones, you can ask any of the staff outside, and they will get you new/clean ones! I like that there are two buckets to separate clean and dirty towels, but someone, or some people probably didn't know the buckets were labeled and threw the dirty towels in the clean bucket.... so anyway. The detail in cleaning off the dead bugs on my car was amazing! I mean, I had a bug cemetery on the front of my car, side mirrors and windshield, it was packed on! The employee took his time, but was efficient. I don't know his name, but he's a nice guy and so was everyone else on duty! Always tip your service guys! First of all I would never believe I would write a review about a car wash place but here it goes...I received a coupon for $5.00 off state inspection and a free car wash. So decided to try it out. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Waiting area was impressive for a car wash place. Everything moves fast and there are signs everywhere telling you what to do. I still can't believe I got a discount on a state inspection. I'm really happy :) read more

i have been here a few times and have never had a bad experience. But the last time stood out as exceptional! I made the mistake of waiting a month too long to get the bird poop off my car and therefore it did not come off all the way when going through the car wash. I saw a man who worked there walking by. He smiled and asked if he could help me with anything and I asked him if the poop was still on there because I chose the cheapest option when picking the wash. He said no that should never matter and then said let me see what I can do about that. He then went and got a rag with some cleaning stuff on it and hand cleaned all the spots off my car, saving my paint! Thank you so much TIM! I will always go here and have already referred several people here just because of the wonderful customer service. read more

Their only flaw is they got rid of the detailing section where they do it for you. Employees are nice and I love getting my car inspected here. They have comfy chairs, tvs, and free wifi. read more

hb took car there on Monday for windshield chip repair and free carwash. At the carwash, the attendant directed my hb to back out the car to get on the tracks. He kept motioning to back out until the car hit the person waiting behind him! Luckily for them, no damage to the car. The next day on my way to work, I noticed a couple of drops of the windshield resin on the windshield that wasn't supposed to be there. I told the asst. mgr I needed it removed, which he was okay with. When I got home to take pictures, it turns out the resin was underneath the lip of the hood, on the windshield wiper and plastic wiper cover, and worst of all..the hood. These weren't tiny droplets, either. Took the car in immediately the next day. The guy responsible for the repair worked at trying to remove the resin for 45 minutes until he had to leave bc his shift was over. The car still had resin on it and he managed to damage the plastic windshield wiper cover. The mgr offered 2 free car washes which we'll never use. When we told him about the leftover resin and the damage to the cover, he told us it wouldn't affect the value of the car (2008 Mercedes). That's not the point! AVOID CAR SPA LIKE THE PLAGUE!! The carwash was THE worst I've ever gotten. The tire spray they used ended up on the body of the car, so now I have these greasy spots. I have water spots all over the car. The back rims were still dirty. I bet kids washing cars for fundraising could've done a better job. read more

Quick, clean and free vacuums. Although getting the 9.00 wash was not really worth it. I would do 5 bucks more often, still a bargain though. read more

This is minus ZERO rating. This location is absolutely horrible their customer service is horrible this is the third time that I have been treated extremely rudely by their car wash personnel first time I was going through the car wash as a paying customer and one of the staff members literally bend on the hood of my car as I was trying to go through the car wash and apparently I was not moving fast enough for him because there was other cars in front of me I couldn't move faster, I gave it a break going there because I was so upset by their attitudes and lack of customer service. He walked off with an attitude I continued to vacuum my car and he comes back a second time and now much more aggressive about the vacuums he's asked me to move my car because other people need to use the vacuum as well "this is a Sunday mind you, there's no one else going through the car wash and there's only three vehicles they are using the vacuums mine and two others I actually took a photo they were not busy there was no one else being held up" I told him that as soon as I was finished then I will go through and get a wash then he starts schooling me on how much his overhead costs as a customer I'm not paying to be treated rudely or talk to like a three-year-old, I was very upset that he was doing all this and I had my kids with me it was borderline scary. Then I said to him I was treated rudely before here and that was after I paid for a six dollar car wash so over six dollars multiplied by 10 of my family members that come here and usually do six dollars or more in car washes multiple times a week that you're going to be rude to me over the vacuums. It was so upsetting I had to drive back around and take a photo of this individual as I fully intend to take it as far as I can through management and posted on every single webpage that advertises their services so that people can know that their staff are rude and from the looks of them are half ex-convicts that are tattooed up and disheveled not to expect much in the customer service area or not to expect much at all for their money. Hard-working average every day people should not have to be treated this way especially when they're deciding to spend their hard earned money at this location. read more

Wow! I came here during my lunch hour today and was completely blown away! The gentleman manning the entrance really took his time getting literally *all* the dead bugs and other road trip souvenirs off my front bumper and side mirrors. Another guy even came over and helped him. I mean they spent a good five minutes pre-washing it! Not just a quick spray of the pressure washer. I thanked the first guy and he said, "No worries, ma'am, we got you!" This was my first time here so I don't know if that is the norm, and I doubt they'd have the time to do that if they were busier--there were several cars being vacuumed at the self-service but I was the only one in line for the wash. After you go through the wash, you can use their vacuums--which actually work really well!--and they provide clean microfiber cloths. My only disappointment is that I didn't have any cash on me to tip the guys who pre-washed my car. I won't make that mistake next time!! Keep up the great work!! read more

This is by far the best car wash in Garland by my opinion, ran by a great manager Tim and his fine crew. The only thing that sucks about this car wash is their great vacuum system. I have been coming here for over 6 years now and the current management has never been better and is why i only wash my fine vehicles here . The system has also improved by quality updates and i thank the current manager Tim for that, he knows his business and does a super job running this place. Got a rock chip in the windshield get it fixed here. When your inspection is due they can take care of that too followed up with a free complimentary car wash. Just their way of saying thank you for your business. Keep up the great work Tim and thanks for the great shine your system leaves. read more
