BEWARE AND WATCH FOR CHIPPED PAINT I've been to this car wash several times over the last 2 months and had a very nice experience. Today was definitely an exception. After they finished my car I proceeded to drive back to work, less then 3 minutes away. It's was bright out my car was shiny, didn't think to fully inspect my car especially after previously receiving great service. When I leaving to head home in my car I noticed there was something on my window, thought maybe from a big or bird but I was driving and I couldn't really tell. Once I got home I went to clean the spot of the window to discover it was a chip in my windshield which definitely was present before. Upon further inspection I notice my entire car from the from bumper, grill, hood, windshield, top of car/sunroom and all The was down to the back bumper is covered in chips. One area of the paint appeared to have some small metal fragment within the chip. Being that I bough this car 2 months ago, I am 100 % positive that these chips were not present before. I'm incredibly meticulous about my car because it is new and I want it staying nice. It is washed weekly and never have these chips been present. I immediately find my receipt and contact the car wash and request to speak with a manager. After explaining what's going on and the taking my information, I am told they have to watch and review some video footage and will be contacting you. I am aware I called about 20 minutes before closing but this is pretty serious and I feel it should have been reviewed and I should have received a call immediately, closing or not. I plan on getting and estimate for repair and presenting it to them so they can do the right thing and I do hope I get a phone call tomorrow. If anyone else had their cars washed at this location around 2:58pm and had a similar issue, please contact the company immediately. I can't be the only one who's vehicle came out looking like this, it's bad. I have included a picture of the chip containing a metal fragment. With my car being silver and shiny it was unable to get any additional pictures that show the additional damage. Very disappointed at this point. I will update review once I hear back from them. Update: spoke to a manager in person today who denied everything and stated there was no way that could have happened at their facility. Anything that touched my vehicle could absolutely chip and scratch my windshield and paint. Of course the business owner is nowhere to be found. They haven't seen the last of me! I plan on getting and estimate and fighting this. It is ridiculous to deny something that is so obviously the fault of their machines. They could have handled it professionally but it seems they would rather do it the hard way. I plan to make sure all of carrollton is aware of the services they provide that they don't stand behind. I plan on contacting a local news channel along with pursuing small claims court over this. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years, since it was Quick n Clean; I've never had a bad experience, not once. The staff are all hard working and very friendly, and they've got a very comfortable waiting area with two large TVs, lots of seating, drink machines, restrooms and free WiFi. Cannot recommend highly enough. This has been and will continue to be my go-to for oil changes, car washes and inspection. read more

Oh my. Is this place under new ownership? Paid $45 did extra cleaning. Had to take my car back. I paid to have them use their air pressure blower to blow out the cup holders, in between seats etc. I left it for 45 minutes. Came back abs lucked up only to find out the extras were no done. read more

I had an unfortunate incident while going through the car wash. Somehow my car derailed. One of the workers came up to my car and started yelling at me and told me to get out of my car and wait inside the building. I went inside to find a manager because I didn't like how I was just treated. I found another worker who yelled at me as well and told me I was at fault for my car derailing and just walked away from me. Their employees need to go through some training on how to treat their customers. I will say the employee who managed to rescue my car and drive out of the wash was very nice and he apologized to me for the incident. read more

Took my vehicle to get cleaned yesterday to find out this car wash I've gone to for many years was under new management. They did not take their time doing a deep clean. When asked about the tire wheel wall getting clean they said it was extra. They did on one side they did not clean the door frames. They did not wash/ wipe down the bottom of the doors and bumper. My husband took it back today to have them redo it and they still did not clean it very well. Recommend to not go there! read more

