Such a fun experience if you are a fan of the show. They have a good variety and the staff here is really cool. Nothing that I tried was extraordinary though but it was good.

Great little sweet treat!! They messed upour order which they quickly corrected so that's a plus. Got the chocolate pistachio cupcake and a strawberry cannoli both were really good!! I'd come back as they seemed to have alot of great looking sweets and the line of people waiting says it all. Good spot for that sweet tooth.

My first visit here years ago we got a handful of desserts/pasties. Nothing stood out as amazing or even good. Last time we were here the bakery was closed for remodeling. Im back again and wanted to give this place another try. I got the Strawberry Shortcake and a fruity drink. The shortcake was ok, a tad bit dry, the drink was good. Another place to add to my, no come back list :|

Stopped in for some early evening sweets. We got a vanilla buttercream cupcake, a regular cannoli and a blueberry cannoli. The cupcake was good. The cannolis were okay - liked the regular better than the blueberry. It was fun seeing the bakery shop. The staff were friendly - didn't have any issue. They were quick and we were in and out within 10 minutes at the most, even with a line.

Let's go to Vegas baby! And have some outstanding dessert !! We need to experience the best of Vegas and dessert! Shall we . Let's find ourselves here at the Venetian Hotel. We are going to have the best because you are at the best local for pastries and cake. What's not to love, if you want a certain type of cake truly it's here. For it's worth the trip and effort to have a nice dessert. The service is amazing here but greatness can take a little bit longer so make sure and have patience . You can always choose to eat dessert here, or "my favorite," is to take it home. You are able to unwrap that Carlos box at home and sit back. It's home time and dessert time in your pajamas after a long hard day. Shall we go for it . Let's do this. When you're in the mood for something special and way above all else think Carlos .

The crossaint was hard and so was the inside. I assume these has been sitting for a while and not the item to order. The cannoli's were fresher and it seemed to be the item to try. Not the best I have had but I wanted to try them. This box was 20.00. I gave the low rating due to the croissant. Really disappointed and would skip next time.

A bucket list item checked off but unfortunately my sister and I thought the cannolis were wayyyy too sweet. A decent size for the price, though. It wasn't busy when we went in but the staff were in a rush to get us through, regardless, so we kind of panicked and ordered the most famous thing on the menu. Glad we tried it but not our favorite thing.

At 6:30pm, nothing looked fresh. I was told items are made fresh daily. I tried a Cannoli and lobster tail. There were 2 trays of lobster tails and I asked for one from the new tray. Lobster tail was good. I was surprised how small it was, especially for the price. The Cannoli tasted a day old. The cream was dry and the shell starting to get stale with some parts soggy. I didn't think it was a good value.

We popped into Carlo's Bakery late in the evening, and while the selection was a bit picked over (totally expected at that hour), we each managed to snag a tasty treat, and left with zero regrets. I went for the crème brûlée pastry, and wow, creamy, crisp, and just the right amount of sweet. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient, even with the late-night rush of dessert seekers. We're definitely planning to swing by again during the day to catch a fuller spread and sample more of the goodies Buddy's famous for. If our first round was any sign, round two is going to be just as sweet.

Non-Sweetened because the lady at the register didn't mention it at all Iced Strawberry Matcha Latte

CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's such a big part of the experience. We ordered a chai tea latte, and the lady at the register said, "Okay, well that's only water by the way." In which we responded saying we thought it was with milk. We want the latte, not just the tea. She said it was only water unless you say otherwise. So we asked for it with milk, and she asked if we wanted it sweetened. "However it normally comes," ..was a mistake on our end, because she said that the latte is only water, so we need to tell her if we want it sweetened or not. It's up to us...Like there is not a pre-set vanilla chai iced latte on that menu that we are both looking at???? We went to clarify that it was a "iced chai tea latte, that has almond milk and is sweetened with vanilla and has chai tea," and then she snapped at us and said she knows how to make one?????? After we got it, it came HOT! She offered to make it iced afterwards, however at that point, between the bad customer service, the understaffed bakery, and the busy ambiance - we didn't really care at that point, didn't want to deal with it, and honestly don't really want to come back at all. I got a strawberry matcha, which to my surprise was completely unsweetened, and not mentioned at all. Most people want to be able to stop by, get what they want, and go. They don't want to wait 30 minutes for 2 drinks (that get messed up) and stay in there any longer with the workers who are so incredibly unhappy there for some reason. Our 3 pastries that we got were good, but we'd love to try somewhere else next time. So so so sad it ended up not being as good of an experience as expected.

