At first we assumed she was an employee because of how aggressively she said it. When we realized she wasn't, we called her out on it. Her response? "Yeah, I'm kind of crazy." What made the situation worse was that the actual employees said nothing about her behavior. No one corrected her, asked her to stop, or even acknowledged how inappropriate it was. On top of that, no staff member informed us when we walked in that the store was closing in 5 minutes even though it was over a hour before the website said they closed, which would have avoided the entire situation. Overall it felt chaotic, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. Customers shouldn't be yelled at by random people in the store while staff just stand there and do nothing. It is very easy to book an appointment online and there's lots of availability for different time slot throughout the day. We booked our appointment for a 12pm appointment, got there about 15 mins early and the gal was happy to assist us right away. She was friendly, she was helpful... everything was great until she told me the pricing for the earrings would be $128, and she pointed to a very small diamond earring that I personally did not like. I asked her if that was the only option for my daughter, and she hesitated and pointed to another diamond or gold earring right next to it, and said it was the same price. She literally made it seem like out of all the earrings displayed in the case, these were the only two options with a single price point of - $128. If you look at a photo on this review, you should be able to see that there were plenty of other styles at different price points that I was well aware of because I literally was just there not too long ago for my other daughter's piercing. I was getting super annoyed so I asked her again if these were the only two options for me, in which she then pointed at the $85 options but immediately told my daughter that the ones she liked were "sold out". Just then, another woman with her child approached the lady helping us to ask about pricing but they were immediately told of the earrings available "at the starting price". My daughter ended up selecting a pair of gold plated earrings for $85. With tax, the total came out to just under $100. IMO, I would've dropped WAY more than $128 for a pair of diamonds earrings if I liked the style and if she wasn't trying to be dishonest about my options. My oldest daughter is considering getting her third piercing but most likely, I will skip coming here again.
