Asked my wife to find a small local Italian place to eat while I ran into a shop. She picked this. I had seen it before but figured it was just another chain and had avoided it. Place looked lean and staff was pleasant when entering. Waiter was incredible. When asked we were told most people miss out by ordering the past instead of going for the grill. My wife took that advice and was pleasantly surprised and enjoying her dis of stake and Alfredo. I stayed with the chicken parm and was pleased. Wouldn't say it was amazing but it was very good. Portions were plenty. Only complaint is I ordered a Coke and don't think it was and off so the taste was off. I would have gotten something else. read more

This has been our go to for a long time. Last nt we watch a table next to us get undercooked meat- must have been chicken. Server was weird ,' at least it's not overcooked, undercooked we can fix' That's not the point! Shouldn't be raw girl! Adjust the check somehow! For our meal: The special steak meal 7 oz was so tiny an over cooked, hubby not impressed I always get chicken Bryan a dab of mine, chicken was over cooked, dry, hard to dry out thigh but the outside was harder and inside more dry, not enough of the lemon butter tho flavor was ok Order pitch or sangria to get the $10off deal and never saw so much ice! We usually get 4 glasses sadly we got 3, way too much ice Keith waits in us a lot takes great care of us he wasn't there yet, we had a new server who was sweet but not in top of the details at all. I attended the Summer in the Valley Wine Dinner this past Wednesday. For $60 plus tax & tip you get 4 or 5 courses paired with generous pours of wine selected to accompany each course. Bread & seasoned olive oil were on the table at arrival. First course was a salad, second pasta, third entree & fourth dessert. Portions were huge... the steak was 10 oz.! The personable manager came around to each table to welcome guests. There was a raffle with 3 prizes that all guests were entered into, plus each guest received a collectable pin. These extras were nice touches. Frankly, I didn't expect this level of quality & service from a chain restaurant and was happily surprised. The tasting series, which they host on two dates each month, is a true bargain. I've already made my reservations for July's California Wine Tour dinner. read more

Wednesday July 15th.Placed an order online for carside pickup. Order placed at 11:05am, with a 11:25 to 11:30am ready time. Upon arrival at 11:20am, checked in on the apt, parked in spot #3. Waited until 11:45 , went inside, my food was waiting in the takeout area. Front desk girl asked if I needed help. I asked why my food was not carried out. Her reply: Curbside system is not working. Usually, my Fiancé and my friends go to this place. Usually, we don't have any issues however this recent time that we went to was not that great. A waiter barely checked on us. And not only that the food just was not up to par. My Fiancé and I had the calamari as an appetizer. It wasn't crispy like a normal calamari would be. I had the Weissi the shrimp wasn't as good. We decided to give Carrabba a try on a Saturday evening at about 7 PM. It always smells so good from the parking lot when I was shop nearby and I thought why not give this one a try? We were seated right away and our waitstaff, Payton, Was very nice. I ordered chicken Brian and my husband ordered chicken Parm and they were both really delicious. We both had Caesar salad and helped ourselves to the warm bread we were served. We rarely go to chain restaurants, but I have to say, this was really good. I have nothing negative to say. It's nice to get a couple of glasses of wine and a nice meal for under $100. We will be back. read more

