    Asada fries
    Joel M.

The place is open 24 hours. Amazing anytime of the day, depending if you want breakfast, lunch or dinner. For lunch a couple days ago I got the asada fries to accompany me for a Dodger game. They serve with hot nachos cheese that stays warm until you get it home. Nice and hot, the asada was tender and the fries were crispy even though they are drenched in nachos cheese. They have options for salsa if you ask at the pick up counter. Parking is behind the main building, it is small you may have to park on the street.

Favorite thing here is NACHOS!!!! So cheesy so yummy! The pastors is super flavorful I recommend! I love the lengua as well!

Always looking for a new taco spot & couldn't go wrong with the high rating & 1000+ reviews ! With a little over 20 minute drive from my house, not too bad. I was surprised to see that there is a small lot located in the back which was great, I was prepared to park on the street but didn't need to. Inside the dining area had its nostalgic mexican charm - dingy florescent lighting, red saltillo tiles, and colorful papel picado was hung on the ceiling. There was booths instead of chairs which I appreciated. I could tell this place has been here for a minute and the walls had history. Couldn't wait to get the food ! It's easier to order if you can speak Spanish (thanks to my hubby) but no problem if you can't. We got 10 carne asada tacos, large horchata & a carne asada burrito (no beans). Carne asada tacos: wow !! these had SO much flavor. the meat was not dry at all !! the tortillas also were packed with flavor, not too greasy or not dry !! just so perfect. Lime and green salsa was the best on these. Horchata: 4/10. I just wish this was creamier. It was a bit watery for my liking & all I could think about was the taste of big red gum when drinking it. It wasn't terrible but not the best, but for a little over $3 for a large price is very reasonable. Carne Asada Burrito: This was for my husband as I'm not really into burritos. I did end up trying a bite and WOW... if I were to get a burrito I would order here !! The carne asada was packed with flavor, & reminded me of a schwarma wrap it was so so so tasty. I never tasted a burrito like that before !!! Overall, would definitely return !! Love how it's 24 hours and didn't seem to be in a sketchy area (aka I wouldn't be nervous to come here by myself at night haha).

Night time craving! Perfect place for a quick bite but delicious. It's a window service for picking up your order. Ambiance is pretty cute, and has a parking spot behind the restaurant.

Don't try their menudo it is digusting.

Just so you know. While I'm writing this review I'm having stomach pain. I really thought this place would be good. I saw a lot of people (raza) and I decided to stop by and give it a try. Perro coraje termine haciendo. Hasta chorro me va a pegar. The menudo came with frijoles??? the menudo can that you buy at the store tastes better. Health Inspection should pay a visit. The kitchen looks worst than a public restroom. I'll never come back. La neta raza im not being ojete it's disgusting.

A childhood classic and now an adulthood staple. I will always love carnitas michoacán nachos and carne asada. It's just sooooooOoOoo good. Wash it down with an orange bang, and you will leave satisfied. Don't miss out on anything that has their carne asada, and the pastor/cabeza are also fire. What's also awesome about this spot, is that it's open 24/7. Service is quick and to the point. The dining room can be a bit grimy at times, but you don't have to eat there.

Came here last night after a Dodger game with my brother. I haven't been back since my clubbing days, but this spot still hits the same way, just with higher prices. We ordered the Nacho Especial and loaded it up with buche, lengua, tripa, and cabeza. At $14 for the base plus $4 per meat, this platter ended up a beast. Piled high with nacho cheese, jalapeños, and grilled onions, it was everything you'd want after a game or a late night. To wash it down, we grabbed a large Jamaica and Tamarindo. Total bill: $41. Definitely not the "20-something bucks" I remember from back in the day, but the quality is still worth it. Service was on the slower side, but honestly it looked like only three guys were holding it down, so I can't even blame them. They were hustling. The ambiance is chill. You can actually have a conversation without yelling, and they've got a TV running movies in the background. Parking is the toughest part since the lot is small and street spots are scarce, but that's LA for you. Overall, the meats were flavorful and cooked just right, especially the lengua and tripa. Even with the price jump, I'd come back for another round.