Gave one star because it was the only choice. This car wash is a joke. Charges 65 for what they call super clean. But they don't touch the bottom of your car. Then act like they don't know what your looking at. Only put amorall on half the tire and don't use chrome polish on the rims. Then I find personal belongings in a trash bag. I got a car wash and interior wipe down/vacuum for $30 + tip. I got my car through their automatic car wash, waited in the waiting room for 10 or so minutes, and then they were done! Floor mats were clean, dashboard and surfaces were wiped, my car wasn't very dirty to begin with but it was nice to get the dust off. I've been bringing my car here for service for years. They are not probably the best in town but I go here due to convenience. The basic car wash with vacuum is only $15 which is super cheap compared to other places. They do a good job for the price. You're in and out pretty quick most times. Looks fine until you get it into the sun, opposite the way they've engineered their setup so you don't see it until after you leave. No pride in their work. This is the 2nd time I've purchased the Diamond package interior/exterior cleaning and this is the 2nd time my windshield is so visibly dirty once you're facing the sun, with streaks and missed spots to include a jagged 1 to 1.5 inch strip all across the bottom, as well as some sort of crystal looking residue that almost makes the glass look crackled. My interior is wet when I get in, including the steering wheel that continues to make my hands sticky from touching it days later. There was no air freshener this time, but they did use it the first time. And why is my rear camera heavily blurred each time? Just shoddy work all around. I watched them this time. They are not thorough with their wiping and that includes wiping solutions off. They can afford to take a few more moments to be thorough with each step but they'd rather make out with your money than make you a happy customer. Shame on me for tipping $10 the first visit or even $5 the second. They didn't deserve either tip. Hey Castle Hills... When was the last time you heard something along the lines of "Man, they take forever but the _____ is so good I always come back!" vs "Man, they're so fast that even though they do a sh!t job, I can't help but keep coming back!"??? Today will be the last time I ever use this auto spa. I'm so disappointed. My hubcap was cracked in the car wash while driving through. The supervisor could have cared less. No professionalism whatsoever. Rather than tell me it would be better to not go through the wash the attendant kicked on and hammered with hand my hubcap that was already bent. Mind you I know the hub cap was not in great condition but at same time it wasn't cracked. I trusted he knew what he was doing which was my first mistake. But I'm more disappointed in supervisor who said nothing other than the attendant thought he had fixed it. Really? Not even a sorry. Not even an apology. Not even a can we help you remove the cracked hub cap? That's all it would have taken. Just acknowledging they should have warned me this was a possibility. The supervisor didn't even meet me once I came out of Car wash. He knew it had happened and he didn't even try to make good with an I'm sorry or a free car wash etc.. If I were the supervisor I would have at least tried to ensure customer was acknowledged. I will not use this location again just for the reason of poor customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place. They apparently they will over tighten your oil drain plug increasing the risk of oil leaks and or costly engine repairs...and when I mean costly I mean up to an engine replacement. Here or some pictures to show how the drain plug crush washer which is designed to be a sealing gasket was way over tightened. Which could've damaged the drain plug and or oil pan. Customer care and minimal training can prevent this. Thankfully in this case the customer was lucky and no damaged was caused this time but the customer was advised and encouraged to shop elsewhere when it comes to oil changes. They don't have a system set up to quickly serve those who just want an outside wash. It's also either broken equipment or a scam. Pay $17 for their Bright Wash. No three way foam and No tire shine. Exit wash and you will sit in the same line as those who are getting a full detail /interior cleaning. What? No way am I going to spend 15-30 minutes waiting for a hand dry and tire shine to be applied. So to me was a total rip off and I should have just gone to Car Spa! The car wash stopped while I was in the middle of the wash. I honked but no one came to help. The car then went off the tracks. I thought there might be damage underneath my car as I heard a loud thump when the car moved. Finally some help came to get me back on the track. Once out of the wash I couldn't see any damage but will be taking the car to a mechanic I asked the guy in charge for the name of the manager just in case there was any damage. He rudely stated that he wouldn't give it to me. He said it was my fault the car went off the rails and that I would be responsible for it. I have never had such an unprofessional experience in all of my life. Not only did they raise their prices to a ridiculous amount for a basic car wash and vacuum, they only had two people working to wipe the cars down and vacuum the inside. I live in the area so it's just convenient to go here for car washes. If you mention the Wednesday special you get $2 off the silver package which is what I normally do. This time I got the more detailed interior car wash for $40. They did a great job and it was thoroughly cleaned. The guy offered me $5 off of that so that was nice of him. And the receipt was marked for $35 for the interior service. However, when I checked my bank statement I, I charged the full $40 so maybe he messed when punching it in the card reader? Went to this place for State Inspection today. They would not wear gloves even after I told them I had medical condition and gave them a new pair. They then ignored me for 20mins and somehow other cars got taken care of that came after me. They said they cant wear gloves for every car as it would be too many, even after I gave them some. They did not like me asking if I was being ignored. Was told I could go elsewhere and then to go away I would not be serviced. I have been waiting now for 40mins. Other customers had been & gone. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Do not come here unless you want your car to be damaged. I came here last Sunday to wash my car and left with an indented grill. As my car was going through the car wash tunnel I heard and felt a thud. I used my wipers to see what had happened and I noticed that I was literally touching the car in front of me. When I left the tunnel I noticed two customers talking on the side and decided to check on my car. I got out and saw that my grill was indented from that thud. I immediately went to the customers that were talking on the side and they confirmed that they were bumping into each other during the car wash. I, then went to go talk to the owner and told her what had happened but she did not care about the incident whatsoever. Car wash services are little bit more expensive than others. Exterior wash does not come with optional self vacuum. However, there are services are good if you get a package wash. Got headlight restoration service for $40 for a pair. I went there during the slow time so they hook me up with free exterior wash with headlight restoration. State inspection service. This is provided by one of the mechanics in the shop next to the car wash. Avoid yourself the trip here just because you might get a free car wash. If the mechanic doesn't want to work because it is too early or it is lunch time or whatever the reason is, they will tell you some story line to deny you service including mis quoting Texas law. Just FYI Texas laws do not mention cracked or damaged windshields. During vehicle inspections, your car will pass inspection even with a cracked windshield. ... Any cracks which may cause the glass to change shape by becoming convex or concave can result in a failed inspection. read more

