My husband and I visited for breakfast before our mini spa getaway. Got in right at 8 with the drive thru fairly busy but the lobby empty. Our order was taken, and we heard how 5 cars were served before we were.. no biggie we werent in a hurry. The gentleman that came after us got his food before we did and the guy Jose who took our order walked right past us not noticing that we have yet 2 recieved our food. In an effort to not mess up or vibe I went to the counter and got the attention of the drive thru tenant, after I explained we still didnt have our food she began yelling for Jose who had disappeared. She began to ask him if he had given us our order (why would i be up here) Finally at 825 we got our food, we were apologized to and given a cookie. My mom and i just went through the drive thru. There was a line but it didnt take long at all. The boy on the speaker was super nice and the girl at the window was also super nice, she complimented mom right when we pulled up. Great service! read more

Don't go here when you are busy and in a hurry! The food is good, but the service is slow. It does not seem to matter whether I go inside or through the drive thru, I always wait far longer than necessary. I don't know if they are just under staffed or really don't care if they move fast. Today I went to the drive through for an iced tea. I gave the cashier my money and then waited and waited for the tea. I guess he had to go cut the lemons himself because my drink was sitting there on the counter. It just seems to me that ordering a drink only should be very quick. Another time I waited 12 minutes in the drive through line, again just for an iced tea, It is very convenient, just off the 1-15 freeway. The window service was horrible! We kept repeating our order multiple times until we couldn't take anymore and proceeded to continue the order at the window. The lady taking our order was very rude and sassy. She totally rejected our order and ignored us. When she repeated our cancelled order she rolled her eyes and mimicked us to a coworker. Absolutely insane! Unprofessional! The food was cold and our coffee was served black when we asked for a vanilla cold brew. read more

I couldn't believe the AMAZING customer service here. A very nice female with glasses and braided hair brought my food to me with napkins and she even went out of her way to get me some ketchup and ask what else she could get me. Very good food and fast service. When I was finished, I was even more surprised to see her right next to me taking my trash to the trash can for me. I wondered whether I was still at a fast food place or not for a second. AWESOME service guys. Management- please give this lady a bonus, gift card, or raise. She has an amazing attitude and she is very nice. read more

This Carl's Jr. is a good one. I sometimes come here on my lunch it's the closest food joint in the area and it has really great service, I never been disappointed. Although you might want to avoid the drive-thru during lunch hours because it gets pretty packed, go inside instead the wait is shorter but theres quite a few people inside as well. read more

Drives me bonkers that I can't get through a sentence without being interrupted. Can't order a sandwich or say "just the sandwich" without being interrupted. Ask for 5 piece chicken strips and when she rung it up I saw it say 3 piece ar drive up display . Corrected it to 5 win I got to the window . Then they let me drive away without asking if I wanted ketchup for my o ion rings or sauce for my chicken strips. Didn't realize until I got home. For 11.50 for strips , onion rings and coke and be treated like that. Forget it! Not again. read more

Ordered extra crispy fries through drive thru with my meal, they were cooked regular so I asked for them extra crispy, again, they had me wait in the front and brought me out the same damn fries I was dead. Wtf read more

Went here to grab a quick bit before movies and ended up having to switch movie times. We went through the drive thru and it took over 20 min to get out food. They also had our order wrong. read more

Stay away from the Drive-thru, unless you enjoy sitting in your car and waiting.....and waiting......and waiting. Slowest drive thru I've ever been in. Sad thing is, it happens every time. I keep thinking it'll improve, but it doesn't. Never again. read more

Seriously one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been in. The manager Dennis was on top of his employees and was doing a great job training his newbees. My food order was fresh and fast. read more

Every time I order a happy meal plain with ketchup only in the drive thru they get it wrong. There I go park my car to go inside to complain with my son about to cry. This last Sunday they made a mistake twice and they don't even compensate with free fries or cookie for the inconvenience. read more

Went through the drive-through today ordered a double Western bacon cheeseburger and a single Western bacon cheeseburger combo look at the menu screen everything looks right got to the window paid left and went home and noticed my order was screwed up call the manager manager said the order was correct I looked back at my Receipt and it was a totally different order. Manager said sorry that's what you ordered. Do you guys need to keep an eye on your receipts this place is all screwed up probably won't go back here again and I live right around the corner read more

Horrible drive thru experience. The person taking the order couldn't get the order correct. I had to tell her to start over because she had it so screwed up so many different ways! After 12 cars back and 20 minutes later, I walked in with an order that was wrong (big shock), and asked for my money back. They offered to make it correctly a second time but at this point I just wanted to scream. Who wants to be bitten by the same dog twice, eh? After 4 attempts to get my refund they complied. My lunch hour was, by now, almost over and frustration the only lunch I got. Find somewhere else to eat. If I could rate my experience here with a -6, I would. read more

