Chris was able to make a good diagnosis that turned out to be correct (freeze build up inside the fan housing between freezer and fridge that was not visible even though I looked at the evap coils myself). He said to first try a 24 hour thaw. That was correct and solved the issue with minimal expense. I recommend this business and Chris M. He also called me back unprompted the next 2 days to check in. High prices, a checkout process reminiscent of the last century and a post sales support process that makes me say I am never buying from them again. That was it from Bray; from here we've been told we have to deal with Thermador directly. So why use a middleman? Just go to a big box store where you know there won't be any support, and that's factored into the price.