I understand things happen and wouldn't have had such heartburn about it. But when it's clear what happened and you won't even come close to admitting that your equipment could possibly be fallible, it's a problem. Then to start throwing out lame excuses that are easily shown to be nonsense, it's really sad. Never mind the guy's attitude. I went in for a quick wash, found out later I was signed up for an automatic monthly plan. I don't remember ever agreeing to that. After I got ahold of the manager, he was able to correct the mistake and refunded the charge that was billed to my card. That was a great show of integrity. I appreciated that. It's ok...they definitely do a good job when it comes to cleaning the car and getting us in and out on time, but their waiting room is disgusting. Old/torn benches, TV set to Judge Judy, one wobbly table, no chairs, etc. It's like the owners filled the waiting area with junk found from a garage sale. I don't want to buy their more expensive packages because I know I'll have to sit in this uncomfortable and dirty waiting area longer. It's a very strange setup because 30% of the building is for the customers and the other ~70% is employees only. Put some nice chairs in there, add magazines, charging stations, etc. Make me WANT to wait for my car. Also rather strange that the techs in the oil bay are smoking cigarettes while working on my car. All in all, definitely a good place to come and get your car cleaned...if it's a nice day and you're willing to walk across the street to Sonic while you wait. read more

The new ownership/ management ( and there have been several over the years ) don't have a clue about customer service. They've had opportunity to step up over the past six months but have failed miserably. I'm canceling my two monthly passes for both vehicles and certainly not recommending my friends go there. It's my first time getting a deep clean and I was not so happy with the way they cleaned. Majority of the car was cleaned but they missed out on so many areas. They did not clean the mirrors, parts of the seats, and under the seats. The amount I paid for I'm sure I could've gotten it done better somewhere else. The front car owner said he felt his car got out of track and stopped. And he had to drive to get out of machine. I over heard the employees using the N word very generously as well as curse words to communicate effectively with each other. I went through twice and the first time they sent me through the wash nothing worked, the second time I went through the guy at the register told me I didn't need my receipt. He then acted like he was going to hand it to me and crumbled it up in my face and said I didn't need it.
