This is the best Carl's Jr. by far. My husband and I like to go very late at night here and their chicken sandwich is hot not like other other Carl's Jr. like the one on La Sierra and also the Madison location. And the employee at the drive thru is very polite and friendly. read more

I got an order to pick at this location and I got there at 9:56 didn't get to the front until 10:21 and still had to wait another 5 mins for the cashier to hang me the order and yet she mess but the drink and it was supposed to be a shake and this isn't the first time it happen it happen another time and I hate that wasted my time and the customer time because I got them the food everything but I won't even know if gonna be hot and not only that they didn't even cover the shake to make worst. Don't waste your time, I have regrets. As a vegetarian, I usually love Carlos jr because they have a yummy beyond meat famous star that comes with a stamp to make sure it's vegetarian friendly and I don't mind paying more. Tonight, I got what looked like a regular meat patty and tried to call but no one answered so I drove all the way back at night in the rain to have the guy working tell me that it was a beyond meat burger but they decided not to use the sticker. I just stopped eating the most disgusting burger I've ever had. I've had the all natural burger several times at a different location, and it was delicious. Here, the meat was awful. It wasn't char-broiled at all, and I think it was a bit undercooked. Either they are complete slobs, or they tried to hide the undercooked meat by putting globs of condiments on it which made my bread soggy. The meat patty looks disgusting. I've eaten here before, and I regret it every time. My soda tastes a bit flat. The fries are fine. But this place is dirty. This Carl's Jr is where I go to get a quick meal if I can't find anywhere else that's better. You're almost forced into ordering a combination every time you come here. Whenever I order separately, I get disappointed with the large fries which aren't very large at all. Their large fries are equivalent to a medium. Their burgers generally taste the same and there's nothing special about their breakfast solution. They're closer to UCR than McDonalds is, but location is the only thing where they succeed at. There is nothing good about their burgers and it feels like you're simply putting matter into your mouth when you order any of them. They also all taste the same so you're better off going with the famous star if anything. It isn't surprising that their chicken tenders are about the same in quality to everything else at this place. I know as a recognized location people are going to go here no matter what. However this truly is the worst location I've ever encountered. It started with an order made incorrectly which myself and my party called to inform them of this and get our order fixed. At which time we were told to come back, we continued to try and eat what was edible which we quickly found out was nothing, all burgers were uncooked, all fries were cold and drinks all smell like cockroaches. We were kind when we called again but this women we spoke with told us we were wrong and all our food was fine. Which it was not so we were told only the burger would be replaced. When I came back to collect the replacement burger I was refused service and they even threatened to call the police on me for requesting my order or even at this point I would have just been happy to get my money back all of which they refused and would not communicate. I would have been able to tell them about the allergic reaction my brother would have had if we had not noticed what was wrong with his food. I hope this experience helps someone else but I really do not recommend this location. But I still do enjoy a good Carl's Jr. just not this one read more

I came here around 11am on a Tuesday and ordered a burger with water, and a combo with no sauce. The cashier confirmed the order when we got to the window. We quickly got our food and drove off. By the time I checked my food, I was on the freeway and realized they didn't give me the correct burger with no sauce. Seeing how I was heading to an appointment, I couldn't turn back. She takes our order with care and listens to our every request! She as well hands out all our food with a smile! Another is a young man named Daniel. I have stopped eating at Carl's Jr. altogether after an incident where the manager of this Carl's had my car towed. This is how it went down: As a UCR student with a 9:40 philosophy class at the theatre, I'd routinely have breakfast at Carl's. I would drive through the pickup window - smashing it into thousands of tiny pieces - and park in the lot and eat and then go to class. One day, out of the blue, I returned from class to find that my car wasn't in the spot I'd parked it in. I found that to be more than a little unsettling. This is Riverside; I've heard of people being robbed for their cell phone. Anyway, I went inside and asked if anyone knew anything. In fact, the manager knew something. "They had it towed," she said. I asked her who and why. She handed me the business card of a towing company without saying anymore, then disappeared quickly. Apparently my car had been towed away by mysterious vengeful badass tow truck driving bandits who sweep across town every so often looking for innocent cars to impound. I called up the towing company and a sleepy man answered. I explained what happened and asked how to retrieve my car. By now it was mid-morning, a little after 11am, and I was not happy. He told me that he didn't know anything specifically but he gave me an address where I could maybe go find my car if I was lucky, if the bandits decided to let it live. And I had no bike, no friends, and no money to my name for bus fare. I didn't know exactly where this location was, so I had to walk at least a mile back to Rivera Library on campus to locate the impound lot. It was about 7 miles across town. So I started walkin'. And walkin'. It took me three hours. I had a heavy pack on my back and I was sweatin' because it was hot. I got to the site, dying and sweaty, and nobody was there. I called the sleepy bozo from before and he assured me that someone would come by soon. About a half-hour later, I was afforded the luxury of paying $216.80 to get my car out. The driver who unlocked the gate to where my car was told me he was not the same driver who towed it and that he didn't know who did. So the moral of the story is fuck you, Carl's Jr. I and my friends no longer support you. read more
