This place has lost my business. Im sick to my stomach with diarrhea and pain. As having a chorizo burrito i notice two ants but did not cross my mind . Then loads of grease leaked from the burrito. Then came the chorizo that tasted weird and different and had a weird smell notice that it what black . Few hours later my stomach is in pain with non stop water diarrhea. As for the burrito i only had 3 bites and saved the rest for later and is now in the trash. Be careful make sure you look for the grade level. read more

Then once we got the food she closed the window so we couldn't ask for anything. WORST ALBERTOS EVER!!! Went thru the drive thru on a Sunday night at 8:30 to wait 30 minutes for our food ended up leaving at 9:05pm. As we waited, I looked inside to see where the girl went, looked like the place was close and no machines were on. When we ate our food (ordered the enchiladas and burrito with rice and beans, #6) literally paid for trash. I took a bite out of my enchilada ended up being just a tortilla w sauce, my rice was hard and crispy not the way an ACTUAL ALBERTOS RICE SHOULD BE, my burrito was dried and had no flavor. Ordered a chorizo burrito and went to eat it and it tasted weird. I went inside to talk to the cashier and she told me they do not offer pork products here. I said your menu says chorizo, ham, and sausage those are pork products. She said that they use turkey or chicken substitutes and it tastes just the same. I explained no it does not and asked for a refund. She did not know how to do a refund so I had to order something else. I ordered the "sausage and bacon" burrito. I came here to get the carne Asada fries that I usually get at the other establishments particularly in long beach. I waited for about five minutes to get helped, I actually had to ring the bell for service and the girl was a couple steps away. She didn't have a nice smile but she said hi. Usually doesn't bother me though, I'm just here for the food. The fries were not an upset. It was really good but the drinks were too sweet, just didn't taste right. The seating area is small but I enjoyed my food. A couple flies here and there though. The restrooms are so dirty lol. The food is good but I don't recommend to eat in. Called right away and talk to Victoria at Reg01 Order# 0162 on 2/28 she said bring the burrito back to the store. I told her "I'm out of the area. Gave her my name Jorge.
