What a nice surprise to have quickly stopped at Carl's after a long day of softball and have such a nice experience. Our food was delicious and while eating, Diana came by to our table and offered to refill all our drinks. She asked if we needed more ice and was so pleasant and professional. If I could give this location 0 or negative stars I would. The employees can never hear or understand you when ordering- since the drive-thru is located right next to a freeway/ on-ramp. This results in the staff either having to say "what was that?" at least 5-7x per order- or them just guessing and getting your order completely wrong (which has happened to me a few times)!! I know some of you might be thinking "why doesn't she just go inside to order then?" I am disabled and use walking aides; usually crutches- which results in me not being able to carry a bag of food, if I were to go inside. Also- this location doesn't have all the drinks available that many other Carl's Jrs. do- like bottled Vitamin water, cans of Monster energy, etc. when you don't want just a watered down soda-fountain drink. And the drive-thru line is ALWAYS SOOO SLOW!!! But yet, I still continue to come here, since it is the only restaurant with a drive-thru off my exit/ closest to my house. read more

This Carl's Jr is a negative five (-5) absolutely a horrible experience perhaps one of the worse. I ordered 3 items. Each item was awful. We pulled into parking lot at 7:20 pm on 2/5/17. Lights not on in parking lot or menu. I ordered a shake. The ding a ling told me the shakes were all runny and did I still want one. That was a big negative. I then ordered a big cheeseburger no mustard. I received a burger with mustard and rather than a quarter pound burger I received two burned small patties that were cold. Secondly I ordered some new cheese potato item. Cheese sauce was gooped to one side. So disgusting. Lastly I ordered a lemonade. The ding a ling didn't bother telling me it was light lemonade . I wrote a a complaint whereas the regional/area manager called me about three days later and did nothing other than make excuses. He offered to give me a free meal. I told him I don't need a free meal, and would not return to that Carl's Jr. Most importantly, his apology was not sincere. read more

I'm actually not sure why this location has such poor reviews, I've always generally had a good experience here. Everytime I come here, they give me more than I expected. More fries, more ketchup packets if I'm ordering for home, etc. Rarely have I had a problem with my order here either. In fact, I don't think they ever got my order here wrong (hopefully I'm not speaking too soon but I've been going to this location since 2007). Only complaint is that it does get a little crowded and so it does get slow but can't say they are to blame. read more

Stopped by to grab a quick bite on our way to Diego. We were greeted by the most friendliest young man ever. It was a bit early and still quiet in the restaurant and he was the only one working the counter at the time. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. I wished I had asked for his name! Our food was served hot, fresh and tasted as if we had just made it. When we couldn't finish our breakfast we went back to ask for a bag and the manager was working the counter and he also was very polite. The restaurant was clean and the only recommendation we could make is to check the restrooms since they were a bit dirty. Maybe they are trying to make improvements based on some previous comments left here. Would return when passing through. read more

One of the worst Carl's I've been to. And normally if I do a fast food burger besides in-n-out, Carl's is usually a safe bet. I ordered the All Natural Burger combo since I was going for a cheat meal and got the zucchini, which I used to love when I was younger. The burger came out with no mustard, ketchup or pickles and looked as dry as can be. Was also barely lukewarm. The zucchini def lost its charm that it had when I was little. Breading overwhelms the zucchini and it was ehhhh. My fiancé's guac bacon burger was also barely lukewarm. So, sadly we def won't be visiting this Carl's again on the way to Temecula. Prob won't visit a Carl's for awhile. Come on Carl's, let's improve the look of the burgers for what you charge for a combo. Sidenote- my stomach has been severely upset since about 5-10 minutes after we ate there. Not sure what's up, but something did not agree with me! read more

Probably the most embarrassing display of "management" I've ever seen. We weren't even directly involved but walked in to grab a quick bite on our way out of town to find a shorter Hispanic manager (Rosie was her name according to other staff members) belittling an employee in front of a customer (who clearly felt uncomfortable during all of this). Buyer beware! All chicken sandwiches now come with BBQ sauce! At least that's what this stores employees are telling us. We ordered a Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich and it came with BBQ sauce. This Carl's Jr. next to Tom's Farms is truly unique though. Seriously. When my crew and I finnish a serious day of paintball down the road at Jungle Island, we always stop here to grub out. The first thing we do is head for the restroom to wash our hands and use a most remarkable device to dry our hands. You don't see this just anywhere either. You actually stick you hands into this device attached to the wall and a blast of warm 1000 MPH air shoots all the water off your hands. As you move your hands in and out of this device, it acts as an air squeege. In about 5 seconds, not one drop of water is on your hands. A truly remarkable piece of engineering in a men's restroom in a Carls Jr. in Corona. Go figure. read more

I've grown up eating at Carl's here and there, but the food has always been way less than mediocre. Actually, the Carl's down the street from where I work, is gross. Visited this location after some produce shopping at Tom's Farms. The facility was very clean and had a decent amount of traffic for 11:30am on a Wednesday. I was helped rather quickly and the cashier was friendly. As we waited for our food, I noticed a few employees walking around and cleaning off tables. It is nice to see consistency in that regard. When we got the food it was exactly what we had ordered, perfect in temperature and tasted pretty darn good. I rarely eat at Carl's Jr. anymore, but now that I know this place is pretty decent, I may be back after all! PS: They have a fairly large dining area, perfect for places right off the freeway. This review is for the Service at this location, employees not attentive. I frequently exit the 15 South to visit the location as a restroom stop. Yesterday, I felt bad that I normally don't order any food, so I decided to buy a cheeseburger. It was typical Saturday, not a Holiday, around 4:40pm. When I walked in there were probably 3 customers eating in their lobby, and no customers in line. A male employee was at the end if the counter speaking with a manager regarding a promotional display they were assembling. He saw me walk in, made eye contact, but kept working with the manager. I approached the counter and saw all 3 registers were displayed with "Closed.". 3 female employees were at the counter, but all attending to Drive Thru orders. This is a location that I have seen the majority of customers use the Drive Thru. I remembered when I walked in, their Drive Thru only had about 4 cars MAX, so this was somewhat strange, but I'm not going to question their process. Although one of the females saw me waiting to order, no one acknowledge or inquired if I wanted to order. I was the only customer at the registers, so I waited about 3 minutes and walked out. No effort for customer service in the lobby at this location. read more

This has been my "go to" spot for reliably good burgers and service ever since it was built. Today, I got a demonstration of how lousy employees can ruin a good business. I went in to eat mid-afternoon. Two cars in the drive-through, no customers inside, eating or in line, three people behind the counter, a young man and two girls wearing order headsets. I stood at the first order window for a while then moved to the window closer to the drive-through window. Everyone saw me, no one acknowledged me. I waited and waited. One young lady went directly in front of me to the order pick-up window and stood with her back to me while she waited for an order. The young man glanced at me and spoke to her about me. She clearly shrugged her shoulders and continued to stand with her back to me. I was insulted and disgusted and I started to leave, then came back and said, "Thanks for nothing!" Does that make me a "Karen"? I don't think so. The young man said, "Hey, I don't work here." Clearly, nobody was working there! If he wasn't working, why was he hanging around behind the counter? As to the young lady, too bad no one in her family ever liked her enough to teach her any manners!
