Mismanaged and slow. I left without my food, because after 20 minutes I became skeptical that food was actually being prepared at this place. Maybe this Carl's Jr is just a massive scam, where they take orders, but never give you any food? I don't know. Worst food ever. The fries were so gross I gagged on them, the oil needs changing or something, they made me instantly sick. The burger was dripping grease on to my shirt, before I even opened it. Of 3 meals ordered, not one was edible. good food, decently priced.. had a few wrong orders along the way... the thing I like the most is they do burgers as a lettuce wrap. the indoor dining is usually clean (although I haven't been inside since 2019). the staff during those visits would even offer to remove your garbage and trays. read more

OK, there must be something wrong with this place. We hit the drive-thru and were waiting for at least 5 minutes at the order-microphone, and eventually a man came on who said "Have you even ordered yet?" to which we replied, "No, sir" which was followed by a Birbigliesque "Oh, MAN!" - We got the order in for their smallest adult burger and a side of fries and a Fanta, and I was anxious to try my 100% daily caloric intake and 100% daily saturated fat intake thanks to the usefulness of the Carl's Jr. website - the burger was good - not great, but good - a bit dry, but I suppose getting the double-chili cheeseburger was the way to go if I wanted to stockpile the sat-fats for the next 4 days (yup - 4 days worth - look it up) and have something a little bit messy. There's an ad running on their site about this hot girl from "The Hills" in a bikini who calls their teriyaki burger her indulgence - and I think there were some other ads that had someone washing a car or something. I think Carl's Jr. is trying to corner the Eating-Burgers-Is-Sexy crowd - kind of like In-N-Out is trying to corner the fast-food-can-be-good crowd. My advice? Get the cheapest burger like I did, and work up from there. $7 and up seems like a ton of money to pay for a burger, even if it has a dole pineapple ring on it. read more

I haven't been to a Carl's Jr. in quite a while. I picked up an order from Kohl's nearby and decided to go through the CJ drive thru. I thought the Famous Star with cheese was better than BK or McDonalds. There was a bit of a wait (no line in front or behind me) because they said they were making my burger fresh. Burger was hot and fresh, but the bun is a bit too big for the burger and the french fries which said on the box they were hot, crunchy and gone were none of those. I re fried the fries at home. Burger was good/fries sucked. read more

Messed up my order and didn't help me at all. I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches with curly fries, a side of regular fries, and mini tacos. I didn't receive the curly fries and mini tacos. I went to Carls Jr for breakfast and knew exactly what I wanted, when I arrived there was absolutely no one in line ahead of me and I was told to wait a moment ... after about 3 min a voice came back on and asked what I wanted. I ordered two breakfast sandwich meals one with coke and one with Dr pepper. When I pulled up to the window I paid and then it started... I waited over 15 min for my food (which arrived luke warm) And my drinks were delivered severely watered down, both of them ! When we pulled away there were about 6 cars behind us I felt bad for all of them. The customer service was poor, the girl acted like she hated her job and never once smiled. This was over a month ago. I never posted the review and left it as a draft. However this morning... I arrived at about 815 and sat at the ordering station again for 5 min. There were two cars that had already ordered and were waiting. I finally got to order my food. I asked for a BREAKFAST sandwich... she asked if I wanted a meal I said no, figuring I would get another watered down drink. After waiting for about 45 min for my turn at the window I handed the lady my card, waited another 5 min for one sandwich... and upon getting to work, about 28 min later. I got a western bacon burger. NOT what I ordered. I should have checked the bag as I have never had a correct order at this location. I don't know why I put myself through this time after time. The McDonald's around the corner is 2 times more professional despite all of their employees having rainbow colored hair and talking about their personal lives and adventures with drive thru windows open and customers within ear shot. I will never return to Carl's Jr. I would rather pay double for a sandwich 1/3 of the size at Starbucks. At least they are quick and they smile and have positive attitudes. read more

I ordered the chicken club but there were out. I had a $1 off coupon from their app which was only for that particular sandwich. But they substituted another sandwich in its place honoring the coupon. Thank you! Sandwich was excellent! Employees were friendly! COMPLETE DISASTER - If you really want Carls Jr - then beware. Walked into this location and right off the bat first customer in line - and armed security guard, loudly complaining that his families order was messed up 3 times and how he wanted his money back. After waiting in line, we ordered 4 burgers and 2 milkshakes for our family. Paid and sat down - 15 minutes later we noticed one of the workers asking around the other people in the restaurant if they were the ones who ordered milkshakes. We told them we had and they told us they were out of milk. They told us they would give us something else on the menu that had the same value - fine - we chose jalapeno poppers and a drink. After we finished our meal - we finally got our "jalapeno poppers" which turned out to be chicken strips. We didn't even bother trying to correct this - as they were busy trying to correct the 5 other orders after us that were messed up. As we were walking out the door - they asked if we got the jalapeno poppers - and we told them that it was actually chicken strips - sorry to whoever those actually belonged to. One of my guilty pleasures is the 2006 movie Idiocracy, in which Carl's Jr stars as itself as a symbol of the corporate takeover of future America. So, I've been obviously enthusiastic about the opening of the franchise in my very own hometown. I'll stick with the DVD.... I really did not care for my burger. The patty was no different than any other fast food beef disc. The plethora of mystery sauce overwhelmed the runny guacamole and paper-thin bacon. And, it was unneccessarily messy and awkward to eat. The fried zucchini was okay - but the "house sauce" tasted like soap. No, not soap... soft scrub without the scrubby things. There were lines out the door on a Sunday at noon about 2 weeks after opening. My shake was okay. And for the record, I don't really know what soft scrub tastes like. read more

Had not been to Carl's jr in a year and a half . I was pumped when I pulled in !Ordered my food from a pushy lady who kept on trying to upsell everything . Anyways so I'm waiting in line for 9 minutes. I get to the gate , no apology from the lady who had the droopiest ears and piercings all taken out . I was thinking to myself ," do I want you touching my food " . Asked to speak with a manager and after another 4 minutes (is everything slow in this store)some young kid named Chris comes to the counter and says he can't give me my food for free it's against policy . Clearly in this business there is a lack of training , structure , and professionalism . I have lost faith in the Carl's junior corporation. Not impressive in the least. Their prices are way too high for what you actually get. They have a crap selection of value items like all the other fast food establishments. On top of that, my overpriced burger was bland, dry, and actually a little cold. And the service was TERRIBLE. It almost seemed like the guy working the drive-thru thought this establishment should be entitled, like we should be knocking down little old ladies in order to get here every day. No thanks.
