    Bought 4 "new" OEM window motors for a '70 Challenger at $300 each. Installed one it didn't lift…read morethe window past mid point and we had to "help" it up by hand to get it the rest of the way up. Left the other three in the original shipping packages and never broke the seals. This is a car we were doing a lot of work on and had the motors sitting in the box at the shop for a couple months (2) before installing the one and finding out they were no good. Called Jim's almost 3 months to the day from when we got the motors and advised I wanted to return the motors, offering to eat the one we had opened and no dice. They refused to budge off their 30 day return policy and 24 hour return policy on electrical parts.....find their return policy on their website if you can and read the fine print folks! I argued that people restoring cars usually don't put the parts they order on the day they get it. It may sit in the box for months before it is installed. I argued I spent 5+ years restoring another car and could return defective or unused parts to other suppliers months after purchase. The answer? "Well, that is a very good business sir". My response? "So you are saying yours isn't?" I guess I should have checked the BBB rating first.....It doesn't get any lower than an "F". Horrible customer service and the person answering the phone is incompetent and has a really poor attitude as well. Steer clear and get your parts from a business that treats it's customers with respect and honor.

    Stopped by to take a look at a car that was advertised on CL. I had cash to buy on the same day…read more The old guy who owns the place came out and treated us from the first minute in a very unwelcoming manner. No greeting and no smile. Just staring at us. He was not only being rude but also not social distancing or even wearing a mask! The asking price was at least 5k ower the market value. The car had large scuff marks. He claimed that someone did it right the same day on his lot! All the wheels on the nearly 50K luxury car were severely curbed. He said the buyer has to pay for fixing the wheels!!! He was rude the whole time. He refused to say how many previous owners the car has and acted like "it doesn't matter how many previous owners a car has!" Seriously?! Despite being very interested in the make and the model of the car, we ended up not even test driving it because we didn't want to deal with such an arrogant person. I find this used car owner/salesperson (no professional salesperson works for him!) very unprofessional and disrespectful. There are many better dealers within less than 5 to 10 min drive. Avoid this place. After my personal experience, I think the 5-star reviews on google are not real in my opinion. They have just a few cars which are all overpriced (they have been there for a long time!) and they got no respect or manners when dealing with customers.

While waiting, I could hear her asking for information, see her writing it all down in trying to best assist the persons situation. She was pleasant as could be, very professional...then I heard her ask for Mr. Craft, according to what I saw her write down, to simply send a photo of the garage door he was looking to have glass panels replaced into. As she is explaining the reason I heard him say "oh, is that right" and the girl went on to explain why a photo was important and then she realized Mr. Craft had hung up on her! here I am waiting to be helped, while this guy acts like a jerk over a simple request!     This store is a masterclass in incompetence. After over a foot of snow fell overnight and my car…read morewas completely buried, I ordered a shovel online out of necessity. Hours later, I received an email explicitly stating that my order was ready for pickup (my credit card had already been charged). Based on that confirmation, I walked more than a mile through the snow to retrieve it. When I arrived, I watched another customer walk out of the store with a shovel. Immediately afterward, the employee at the counter casually informed me that they had just sold the last one and had none left. So to recap: after confirming my order, charging my card, and telling me it was ready, they sold my shovel to someone else and sent me trudging through a snowstorm for nothing. This wasn't a simple mistake; it was a complete failure at every level. Selling inventory you don't have, charging customers for it, falsely confirming pickup, and then shrugging when the customer shows up is beyond unacceptable. It's dishonest, careless, and shows zero respect for people's time or safety. If this store can't manage something as basic as honoring a paid order, they have no business offering online purchasing at all. Do yourself (and me) a favor and shop literally anywhere else.

    As a novice do-it-yourselfer I was determined not to pay $100/hour in service to have a garage…read morereplace 3 burned out exterior bulbs in my car. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and received two offers to assist while I was looking at replacement bulbs. They had the two different types of bulbs that I needed and they carefully cross-checked to make sure that they were the right ones for my issue. Very professional and I will always come here for any car needs. This plus YouTube for some instruction helped me save over $100 today.
