Mike Zanville helped me pick out the perfect vinyl tile (I swear you can not tell!) that has just a bit of a texture (you can feel it with your hands but it's not visible) so that my laundry/mudroom floor is not slippery. Originally I was going to try to pull up the old linoleum and do it myself because the room is so small. VERY, VERY glad that Mike's crew came. Two guys, on time, and four hours and lots of expertise put into use and my laundry room was done with perfection. Look at the before/after.......sorry I didn't do this sooner. read more

I just had hardwood floors and plush carpet installed in my new home and they look fabulous! I had a difficult time selecting just the right look, but Mike was wonderful and never complained about pricing product after product. I shopped at a dozen different flooring stores and sent him various product information without pricing - he beat every price by a significant amount without knowing what the other prices were! In the end, the perfect flooring was sitting in his showroom (I just hadn't noticed it before) - an exotic engineered hardwood for the price of domestic! The customer service was top notch from the beginning all the way through delivery, installation, and even after installation support (I had questions about caring for my new floors, etc.). Mike is easy to reach by phone and email and very responsive to messages. He answered all of my questions, saved me a ton of money, sent out professional and efficient installation crews, and called to follow up and make sure I was happy :) I highly recommend this service oriented shop. We had our floors done in the fall by Carpet and Vac Expo. We extended the hardwood to finish our main floor adding the kitchen, pantry, hallway, and bathroom to the rooms which were already hardwood. We could not have been more pleased. " John came to measure and helped me pick out wood that would closely match the existing floor, The 4 man crew that was sent by owner Mike(who was wonderful to work with) worked extremely hard tearing up our old floor(which proved to be difficult) and putting down the new one. It looks great-everything was perfectly cut, transition pieces were perfect, and the whole job was very professional and well done. They stayed until 8 p.m. until everything was finished and cleaned up. I am happy to recommend this local business. read more
