I've been to another location somewhere in Vegas and I didn't quite understand the concept or idea about it. It's just a different vibe in here. I'm used to the regular Nike stores and the outlet stores but this I think is more about a holistic vibe and wellness. The colors and designs for the clothing are more simple and solid colors. This is a new addition to the Irvine Spectrum stores so I'd be interested to see how popular it gets and if the general public likes it.

While buying some shoes Manny was very helpful and gave super good recommendations, couldn't ask for better service.

Mar '25: + Convenient one-stop shop for my various needs: potluck stuff, tools, snacks. + The politeness of staff varies, sometimes they're very helpful. . Huge but often very crowded parking lot. + I like that the plaza has various entrances/exits. + Located in a plaza with various restaurants. Not conveniently located near any freeway though. + I like that Walmart still has the key copy machine. - Unfortunately, the machine failed to replicate my key functionally. The copies don't turn in my lock. Turns out my key is of a special series. Wish the machine could accommodate cuts for specialized series keys. + At least I was able to put in a complaint online and get a partial refund.

I'll be specific about this, going to this location sucks. Nobody knows anything about the store,…read moreeveryone pretends they just got hired to work here. I went by to pick up a cable cord, found it by myself, total waste of time. Dropped by to pick up a lamp and television because I just moved to a new apartment, and the cashier was beyond stupid. Waited in line behind some customer who just bumped into me, like actually bumped against my shopping cart and didn't apologize or anything. Waited in line for 30 minutes and I'm not joking, the cashier is slow and rude. So she also told me that I was next in line to the cashier next to her, only problem, she only announced it secretly to the cashier and didn't tell the customer. I had to speak up and tell the customer behind her that I was next in line. I don't work here, the original cashier should have established that I was next in line, it's not some secret. So I yelled at her that she needed to tell the customer and the cashier instead of just telling me I had to wait for the other cashier. I was about to leave the store, this idiot just took the next customer and the other cashier took her next customer while I had to wait standing there telling the cashier that I was next in line. These morons play it off like it's normal behavior, so I took a picture of the cashier who originally screwed up, and she suddenly spoke English and got upset with me. She clearly wasn't going to get my phone, but she tried to. Either way, the cashier sucks, she takes forever to do a simple job designed for teenagers. Also, nobody assists you here, nobody cares about their jobs here. When you buy a lamp you have to go to another area to find the light bulbs for it. Plus the parking lot sucks, people hit your car with their doors. If you complain they don't review the cameras, they don't want to be liable for it. This place is garbage. Shop somewhere else.

If you don't already know, it's Costa Rican pineapple season. Only $2.15 at Walmart. Delicious.

This store is fine if you already know which shoe you want and know your size. If you do not, then plan on waiting forever just to try on a shoe. Even then, the two shoes I wanted to try on, they didn't have my size. I'm a size 9 in women's and they only had up to size 7 in store. So that sucked. I did try in one of the win flo series shoes (in a size bigger than my size) and I liked that one. I decided to order a pair online since they didn't have the ones I wanted in my size to try on in store. I wanted the women's Pegasus. So I ordered it in the website. I also got some cushioned socks so I could have some extra support.

On 6/04/25 around 5:45pm my husband and I and I entered the Nike store at the South Coast Plaza in…read moreCosta Mesa, CA., intending to purchase several items, including birthday gifts for my son, whose birthday is this weekend. Upon entering, there were three employees visibly working in the store two male employees on the sales floor and one female employee behind the counter. Despite walking directly past the two male employees, neither acknowledged us, greeted us, nor asked if we needed assistance. Instead, they appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with one another. As we continued browsing, I spent time in the women's section while my husband looked at shoes. I walked past the two male employees a few times, and on one occasion, one of them made direct eye contact with me, yet still did not offer a greeting or assistance. Shortly afterward, a female employee came from the back of the store, walked directly past me, and likewise failed to acknowledge my presence or offer assistance. At that point, I became disappointed by the complete lack of customer service. After this treatment my family and I decided to leave the store. After exiting the store, I remained outside briefly and observed one of the same male employees assisting another customer who had entered after us. Wanting to give the store another opportunity, I returned inside and continued browsing in the women's section. Even then, several minutes passed before a female employee finally asked if I needed assistance. While I understand that employees may be busy, there was no indication that these employees were occupied with customer-related responsibilities. Instead, they appeared focused on socializing while completely ignoring my family and me. As a consumer, I should not have to repeatedly walk past employees, make eye contact, and spend time browsing before receiving even a basic greeting. Every customer deserves to be acknowledged, welcomed, and treated with professionalism and respect.
