AVOID!! RUDE STAFF. OVERCHARGED. Pulled up to the drive thru. Ordered 2 famous stars add mustard and large fries. (Never was asked if I wanted cheese). Cashier repeated order back and said she'd have the total at the window. There were no other cars in the drive thru and the dining area was already closed. Pulled up to the window. Asked the cashier if the famous stars had cheese and she said she charged as if they did and I told her I did not want cheese. (Never informed the kitchen of the change). She told me the total and I asked if they had the famous star deal they always have...the 2 for 6. She said no. She was so rude...it was ridiculous. Got the food...arrived home just to find out both burgers had cheese AND no mustard was added! We are lactose intolerant; therefore we could not eat the burgers! My husband called the number listed here on yelp that night. It rang and went to voicemail. He left a message and a callback number and we have yet to hear from them. I called the number listed on the receipt and it rang once and went to a full voicemail. My receipt had a survey request on the back, so I filled it out and gave the worst rating because they deserve it! Food flavor was as expected from Carl's Jr. I happen to be a fan so I came to have a late lunch. This particular CJ is on a busy corner with traffic coming off the 605 Fwy. I come here often because usually I get what I expect. I use the drive-thru simply because they serve all the cars in line before the dine-in customers. Having extra time today I ate inside...sure enough, waited extra time...til the cars dissappeared. Burger was good, but fries were cold...definitely not like McDonald's which always serves them piping hot so that you can't resist the smell coming out of the bag at the counter! These were definitely cold. Another thing about CJ's is that they give you a number to put on your table, and bring your food when it's ready. Not today, I just got a hollar...which is fine but then why give me the table number?‍ I figured they're all too tired today to keep the tradition going. Will I be back? Of course...I'll stick to the drive-thru. Gotta say, all the employees I interacted with seemed respectful and attentive...just having an off day I guess. read more

I mean for a fast food chain I've always thought that carls was ranked pretty up there with the rest of the burger joints. So at the end of the day not much to say then. Good burgers. Nice deals from time to time. Stay on the look out for them coupons in the mail if you want a good burger quickly. One thing is they have gotten a lot more expensive over the years. How can you not love a Carl's Jr. that is right at the exit that you have to take on your way home when you are coming back from a night of drinking? That's one of the simple pleasures of this CJ. It's on the 605N Whittier exit, and it's open 24 hours. With its vast array of junk food, I can always seem to get my DD to stop with a simple, "Want some Carl's? I'm buying since you were flying." ;) You can never go wrong with their Famous Star with Cheese. They also have pretty good side salads. I warn you that it shares a parking lot with a motel that is a little shady so you want to make sure you have your windows up and your doors locked when pulling out of the drive-thru. :) read more

This Carl's Jr is unlike any other Carl's Jr because on the unfortunate occasion I had to stop by.... they were hosting.................. a baby shower! This could be a sign your life has gone the wrong way if you're having your baby shower at a Carl's Jr. Instead, these people embraced it (I assume based on the condom wrapper left in the bathroom which must have been there from the time they decided to recreate the moment of conception). Giving this place 4 stars because the manager (?) acknowledged my group and I on the way out. She said "Thank you for coming! Have a nice day!" Oftentimes, when I go to this Carl's Jr restaurant, if I order one of the fried side dishes (french fries, fried zucchini, curly fries, etc), they give me a mixture of the aforementioned items instead. Worst Carl's Jr. I have ever been to. I should have driven to the one by Home Depot instead. Shame on me because I knew about their history. I should have made an illegal U- turn when my son started telling me about the shady characters inside. But I ignored him thinking, "They aren't making my food." Hi I am a loyal Carl's Jr customer live not to far from Carl's Jr #1100256 address 10409 Whittier Blvd Whittier CA Tonight 5/7/18 I had a bad Experience thru the drive thru with cashier Jade not sure how it came out thru her end of it but I ordered Famous Star special 2x 6.99 to go for my kids that live with there mom a lil way out so I Drove thru the window and she never gave me a total nevertheless I could tell there was a slight language barrier but gave her my Visa card and drove away with bag of burgers thinking it was 2x6.99 Famous Star deal I didn't look at my receipt trusting Carl's jr employee so I dropped off kids at there Mom's house then drove home had a wired feeling so I look at my receipt and to my surprise a $15.53 was charged to my card on receipt. I stopped here today while on the way back home to Rancho Cucamonga. I'm not familiar with the area but I saw a Carl's Jr. I usually love it here. I ordered 2 but cheese burgers with only ketchup & add mayo. Large order of zucchini fries. As we pulled up and handed the lady my card, the car in front of me backs up as much as he could and someone got out and walked to the window and told her his order needed extra fries. She's basically rolled her eyes and took the bag and addd some fries Then she approached me rudely and said check your bag and make sure you got your zucchini fries. I checked and said yes i did. Decided to get some food to go through the drive thru but had to use the ladies room so I asked my friend to order while I ran in real quick.... the restrooms take a key code to unlock so I asked for the code from who looked to to be the manager in a pink button up shirt she had red hair in a boy cut... she told me she would unlock the restroom for me...
