I pulled up to the order taking area this morning and got the auto response and I asked for a breakfast burger then took about 30 seconds and I said hello? Then finally someone said breakfast burger pulled up forward do you want sauce and I said no sauce please. Maria asks for my card then walks around the wall where I can't see her with her phone in one hand and my card in the other. I can't see what's going on behind walls but now I'm paranoid she took photos of my cars info and had to cancel my card. I have a feeling she's collecting card information from customers. I'm quite aware that restrooms are for paying customers. Not a new policy. However, when your establishment has two available, it would behoove you to allow customers to use both. My family paid for our order and we had two young kids who needed to use the restroom. I asked the worker for the codes to each and he refused to give me both. As my kids were standing doing tbe potty dance, we watched another worker run and use the other one. So clearly the other one was functional. I ordered a single wester cheeseburger, advertised as $7.99. When they confirmed my order, it was correct, I just thought it was a little pricey, I even asked to make sure I ordered the right items and I did. When I checked the receipt, they charged me $10.99 for the burger! I went back to let them know they charged me wrong and the manager just apologized and gave me $2.50. I did not receive a receipt correcting my order, because if I would have, $3.26 would've been the correct amount to refund me TO INCLUDE TAXES. 7/7/22 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I Drove to the window around 11:30pm to return a chicken sandwich, when I previously tried to order a Chicken SALAD. Mind you, My man was the person that ordered, he came home with the wrong item. I had tried calling numerous times before I even drove back to this location, was told they stop picking up phone calls at 8pm (should definitely have a sign up considering they're 24 hrs) plus, We NEVER received a receipt in the bag. (I am a past Carls Jr employee so I somewhat remember how issues likes these can be handled through their system.) I explained the situation, and was hassled about a receipt numerous times when I kept telling them that was an issue on the person who gave us our order....I was then told by a female employee that they would not refund me unless I could prove we just ordered. "YEAH RIGHT!" She was extremely unprofessional and definitely made it blatant that "I was rude" in response to her not so helpful attitude. I kept telling her to look up the past receipts in the system like an employee with some knowledge on how to handle these situations normally would....instead she felt the need to argue back and fourth with me instead, like a CHILD! Long story short, got my seven dollars back after 20 minutes. These dummies probably found the receipt they " ALWAYS" put in peoples bags (BS) on the floor or still on the receipt machine....can't fool someone who was once in your shoes kid. I will not be going back to this location and hope management trains their employees on how to approach situations like these better without emotions poking out, Y'all are on the clock and should have the restraint to act like sensible workers regardless of how the customer reacts. I work in fast food and honestly i have never had such a good guest service experience then the two girls working the drive through today i know how busy it gets and how rushed people are and how hot it is in the kitchen but ah i went in sunday april 24th around 1:20 my receipt says the cashier is jessica.. i'm not sure if she was the one who took my order on the headset or not but she was so absolutely kind! Please train your employees to make a transaction with UCR Bear Bucks. This is a supposedly Bear Bucks accepting location but the last three times I've gone there I'm either told the machine doesn't work or told by an employee that they don't know how to do that. The only time I've been able to use my Bear Bucks here is when a manager was there. It is very inconvenient when I order my food and go to pay for it and that's the only money I have and then I have to leave hungry with no food due to the lack of training the employees apparently receive here when it comes to Bear Bucks.