It had been quite a while since I had last eaten here, but Carrabbas recently for dinner at the bar. I sat down and the heat seems to be blowing cold air. It was uncomfortably cold. The air then shut off and I thought it would get better. But then it came on again. The HVAC system, in my opinion is set up incorrectly. The blower is set on high and it's both uncomfortable and loud and runs on and off every few minutes. When I mentioned it being cold to the bartender, who was very nice. She seemed well aware and would mention it to her manager. I thought about leaving but Decided to order the shrimp dish. The food was fine and I left after completing my meal. But the whole time it was uncomfortable. And when I received my bill, I was really surprised to find that I was charged over $7 a beer for bottled domestic. Ridiculous. That sealed it for me. If we leave the island, it's because we need our fill of Carrabbas. Having used to work at one in my heydays, there definitely have been some changes over the years, but I am generally happy that some of the best things have stuck around. A few things that changed but not for the better: 1)Prices have gone up though a bit too much! 2) BRING BACK THE CAVATAPPI AMATRICIANA! 3) and the Dessert Rosa too please! The herb mix with bread is a must have. I generally order the same dish (Chicken Bryan) and change up the sides. Not a fan of the broccoli. That's what I had this time around. I should have gone with the fettuccine Alfredo which is usually delish! The Italian salad was really good too! I do love the take home a meal for $10- TOTALLY WORTH IT! Service was good- our waiter was super kind and humble. Let me preface this by saying I'm a huge, long time Carraba's fan. I ALWAYS get the Chicken Bryan with mushrooms added. I have NEVER received an upcharge for mushrooms. On Saturday, I asked for the mushrooms and the waitress said it wouldn't be a problem. She never stated that they would cost extra. When I received my bill, they had charged me $10 for a few mushrooms on top of my chicken. This was the most ludicrous thing I have ever seen. Usually it's a few dollars but $10 for mushrooms??!! This picture is what I received from Carrabba's Warwick RI location. It is if the "chef" just threw it all together in the container. No sliced red onions, no balsamic glaze, non-existent burrata and just slices of grilled bread.  I will let the pictures speak for themselves. The "chef" should be fired for putting something like this out for consumption. It is in the garbage now.  I can't believe the management would allow this.  As a longtime customer, when Patrick was the manager at the Warwick location, this would never have happened.  I would like a full refund and would not want this chef to ever make my plate again whether dining in or takeout. read more

Chicken Bryan: Wood-Grilled Chicken topped with Goat Cheese, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Basil & Lemon Butter Sauce. Pollo Rosa: Wood_Grilled Chicken stuffed with Fontina Cheese & Prosciutto, topped with Mushrooms and a Basil Lemon Butter Sauce. Chicken Marsala: Wood-Grilled and topped with Mushrooms and a Lombardo Marsala Wine Sauce. with yummy Garlic Mashed Potatoes! Now let's move on to the best part of any meal... DESSERT! The Cannoli Cake for two was one of the most impressive desserts I've had in a while! I may or may not have made the "mmm" sound after every bite! I called it the "Cannoli Lovers Dream" So scrumptious! It was a Vanilla Cake with layers of Cannoli Filling, Pistachios and Chocolate Chips! I can't forget to mention the Classics Combinations app that we tried as well. It consisted of Hand-breaded Calamari, the CHEESIEST Mozzarella Sticks and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms! So normally I will avoid chains like the plague, but I decided to give in and try out Carrabba's. It turned out to be a very good decision! We started with the appetizer sampler, the highlights were definitely the stuffed mushrooms and hands down the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had in my life! For my dinner I went with Rigatoni Martino with Chicken. The flavors were on point, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The portion size was great, as I had just as much left over for lunch the following day. For dessert we had to try the cannoli cake. It was probably one of the best cakes that I can recall ever having. The cannoli filling being used as frosting was a brilliant idea... whoever came up with that should get a promotion! I am a huge cannoli fan, and it really hit the mark for deliciousness! Congratulations Carrabba's for being one of the very few chains that I would be happy to support! Ol I ordered the Fettuccine Weezie needless to say it was not good. Was supposed to have Alfredo sauce which I didn't taste or see. There should have been a residue on the plate of some sauce-dry as a bone-canned mushrooms. Fettuccine tasted oily like the chef (and I use the term loosely) just used butter or oil not Alfredo Sauce. Best part of dinner was salad-bread and Blackberry Sangria. Not a good choice. Sorry. This must have been our millionth time dining here. And this time, it did not disappoint. It was busy, but no wait. Carrabba's always has this nice cozy, homey atmosphere. Our waiter, Alixson, was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the best waiters we've ever had. Huge shout-out to him -- I hope the manager and/or corporate sees this. On a recent visit my friend and I both got mash potatoes as a side. They were unwashed and tasted like dirt. It ruined our whole meal. One waiter was managing tables and bar. I'll never eat here again. Mama's Chicken Soup has no contents and way too much pepper. Portions are a joke. Their prices have skyrocketed by not worth it based on quality. Ambience ok. I enjoyed a wonderfully delicious meal and delightful visit at Carrabba's, this afternoon! I orders the Sicilian chicken soup which was fantastic. Then as an entree, I had the new vegetable ravioli. I can honestly say that it was the most delicious dish I have ever eaten in my long life! The vegetables are chopped very small & the flavoring is Perfection!!! I highly recommend coming in and trying this pasta entree! I am hooked and cannot wait to try it, again! I also took advantage of the $10 take home meal And brought home a delicious looking grilled pork chop with broccoli and asparagus. BUT, the very best compliment to this fantastic meal was my waiter, Brandon!!! He is the very best waiter I have ever had in any restaurant!!! I ordered a salad with scallops on the side, I asked for NO cheese on salad, they Included cheese I was visiting my mom in the hospital with hopes they're capable of following simple instructions Above and beyond this, the quality is not there, PORTIONs are definitely shrinking The pasta was fair, the SHRIMP was Tiny and OVER cooked, I much prefer shrimp from bertucci's even outback uses real high quality shrimp Between the price, shrinking portions, average quality commercial grade pasta. I don't plan on returning in the immediate future I hope they can make vast improvements to keep things more consistent and hopefully more promising. We all realize that it's been a tight squeeze for restaurants, but as consumers we have choices and options. Expensive, but the food is always good. Steaks are always perfectly cooked, pasta is al dente and sauced appropriately. Italian and caesar salads cold and fresh with the perfect amount of dressing. Service was on point and very courteous. Definitely would recommend. read more

