Absolutely worst dealership ever. They're costumer service has been piss poor since walking on the lot to buy a car. Even during the process of buying the car you could immediately tell the salesman only cared about getting money from you and nothing else. When asking the salesman questions regarding the contract or car he shoved everything off stating "oh it's no big deal. Nothing to worry about." Even once the transaction was completed I had to take it back to replace clutch, brakes, some electrical stuff, and more. During that process they never called, text, or emailed me to update me about the status of my car. I had to call almost every day to find out and when I did they left me on hold for 20+ minutes just to tell me to call later or tomorrow because "the guy you need to talk to is out for lunch" or "out for the day". Once the car was ready I ask if all the items that need to be fixed on the the report I gave them was complete and he said yes but gave no exact detail while rushing me off the phone. After calling and being told call tomorrow "Alberto" will be in tomorrow for 4 days straight I final got the manager to speak with me and Alberto the next day. After that I drop off the car with the dealership to fix it once again and nothing was fix. They said they "fixed it" but I had to take it to a mechanic To get it truly fixed. Now I'm dealing with an attorney to recoup the damages done by them. Definitely stay clear of this dealership. Regardless of the price they put up on their website it's not worth it. Got to the dealership and already had a bad feeling with their body language they gave off and how they were rude. I told the first sales guy i'm here for the guys that were suppose to assist me. And everyone is accepted! Even if you have bad, good or no credit, cash income problem, prior repo, bankruptcy and etc. All you need is a valid ID with photo and down payment. Down payments roughly around 10% to 30% of the vehicles price. But it will still really depends on what you and the dealership owner can agreed on. Don't worry, as CARWORLD is offering 180 days to come up with your supposed down payment if you don't have any at the moment". Seems good and smooth but different story when I was there. Soo as soon as i heard how it was stated for the down along with the rude non-professional manner it was my time calling to leave. All the guys there look like they don't want to be there, work, or even be bothered with potential customers. All they seem to know is being rude, not friendly, not people's type person. I had contact with 2 separate people about the same vehicle within 5 days inquiring if available (the second contact was literally 4 hours before arriving) I was told by both people I spoke with that the vehicle was still available! I drove 2 hours one way to get there to find out the vehicle was on a storage lot to be sent to auction because it has either transmission or engine problems! I was informed that the people I was in contact with are only part of the marketing department and they have no idea hats actually on the lot! They simply tell you what you want to hear to get you on the lot so you hopefully purchase something! 4 hours and a tank of gas was wasted because of their blatant dishonesty and disrespect for the customer! I originally came to Car World to compare prices to a BMW dealership. I was looking for a used BMW 330i. The BMW dealership were firm on their prices so I looked at multiple used car dealerships to get a feel for the prices. This led me to Car World. The customer service was great and they had many, many options ranging from Hondas to BMWs and everything in between. BMW could not even compete with the price they quoted me for a BMW 330i. Car World gave me less miles, better conditions, better warranty, and overall a better car for a far more reasonable price. I was desperate for a car, put no money down, and was still able to walk out of there with a beautiful car at a fair price. Their willingness to work with you is not even the best part about this place. The dealership is family owned and you can tell by the way you are greeted and treated throughout the entire process. Got a bmw x6 Oct 10th it's now November and I guess my ballon payment was due but when I initially bought the car they told me something different. I spoke to a person in the billing department and her name is Vanessa she Hispanic and I explained to her it was a miscommunication she said ok wen can I pay I told her on November 20 sumthen long story short they took my car on thanksgiving I thought my car got stolen come to find out wen I called them the Friday they came and picked up my car didn't even give me a whole month to even come up with the money repoing a car in the same month that it's due long story short I went up there the Saturday wit $3800 they said I had to pay to get back my car it's for November and December payment n $800 in fees they refused to give me my car saying no one can take my payment n I have to wait till Monday everyday it's a $80 charge so that means I have to pay almost $4000 to get my car back I only owed one month n the month isn't even over yet smh I said nobody have money like that just to give away. The listing price was 15,995 which was fair and quite frankly I was going to purchase it at that price regardless. I wanted the manager to work on my monthly payment. It was at $400. I wanted to be around $350. I swere I couldn't believe it but they discounted the car $1400 so my monthly payments would be where I wanted them at.
