No wonder this place has such loW rating coz they do such a careless job. They couldn't even vacuum my car properly. Waste of $20.

So this is going to be a lengthy review but to keep a long story short do not wash your car here you will get a half ass car wash half-assed vacuum and they won't even wipe down your seats or plastic panels if you have dust or footprints on them. This is the third time this has happened to me but I guarantee it's a last, pay $20 to get a car wash on a small hatchback Corolla when the guy tells me my car is done I always inspect it so door panels are not wiped down they have dirt on them and dust the vacuum is half-assed my floor mats aren't even put in place properly they're just thrown in there , I understand it's busy and it's Friday but you can at least throw empty water bottles and put my floor mats how they're supposed to be. After I give the guy my claim ticket I drive around and I asked the guy why my plastics and seats were not at least at the very least wiped down with a wet rag to get the dust and footprints off the back of the seat and the plastics he went to speak to his manager who I believe his name is Eddie and Eddie told him that I need to pay for a shampoo on the seats and I need to pay for extra labor if I want to get my plastics wiped down which will bump the price up to $30 instead of the 20 that I originally paid. I then proceed to ask him why don't they just get wiped down with a simple rag that either has glass cleaner or that has a little bit of all purpose cleaner just a quick wipe not a scrub I don't need you to put elbow grease into it just a quick wipe down. He said that because it's since it's upholstery it's not going to come off so I proceeded to get a microfiber towel I have in my center console a water bottle that was in the front seat that had a little bit of water that they failed to throw out I threw the water on the microfiber towel and I proceeded to just wipe down the dirt and dust from my back of the seat and from the plastic door panels to which for some reason he was amazed that it came off that easy with just water and a quick wipe so then I called the manager over and I showed him he then proceeded to tell me that I still need to pay an extra $10 to get that done which is insane to me so I asked why is it not included a quick wipe down in the 20-25 range and he said simply because it's not and he's worked at over 30 car washes and everyone has the same policy which is a lie, so if you want to throw your money away go ahead and keep getting your car washed here. I hope the owner sees this review and adjust his prices or includes the wipe down of the seats and door panels in these packages above the $20 mark. read more

Let me start by saying Alfonso, the short man with the beard, "manager", should obtain a refresher course in customer service. This place mailed out coupons for $15 off a $24.99 car wash without any restrictions. I brought my Hummer to be washed. I usually pay an additional $5 to have armor all for bumpers, etc. When Alfonso saw my receipt he wanted to charge me an additional $10 for a couple extra pumps of armor all. When I refused to pay $10 the worker refused to give me the keys to my truck. I had to ask three times before the worker turned over my keys. I advised Alfonso that I bring three cars to this car wash and asked if he was going to let me walk out over a couple extra pumps of armor all and $5 as I agreed to pay and extra $5 and he said, "What ever it takes." And btw, my fiancé and I had just had a conversation with Alfonso about their remodel that he indicated costs $100,000. They were closed for 2 months during the pandemic and continued to charge clients who had monthly service agreements even though they can not be used. Then when you go into the place to discuss this with them, they refuse to talk to you about it and tell you to contact your bank. As you may know the car wash was closed due to the pandemic. However the car wash kept charging me $49.99 a month. I attempted to contact the car wash but the voicemail was full. Eventually when the car wash opened I attempted to get my money back and cancel my service but was given the run around. Luckily I use Discover and they have refunded my money after I disputed the charges. To this day the people in charge continue to bill my credit card after numerous notifications to cancel my service and remove me from their system. The unlimited package is decent at about $30 a month. Saves you a few bucks if you wash your car more than twice a month. The greeters are nice when you pull up, and guys also do a good job of washing and drying your car. The girls working the register are ok. Not overly friendly and seem to just do the basics of the job. My biggest complaint has to do with canceling the unlimited car wash program. You have to do it in person and you can only do it during certain times of the month. Highly inconvenient for someone who is not in town or in the country at times. read more

NEVER AGAIN! My first and only time going to this horrible car wash was in February 2012. I had just purchased a Benz that had some very nice 20" rims on it. The rims stood out when I purchased them and had no flaws other then minor curb rash. At the car wash I purchased the "Deluxe Wash" that included washing of the rims. Before entering the actual washer, there's a worker that scrubs down the car as well as the rims. I saw the worker spray some thing on the rims but didn't really think twice about it. Once they finished with the car wash I immediately saw what looked like peeling clear on the rims. THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUINED! All four rims had the clear peeling as if "acid" had been sprayed on them. "Acid" is often used in a lot of car washes to clean really dirty rims, but damages rims that have a clear coat. I immediately asked to speak with a manager, who instantly denied any fault before talking to the worker who cleaned the rims. When the worker was called over he couldn't recall if the rims were damaged or not before the wash. The manager offered absolutely no resolution and simply told me to, "do what I had to do." I was completely disappointed with the wash and the poor customer service by the management. read more

I have been here couple of times and they don't clean well at all. Mind as well spend that money on some food and use that energy to clean your own car. Recently, my girlfriend brought her car to this car wash and had such a horrible experience I just had to share. First of all she paid for the exterior and interior to be cleaned. Obvious signs that they didn't do a good job on either. Second she went into the car wash without scratches on her rims. And after she and I discover scratches on two rims. You can't be a newbie at this car wash because they try to sucker you into getting extra stuff like wax, etc. Every single time I go to this car wash they try and selling me more things even though I clearly state what kind of wash I want done. The deluxe car wash is pretty good, if you google Carson car wash there's coupons that you're able to print out to get a couple of dollars off your car wash, so I suggest you do that before you go in. When you drop your car off at the vacuum area, your given a stub with a number and head inside to pay. You get a free air freshener when you get deluxe and this place is kinda old school because you could see your car as it goes through the washing area. After you head on out and you could sit and watch them wipe your car down and they're pretty fast and good at what they do. read more

I calmly bring his attention to multiple scratches on my car that weren't there before I entered the car wash. He immediately says my thought process is illogical because of the fact that they are a hand wash only. First of all, I've never been so insulted in my life. This man is despicable, he later called me stupid because I am young and then lied about it.
