Transaction was smooth but the dealership never provided us the IRS Form 15400 Clean Vehicle Seller Report that we need to finish filing taxes. Ive called, emailed, and visited this place multiple times and they always say "we'll get back to you soon" and then don't hear anything. I didnt realize its that hard for a business to help customers with a single 1-2 page form that literally lists the vehicle details, date sold, and the sale amount. I waited for 7 minutes - which feels like a long time in an empty office. So I left. I know they had a record of my pending visit because when I called in to (leave a message? I didn't think anyone was there..) someone answered! "Oh yes I saw you pull in .... Maybe they were in the bathroom." If you open at 7a and you know someone has an appt at 7a, maybe schedule your bathroom break accordingly? Like before you open? Leave a sign somewhere that says .. "be right back" ?? Anything? Side note; the mechanic seemed like a woman hater.