Live just down the street and almost every single time I come to this location my meal is wrong. Was the only person in the drive thru line today and they gave me my food very fast but I get home to find again that they didn't listen to anything I requested be held off my burger. Always double check your meals when coming here because they never listen and value speed over actually getting you what you paid for. read more

Is observed go ahead and check it out and you'll see This is the worst Carl's Jr ever , never go there, I have been there atleast 4 times and my wife has been there a tad bit more ,trust me the general manager her name is Rosie she always wears a pink blue or bright colored button up and it is everything but nice courteous , and I would recommend you or others to not get Carl's jr. street Located at Temescal Street in Corona zip code is 92883 located off the 15 South Freeway located after cajalco exit ,because they have less than perfect service I wish I can say something more but I don't want to say any curse words. The general manager Rosie is nothing but nice nothing , sunny absolutely zero sunny disposition and they messed up on 50% of my orders and it is not a family-friendly restaurant whatsoever they call it restaurant more like fast food with negative negative negative service and vibes , trust me I complained at least 3 times. Just went through the drive thru at 3:37pm today. My order was read back to me correctly. I paid, got my food and pulled forward. I checked my order and it was wrong. Fries instead of onion rings. I pulled around and walked in (coming off a leg injury). I received horrible customer service from then on. I hear someone from the back yell "charge the difference!". As if I knew what the problem they caused was exactly. They wanted 40 CENTS more. No problem except for I left my wallet in the car and was not willing to walk back and forth again due to the pain for onion rings. I hope that 40 cents was worth the bad review guys. Well I'm deathly allergic to onions, ordered 2 burgers with no onions, and first bite of burger I get onion. So if I die someone please sue this locations for me. And these are the people that want $15 an hour. read more

It's pretty sad when you can make a better burger than a place that makes them all day. I knew it wasn't going to be that great of a meal when the fries were delivered lukewarm. Then the Texas BBQ Thick burger that I ordered was delivered and the cheese was all hard around the sides! YEEEUCK! That means the cheese was left sitting out OR the burger and cheese was left out since it appeared that the cheese was half melted on the meat patty. Either way...the burger wasn't even lukewarm but cool and really dry. I had high expectations considering my husband said the one he had at a Carl's in Anaheim was great. The best thing we got was the zucchini. So save yourself some cash and just eat a hot dog or a bag of chips from the ARCO next door. I wished I had. Oh and watch out for the FILTHY aprons that the cashiers were wearing. I wished I would have noticed sooner. Any establishment or manager that lets their employees walk around looking filthy doesn't deserve my patronage. read more

This is the absolute worst Carl's I have ever been to. Due to it being so close to us, we have given it a few tries giving it the benefit of the doubt. Every time they mess up our order or forget something. Their food tastes stale, like it has been sitting there all day. Not to mention they are very slow. Will never be going back. Service was absolutely horrendous. Everyone seemed like they were lost. Only one car ahead of me in the drive thru and a virtual ghost town in the parking lot and I waited almost 30 minutes in park. When I finally got my food, it was cold and they gave me barbecue sauce in a kids cup. I've never been this motivated to leave a review. My 27 minute drive home from here was quicker than the service. Safe to say I'll never be back. Lastly, food was mediocre at best. read more

I have been coming here for years since its only drive through around here . It used to be a hit and miss with the burgers . But now its all garbage , the hamburgers look like they have been thrown together and are sloppy and lop sided, lettuce is not always fresh, and the worst is the tomatoes. They are always old soggy and even taste like they were in the fridge for days pre cut. When I order I ask for fresh tomatoes and always give me the same old rotten tomatoes. It made me sick to my stomach making me wish I could just throw up. Managers are stingy with the sauce and the older manager lady always gives me dirty looks when I ask for fresh tomatoes and says they don't give extra sauce on the side . She is always rude . Don't come here its worth the drive to go somewhere else than to buy this overpriced garbage. read more

This place is super convenient. When I was driving home recently, I decided to stop by for breakfast. It was probably around 9:30am. I ended up behind 1 truck. I thought to myself, this will be quick. Well, it wasn't. I waited 12 minutes to get to the window. When I was waiting, the issue was something to do with the Carls app and what the gentlemen was trying to order. He eventually left without anything. Once I got to the window, it seemed to take a bit. By then I had 6 cars behind me. I paid with my card, got my sandwich and left. I tried to leave quickly as I felt I wanted to help the others behind me, but it seemed to take a while to get my card and food back. When I got home the sandwich was one of those that was the opposite of what you saw in the picture. It was kind of disappointing but it still tasted good. The next day, my card was used for a donation site and then attempted to be added to a PayPal account. I don't like to blame others, but the card I used was brand new and was used here first and only here. I feel that this location stole my card info as they were the only ones to have used my card. Maybe not, but just beware. read more