I've definitely need to go with my intuition and not believe the tiktok hype. Tried this place for the first time not impressed the lady screaming the orders out instead of letting me know where to order let me stand their and figure it out for myself. I ordered a tacos and an order of nachos. The asada taste like shredded roast beef and the tripa was crunchy and dry. The lenga by far was the best of the few I tried but the nachos not the greatest accompanied by only meat, nacho cheese and some vinegary Jalapeños. Not sure if I'd recommend but maybe at least give it a shot once.

Was really craving nachos and this place seemed promising at first and wanted to give it a fair chance, despite after looking at the reviews. However, I do agree with the one star reviews. When I got there, it already seemed like they did not want to help me. When I was ordering they were very short and snarky. Its a shame too because I like that it's 24 hours and the seating area was quite nice. But yeah, very disappointed with their nachos. They asked if I wanted everything and all I got inside were chips, cheese, meat, and jalapeños. I thought there was going to be guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, etc but nope! For $15?! I could've made this at home for half the price. And yes, only got two small sauce containers...for a whole box of chips. Maybe I'll go back and try something else but definitely do not recommend the nachos!! Save yourself the $15!

This is the place to be for all late night hunger. Gets very packed when there's a Dodgers game! Loaded carne asada fries/nachos are simply the best. One of the best carne asada in town! Their red salsa had the perfect heat and is flavorful and phenomenal.

The tacos were pretty good. I tried asada and pastor tacos and both were flavorful and on point. The spot itself is a late night hole in the wall in a so-so part of town with very average service. The tacos are good though.

Here is a pic of the al pastor burrito with rice and beans.

The staff are lovely humans who really seem to care about their customers. We have some faves on the menu. The bean dip is fabulous and I'm addicted to the baby gem salad. They have recently amped up the filling in the delicious crispy squash blossoms and I love the acidity and heat. The fish is also a hit in my books. One dish that doesn't work for me is the lamb chops, which is a shame since it's my favorite protein. I've ordered them multiple times with clear instructions on temperature and have found them overcooked and tough. The beef tostada was just ok. Whilst I loved the pickled veg on the side, the beef was underseasoned. It wasn't bad - just not up to the standard of other dishes. One detail we really appreciated was being able to choose between white meat or dark meat--a thoughtful touch that lets you customize your meal to your preference. The mole was rich, complex, and full of flavor, exactly what you would hope for from a restaurant known for its Oaxacan specialties. As a welcome appetizer, they bring fresh chips and salsa to the table, but what really impressed us was when they replaced the salsa with their incredible mole sauce. It was so good we found ourselves dipping everything into it. Both meals were served with rice that was perfectly cooked with a great consistency and flavor. For those feeling adventurous, give the Chapulines (grasshoppers) a try. They may sound intimidating, but they were surprisingly enjoyable and added to the authentic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and patient with those of us who are not fluent in Spanish. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our visit. I browsed the menu and had a really hard time deciding, but ended up on the cauliflower rajas taco, the crispy shrimp taco & the vegan Korean BBQ taco. The waiter recommended the crispy shrimp taco, but I actually enjoyed the vegetarian tacos more. I love cauliflower and poblano so that taco was a great starter. So much flavor and a variety of textures. The tortillas were super flavorful too. The potato taquitos came next and I am actually obsessed. The outside was perfectly crispy, the interior was soft, flavorful & cheesy. The sauce complimented it perfectly. I can not recommend them enough. The crispy shrimp taco was really good, but I also tried a crispy fish taco and would honestly get that over the shrimp. The mushroom shreds & the flavor were just perfect. Again, as a pescatarian I have really never had Korean BBQ because it's so heavily meat focused. I truly loved this taco.