Seriously, just skip lunch and have a treat!

I had to stop here for a cannoli! It was worth every penny! I had one filled with a light peanut butter flavor! Oh, heaven!

The cannolis here taste great despite it not completely filled in. You can only find the filling on both ends but if you break it in half, there's a sizable gap in the middle. Again, despite that, it still tastes great. Is it worth the price? No, it's not. The thing is, what made this experience unacceptable is the staff member who worked here. She was not hospitable. We understand this place may get busy but when we went, it wasn't. We ordered the cannolis and simply asked for a receipt. I guess it annoyed her that we requested for one seeing that we didn't leave a tip. She rudely got the receipt for us. We just needed it to redeem more points since we're members of the hotel. Would we come back? No. There's nothing special about the place. The ambiance looks a bit cute but spoiled by the rude staff member. You're better off spending your money elsewhere.

Went to get a birthday cake for my best friends brother and the place could use a lot of improvement. Food and customer service wise; the matcha was a 2/10 I didn't really taste any strawberry. The matcha didn't have any sweetness at all. All there pastry are serve cold was given the options to have them warmed up. But the flavor was good. I wasn't able to get the name of the woman who served me but a smile or any bit of kindness goes a long way

Do they make custom birthday cakes?

Yes, they have custom build cakes available.

Does anyone know the store hours on the weekend (Friday and Saturday)? The hours on Yelp versus other website are different. Trying to pick up pastries once I land but I am not sure if I will make it on time.

    9am - 11pm for Friday and Saturday

    Does Carlo's make panettone?

Carlos , Does make different cakes and the many flavors would be that you can request or to ask about the many flavors because the many cakes that Carlos makes are some of the best and the most flavorful.

We made a visit on the 1st day and arrived right when they opened at 11:30 AM. Parking is available but it is in a lot with other businesses. However, it was busy at the time. I was lucky to grab one of the last few spots. It was even busier by noon. There are seating both inside and a little patio on the side of the store. We sat inside because it was hot that day and they were blasting the A/C. Restroom is available but will need a key. We took a look at the menu beforehand so I ordered right away. It only took a few minutes for it to be ready. There is a little water station available near their counter. Despite having a lot of sweet options, we came here for the savory options. The spicy tuna salad avocado and avocado egg salad croffles were our orders. The tuna one was honestly not that spicy but definitely hits the savory craving. The egg one leans on the sweeter side. Both of these were really good and were a good balance of flavor profiles together. Highly recommend both! Sweet Mong is easily a store I'd come back to try other dishes.

The matcha had a rich, earthy flavor without being overly bitter, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. I ordered a float and loved that they let you choose the ice cream flavor. The ube ice cream was a standout--it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice starchy, creamy texture that paired well with the matcha. Another plus was the pricing. Compared to many specialty matcha shops, the drinks felt reasonably priced for the quality and portion size. Overall, a great spot for matcha lovers and anyone looking for a refreshing treat while in Vegas. I'd definitely come back and try more of the menu.

We ordered the Matcha Yuzu Sparkler and Matcha Kuromitsu Kinako Cream. The cream is whipped and along with the brown sugar jelly makes it a much heavier and decadent drink than I was expecting, but was still good. The matcha here is safe for those new or unfamiliar with matcha, with a smooth grassy and lightly floral profile.

Strawberry Mille-Feuille: They make this fresh, so I had to wait about 5-10 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. Yes, I think I've had enough coconut cake now in one sitting to last a lifetime. Yuzu Panna Cotta: Very unique. I haven't seen this dessert anywhere else. The yuzu adds a bright tangy flavor that almost makes the panna cotta taste like a creamy citrus yogurt. I'm really glad I tried it. Matcha Latte: Strong, high-quality matcha. Sometimes matcha drinks at cafés taste watered down, but not here. It's topped with matcha foam and little matcha brownie bits, which makes it extra special. Strawberry Dessert: My kids loved this. Every bite was a surprise. My 9-year-old found beans in one bite and then a big strawberry hidden in the middle. It was fun watching them discover it.
