This is the worst dealership you could possibly go to. We've had our Mazda for one year, three months ago we did an oil change and we complained about the air conditioner not working they claimed that their air-conditioning technician was not in so we dealt with it. We returned three months later for another oil change we reminded them that we had a problem with our air conditioner they said that our vehicle was 40 miles out of warranty after being only one year old and that it would be $180 simply to diagnose it not counting what it would take to repair it. They knew three months ago there was a problem with the air conditioner well within our warranty. They purposely put us off and scammed us. This place is very disappointing and crooked I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. read more

I made an inquiry online and they were the only dealership to take the time to make two videos to reach out to me during these strange Covid times, the videos made them appear personable and approachable. I just have to rave about A.J, she has been amazing to work with. She reached out yesterday to upgrade our lease to a new model. Instead of making us drag our 4 year old to the dealership, she drove the car to us to test drive. Then brought the car back to us, and took the old one back, after the purchase. Baits you into coming to the dealership, then surprises you with ridiculous APR rates and non-negotiable packages. 2. Ridiculous $995 non-negotiable package that must be bought with all cars. They basically put some stickers on your car for "protection" with some very basic insurance on paint/tires. This dealership was an experience unlike any other I've been to. I was car shopping under less than ideal circumstances - my car had been totaled the week prior, but this ended up turning the situation around! I worked mostly with the salesperson Giselle. She was so sweet and sent me videos and pictures of the car before I made the drive out to the dealership. Knowing I was coming from out of the way she even had my Starbucks order waiting for me on arrival! She made the buying experience fun and had a little gift bag for me to celebrate my *new* pre-owned Mazda Jesus worked with me on the finance and contract aspect. So nice, so helpful and answered all my questions - even if it was the 3rd time I was asking hahah they have a very high tech digital signing system too which was easy to use. As mentioned it was a pre-owned vehicle( in impeccable condition). After leaving I noticed a little flashing light on the dash that wasn't there before. This could've been a bad ending to the story but without question or hesitation they said to bring them the car and they would make sure everything was fixed. They stood by this purchase 100%. Zach set me up with one of their rental cars and provided me his cell for updates on my car's progress over the next few days. The real kicker?! Nick drove the car back to me and swapped out the rental. This was a huge help for me to not have to make an additional commute out to them during my work week. We drove 30 miles and after waiting for about 30 minutes in their lobby, it was supposedly not ready to show or for sale. So Taylor were we supposed to buy a new car from your dealership after this bait and switch? I would assume Taylor isn't the only lying salesman there and I'm sure he learned this tactic from the ones running this dealership. This is not the first time I've heard about this fraudulent practice here at this dealership. I'm assuming the five star reviews here on Yelp are fake. They have to be. I recently brought my car to CardinaleWay Mazda to fix an issue stumping my troubleshooting ability (electronic parking brakes were locked up). The issue ended up being a very simple fix (parking brake button was bad, just need to be swapped out), and the dealer wanted far too much money for the repair so I did it myself. When I received the vehicle back it was missing bolts that mount the rear brake calipers to the chassis of the car. I only found the bolts were missing when I heard a clunking sound and removed the rear wheels to inspect the brakes. This is a dangerous safety issue that could have cost lives. I purchased a car from the dealership about two weeks ago. Devon was personable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond for me. He's 5 star worthy ! Unfortunately, three days after having my NEW vehicle, the key fob would not work. The car wasn't recognizing the key and they couldn't figure out why this was happening. I took my car in to get serviced with Miguel. I was first told that my car would take a couple hours and then it turned into oh maybe tomorrow or another day we need to have a technician from another dealer come out. Also, upon purchasing I noticed some paint chipped off on the door panel and wanted to have that fixed as well. Both my boyfriend and I missed work to deal with this issue. I was then put into a loaner vehicle which they were trying to make me pay for the gas in the loaner! I said absolutely not. I was told that I would receive a phone call upon leaving for updates on my vehicle. Two days after not hearing anything I called and the issue still wasn't fixed and I had no answers. Another two days went by. I reached out to Miguel again to see if my car was ready. He then told me it was and I asked if the paint had been fixed he said it had not, but he would get it figured out. After my car being there for four days I went to pick it up. The paint still wasn't touched up. He told me that a detailer had to do it, that I could leave my car there and have someone come out. Seriously ? My car had already been there for four days and it should've been taken care of. I told him I was not gonna be leaving the car so he offered to give me the paint and have a mobile detailer come out to do it for me. He said that he would call and he is yet to contact me. I am extremely unsatisfied with his customer service, I would not recommend anyone to get their service done with him because of him over promising and UNDER DELIVERING. I will not be servicing my vehicle there due to this experience. I was not offered any complimentary servicing or anything for not only the hassle, but the inconvenience and my time. Since this truck was posted that Mazda had the truck, volkswagen had the truck. So I went in to look and potential buy a used truck they had posted online for $23000. Called to confirm, spoke to a salesman and the sales manager before driving an hour to them. After test driving and confirming the price of 23000 again when I got there, we went inside to do paperwork. After doing paperwork, they said that the lift and new tires on the truck, they are marking it up and extra $13000 to make it a total of $36000. Which was not explained to me before when I called and asked, and while on the test drive. The sales manager just kept explaining that on the bottom of the online post, it says call the dealer for the price, which I did. They just put a price to make people come in a change it to whatever they want. $13000 for a lift kit and new tires is outrageous. Horrible customer service, wasted my time with nonsense. read more

This place is a joke! We went in to look at a truck they have for sale. For one, it was not ready to be shown and it had the previous owners stuff in it. We took it for a test drive and told them we liked it and want to get it checked out from the Chevy dealer so we know that nothing is wrong with it. Devin said, yes, we can definitely do that for you (but we had to pay for it of course.) We said no problem. For two, they said it had to be sent to the dealer anyway because the back up sensors needed to be recalibrated. Okay, so do it. We waited over a week, called back to see if the truck was ready and guess what? The truck was still sitting there and nothing had been done with it. They don't even call you to let you know the status of the vehicle or anything. We were so excited about the truck and even went to get prequalified for a loan so we'd be ready to buy it. Still no call to this day and the truck is still for sale. There must be something wrong with it. I've read other reviews for this place and they are not good regarding used cars. Look elsewhere if you don't want a used car that will break down quickly. read more
