I brought home a brownie roll for my kids and this is what my 9 year old had to say about it: The brownie roll was amazing!!! I loved it! It was the best type of brownie I ever had! I really liked the way it was in a crispy roll. That was really creative. I can not believe that it had chocolate syrup soaked in the brownie and on top of it. I ordered CARS for the 4th time last week and my overall experiences have been great since the first visit. I got food delivered twice and visited the store the other two times. The staff was polite on the phone (and in person), the order came faster than expected and the new homemade mac bites and fireballs were absolutely delicious! sandwiches were yummy and hot, and the milkshakes are probably one of the best ones around. It's got great fat sandwiches. I got home from a trip late last week and it was the only place open. Me and the family were starving so I ordered it and the fat sandwiches were great. Also got a regular grilled chicken sandwich which was also very good. I know back in the day they used to do delivery but now it's only DoorDash which is honestly better because it used to take 3 hours to get a sandwich in hs (yes it's been that long since I ordered this place). First experience with doordash as well. Worked good. Saved half of 2 sandwiches for the next day and it even heated up good (in the oven). My husband and I love this restaurant for lunch. We usually order the crispy chicken wrap. It is tasty and perfect for lunch. Yesterday, we tried the sweet potato fries, which were tasty. I've been doing Food Reviews for A FB Group in Northern Bergen County for about a year. It's made up of 2000+ members from the are and all 50 states even Canada. It's started out as a group to raise money for veterans and displaying BBQ food posts. Members took it upon themselves to start going to Local deli's and restaurants and posting pics of the food and doing a review on it. My first experience with fat sandwiches was at Nelly's pizza in Long Branch New Jersey back in 2000. Last night I wanted to relive the fat sandwich days. I ordered the FAT Doug and 6 piece wings dry no sauce. The FAT Doug was hands down the most disgusting Sammich I ever ate. I only got the 8" and threw out half. First time in my life not finishing. Lol. It was just a Greasy Sloppy mess and NOT in a good way. The wings were PERFECT exactly the way I like them dry, juicy and a good crispy skin (NOT Batter). Place was really clean, the worker that took my order was very friendly the wait not long. I hope this is not taken as being disrespectful really just giving feedback on a local place. read more

It is clean at this location and the food is delicious. My main issue is that on multiple occasions, the orders I have had delivered/picked up for my family have been incorrect. I understand that sometimes errors can take place, but when it happens more than once it makes the place less appealing. Worst hamburger joint in all of NJ. Went in at 5:30 on a sat evening to get cheeseburgers for my 2 kids - took them 20 mins to make them . There was only 2 people dining so I don't understand why?! They made my burgers and they were so rare to the point that even the bread was bloody- yuck! I sent them back and after waiting an additional 15 mins- I opted to get a refund . The fries that I ordered were Beyond salty. I should have listened to my gut and went to 5 Guys- they never disappoint. The staff is also all over the place. As a top customer I can officially say I'm never coming back to this establishment. I went to pick up my food last night on site and after waiting ten minutes I lived to the front to tell staff I have a pick up order. The manager was very disrespectful and gave me attitude because the credit machine was working and never answered my question. You could tell he couldn't handle stress well at all. But that's the least of my problems. Me and my brother split two wraps that night. The food was ok but not what it used to be. But the real problem was that both of us ended up with food poisoning. My boyfriend and I tried this place for the first time. I called up first to ensure delivery to our location was possible. After about 5 rings someone answered and says "hold please" and then after approximately 30-45 seconds hung up on me. Called back a second time. Then, we eventually ordered. While placing order I provided the normal info for delivery and of course our order and was told "30 minutes, 45 tops". After 1 hour and 10 minutes I called to ask the status. The girl that answered the phone (cue default response) said the driver was on the way, she then verified the address as the address was listed wrong. She stated she would call the driver who was on the road to make sure he knew the correct house #. Another 20 minutes or so later the driver finally arrived. All in all 90 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some wings. Ridiculous. When we finally got the food, it was good, but their delivery service stinks! read more

If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. My friends and I were at this establishment last night. It was around 1am and the place was packed since it was a Saturday night and it is open until 3am. It is also a common place for people to get a late night bite to eat. My two other friends who I was with who are girls both went to use the bathroom together. This is a common thing girls do and the manager comes from in the kitchen to bang on the door and yell at my friends. He caused an unneeded scene. Yes, you might be asking yourself, how long were they in there? A total of 2 minutes before they came out of the bathroom and were kicked out. They didn't come out immediately because they were most likely in the midst of using the bathroom. Why were they kicked out? Because you apparently can't have more than one person in the bathroom at a time. But, it doesn't say you can't have more than one person in the bathroom but instead the sign on the door says you have to be a paying customer to use it...which we were. It was also freezing outside and they kicked my friends out. When my friends went outside it was finally my turn to order and the guy at the front desk was banging on the desk in anger, was rude to other customers with his attitude, and kept talking about what was happening with other customers. After I ordered I waited for my food at the front and I hear him talking to the next up customer saying he wants to "shoot half the people that walk into this place". I have never been more disgusted and scared to hear something like this in my life. In the world we live in to hear this is absolutely disgusting and he should be fired! My friends came back in because it was freezing and they just wanted to get food and leave since we came all the way there which is about a 20-25 minute drive from our houses. When they did they were yelled at again by the manager and he gave no remorse for my friends. For what? Going to the bathroom together? I've never experienced worse customer service from the way my friends were treated to the way the customers were being treated after. Even if you're in a bad mood which I understand happens, you don't carry that on to customers. I would honestly file a police report to get an investigation into this place for the shooting threat by the worker at the front, but at the same time I put into consideration the income and lives of the other respectful and hardworking other workers of this establishment. I came to this establishment to eat food and enjoy time with friends but that was ruined. Absolutely disgusting! So unfortunate. Horrible customer service. Waited for 2 regular banana nutella milkshakes for almost 30 mins. Watched numerous people behind me, who ordered after I did, receive their food and drinks/shakes faster. When I asked the cashier what was going on she just shrugged her shoulders saying it must be busy... It just came to the point I wanted my refund and when the manager, Matt Bishop came out, he never apologized for the horrible wait. He made up nonsense excuses, one being that the shake station is the busiest part of the place, granted people we're still getting their orders with shakes before me. It's sad to see employees act the way they do, especially here. Wish the actual owners could see how they work. They must really hate their job. Good luck. Also, no one wears gloves or hairnets. Other people who also had there order to go, already had there's before me. And I ask one person when they order there to go and it was after me. The timing to wait for a to go order is unacceptable. Unprofessional is an understatement, the woman behind the counter doesn't know how to talk to anyone until you have to get rude then all of a sudden she can understand what you're saying. Went here with my sister looking for a late night eatery and this is the only place around open late that's not a diner or McDonald's. I was very disappointed with my first experience here. Young privileged kids running around cursing up a storm, the cashier being nasty to just about everyone she encountered, and the manager who came out to fix a mistake they made had an attitude as well. I get it, you're working late, but if you don't like what you do, find something else to do. The staff was very nasty and young and you can tell they really don't care about their jobs. They left a very bad taste in my mouth before I was even able to eat. The food was alright though, if you don't mind your food being cold and soggy, and also waiting for it for a long time.
