The staff was friendly as well. Solid 10/10. If you want fine dining and a new experience don't come here. If you want the Carl, come here, you won't be disappointed. I know work sucks, but you are in the service industry, therefore, you either put up proper service or get out of the service industry. It appears this location is ran by one family. The man in charge, is doing a humble job, but, it's the kids that seem to hate their jobs. I think the Dad, should fire them and let's see if they can do better. Meanwhile, Dad should hire some people that really do need jobs. This way he can control the employees better. Hot, fresh breakfast sandwich! This Carl's gets a bad rap for heavy Hispanic accents and being slow. My experience: they spoke English and my food was fresh. I waited maybe 5 minutes. I would prefer to wait for fresh delicious food then cold, burned, crappy food. As expected, would return. Almost every yelp complaint is about their language. They spoke English perfectly fine and did a great job. I ate in the restaurant, and they spoke English fine to other customers. I got here at 6:30am and they were open. read more

I really have not eaten at Carl's Jr. in many years, until this trip to Mammoth recently. On our way out of town, we wanted something quick for the kids so we can hit the road and get home. Driving all over town, we were looking for something we might recognize. Carl's Jr. is certainly a recognizable brand, so into the drive-through lane we pulled. After an extensive wait... Seriously... There were no cars in front of us... The rather friendly gentleman handed us a couple of bags of goodies, and off we went, heading for the 395 and back to San Gabriel Valley. As soon as I unwrapped my Western bacon cheeseburger, I remembered what a mistake it is to eat at Carl's Jr. The food was cold, tasteless, and really let down. Granted, this is one of the only places in town that's open late. But if you can muster the strength and your stomach, save your money until you get to Bishop. This place is filthy. The floor was sticky and filled with trash, dirt and food. The soda machine had soda sprayed everywhere and was dripping onto the floor. There was an old soggy rag left if the soda machine that looked like someone tried but gave up? The ketchup was self serve. It was empty and the handle was sticky. There was a napkin below with ketchup dripped all over it. Wewere inside because the drive thru won't take anything but cash. I honestly worried about eating there. Do I start with the gross ass subie driving cashier that took my order or with the burgers that look like a chimp shit in his hand and hurled it at the wall. This place is beyond disgusting and I'm sure other reviews can back that. I'd rather eat a meal off of a bus stop bench before eating here. The last time I had food here I needed to be rushed to the ER to get my stomach pumped. After two hours I finally walked to the restaurant and they tell me they don't have time to make it. I asked if they canceled it and they said they couldn't cancel it. Between the three days that my wife and I came here, we had a multitude of bad experiences. The worst was showing up when they supposedly opened at 6 AM, but instead of helping us, the employees stared through the window and looked at us. I get sick every time I eat here and my meal has mayo. My husband ordered a burger, had mayo, I had them hold the mayo on mines and sure enough, about an hour later my husband is looking for ginger tea to quiet his upset stomach. The milkshakes are room temp and warm. I noticed they leave the gallon of milk out on the counter with no refrigeration. It's time to call the health dept.