My husband and I were in the area doing some shopping with our 2 little girls and decided to go to carrabbas for dinner. We have never been before and we were hesitant since there are so many other restaurants in the area. We walked in and the ambiance of the place was beautiful. There was a ten minute wait so we sat on the bench and they had a kids movie playing on the tv, thank goodness lol! We were seated promptly and the waitress came right over. We ordered our drinks and the warm bread was excellent with the oil and seasonings. She also brought over coloring pages for the kids but no crayons or anything so that was a little weird. after our drinks and bread she came to take our order, we ordered the towering garlic bread as an app and our food. About 45 mins later someone else came running with the app to our table and it was so burnt it was almost inedible. We were starving so we ate a few pieces and decided it was a miss for us. My husband got a soup with his meal and I got a salad with mine. We waited another good 25 mins and finally caught the waitress walking by, I asked if our soup and salad were ready and she looked at me confused asking if we already ate it.. I said no we never got it and she took off running to the kitchen. 10 mins later a guy came out with my husbands soup but no salad. The waitress came back over and asked how it was and I told her I still didn't have a salad.. you can guess what happened next lol.. she ran to the kitchen and came back with my salad. It tasted very good but over an hour for a side salad is a bit much. We waited again for another 30 mins.. and our food came out, by this point we had been there almost 2 hours. my daughter's pasta was very good she ate it all. My other daughter ordered plain shrimp with no seasonings.. it came out drenched in pepper and it was so spicy for her she couldn't eat it she's only 5. my husband got a seafood pasta and he said it was okay, nothing special. I got the steak and shrimp Alfredo Tuscany and it was ICE COLD. Like it had been sitting up there for a long time. And all the pasta was stuck together in one massive clump, I stabbed the center with my fork and picked up the entire dish. It also tasted like straight lemon juice.. and sauce and steak had a lemon juice flavor so overpowering it really ruined the meal for me. I didn't want to say anything because we had already been there for over 2 hours and we had a long ride home.. I just wanted to leave. So we got 2 boxes and our bill. We payed $110 for mediocre cold food. Needless to say we tried it but we will not be returning. read more
