We made a reservation for dinner, which I highly recommend since its super busy! They were running a little behind so we wandered around the liquor shop and grocery store while we waited. Once we were seated, we had great service and the cocktails and food were both absolutely delicious!

What a disappointment. Three of us arrived shortly before our reservation for 13 people at 6:15. I checked in with the hostess station; the woman said they were preparing our table and to have a seat at the station. Two more of our party arrived and I checked in again. This woman confirmed our reservation and said to wait there. So we waited. Around 6:30 or after, a friend who was on our reservation (for 13) called me and asked where we were. Eight people from our party had already been seated and ordered drinks and were waiting for us! They were at one table and our table right next to it was set up and waiting! So we finally sat down (no explanation or apology from the hostess) and got really poor slow service. Our waiter was nice and kept apologizing but that didn't make it any better. One excuse was that he was waiting on wine glasses. . . One guest got the wrong drink order; we had to ask for bread (when we saw the other table was getting it); when some other guys delivered the food, they didn't know who got what; one order wasn't hot; our bills were wrong; the Chicken Marsala was too salty; the pasta was overdone. I liked my food (Eggplant Parmesan) but was so miserably starving by the time it arrived that I couldn't properly enjoy it. If my friend hadn't called me, how much longer would we have been left there, forgotten and ignored at the hostess station? Unbelievable!!

Carfagna's is seriously the best! I went to the Bar & Ristorante not too long ago and had a great meal with the family! The dining space is inviting and the staff is very welcoming and go out of their way to give you the best experience possible! There are so many great options to choose from and everything looks delicious! Getting the crispy chicken cutlet with the fusilli is a game changer! If you're in a shopping mood, you can stop by the bar and get a refreshing Aperol Spritz while you walk around! Go stop on by!

Great happy hour! I've been a couple times since the restaurant relocation and the increased pricing has been a bit of a bummer. But I met friends for happy hour recently and we had a great time! Ordered happy hour apps, cocktails, and a pizza as well. We also enjoyed the live music at the bar. This will be a regular in our happy hour rotation!

Service - 10 Atmosphere - 6 Price - 6 Food - 5 Italian market is still fantastic in the new space. Wine store was busy with tastings. Lots of bourbons. Food needs seasoning, more time in the oven, and love. I think you could have comparable food for less money at Olive Garden. Our server was the best - friendly, patient, made menu recommendations.

Everytime we are in Columbus/Westerville we eat here. It's an experience. The restaurant is also a huge Italian market like nothing I've seen before. I defy anyone to eat there and not buy something from the store! Fresh Pasta, homemade meatballs, a deli counter, bakery, wine and huge selection of imported olive oil. Always a good meal and great place to take kids.

Well, I chose to have an eggplant parmigiana and it was delicious. The red sauce is definitely on point to the point where I'd like to find it to have at home too my only complaint was that the bread just did not seem to be on point, other than that, my dish was great Our waitress Ms. Ingram was very nice, friendly, I'd actually like to have her whenever we go back. We were seated close to the bar area, a little more secluded which was fine with us. Had to top the evening off with the Canoli Definitely will be back!

Went here for a happy hour dinner on a Friday. Great food and service! We ordered from the happy hour menu and the regular menu. All was delicious. We will def be back. The market was a fun bonus! They were sampling Pannetone, which was a wonderful surprise. I didn't think I would like it as much as I did. The beverage store was stocked with many choices also. Overall, it was a great experience and we can't wait to go back!

My girlfriend (who is basically a model) and I decided we wanted to mangia mangia mangia some good old fashioned ristorante food. We started with the meatballs. They meat mix was a little too tight. When we make them we use 25% fat to get the good texture. They were obviously using 15% or less. The sauce was good but not as good as my girlfriend's. I had the gnocchi she had the fusilli. The fusilli were slightly overdone and a little mushy. We ordered two cannoli instead of one cannolo. We like to have fun sometimes. They were good.

First time to Carfagnas's Ristorante. Popped in for a snack of cocktails and calamari. The calamari was great! Dan preferred the tomato horsey dipping sauce and I preferred the sweet heat. Margarita for Dan and the seasonal Lemon Cranberry Drop for me. It was all pretty good. The island bar is quite large and is surrounded by a bit of a dining room area. The ristorante was a little quiet as we were there between meals (around 4pm), but it became quite busy by time we left. The service was attentive. Carfagna's Enoteca (wineshop) was packed with wine tastings going on. They have various happy hours and today featured several martini specials. We'll definitely be back for dinner sometime and I'll update the review.

Food good but presentation was off. Wrinkled spaghetti? Service was OK but Luke-warm. Ambience was cold for an Italian restaurant.

It's been a minute since I've been here, and honestly, I forgot how good it is. I went all in with the Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Mama's Meatball sandwich with peppers, and a bag of Zapp's Hot Pepper chips--because moderation is for people who don't love flavor. The Chicken Pot Pie Soup? Well, let's just say it leaned more "cream of chicken" than "pot pie." The crusty topping... I'm not sure what sorcery that was, but it had the texture of something between a crouton and a pulverized Ritz cracker that lost its way. Not bad, just... confusing. cracker The Mama's Meatball, though, stole the show. Delicious, saucy, and stacked like it's proud of itself. The peppers gave it just the right kick. And Zapp's chips? Always a chaotic good choice. Overall, great lunch, great company, and a reminder that Potbelly still knows how to make comfort food without overcomplicating it. Would I come back? Absolutely. Just maybe I'll skip the soup--or bring a pie crust of my own next time.
