Ooh baby no. I do not need to come back here. All aesthics super cute and cool looking restaurant. I liked my drink the ube espresso martini was pretty fire. I was here for an birthday celebration. I opted to order the 3 course meal for $65 which included an appetizer l, main course and dessert. I made the poor decision to order the sea bass and no. It was actually disgusting. It came covered in a miso sauce but it was not good. It tasted very fishy too. Now I had ordered the crispy thai shrimp as my appetizer those were good. For dessert I ordered the chocolate peanut butter something. I don't remember what it was called...first it was tiny, secondly it was tiny as hell and very mediocre. I didn't really feel like I got my money's worth. Also there is limited street parking and a garage and valet $10 for parking it in gen pop $20 to park it in the front.

In my 8 months of living in Texas, specifically Houston, this has become my favorite restaurant. From the decor to the food, drinks, and service, everything is on point. The only downside is that it is slightly overpriced if we compare portion size to price. When you go, GET THE SHRIMP! I can't wait to come back for happy hour. Just keep in mind there are only two bathroom stalls and automatic gratuity is included.

Not only is the vibe on point, but the cocktail program is stellar, the food delicious and inventive and most of all, they have one of THE best happy hours in Houston. It lasts until 7:30! Finally, a HH for the working person. I have had excellent service every time I have visited. All of these ingredients have made Haii Keii a weekly must on our dinner rotation.

Celebrated my sister's birthday here! Such a nice restaurant for a special occasion ! Service was amazing. We were a party of 10 girls & our waitress took amazing care of us! Food- we all settled on the holiday pre-fixe menu & was able to try a bit of everything. I started off with the thai chile shrimp, had the seabass as my main (partnered with Mac & cheese), and ended with the ube cheesecake ! So delicious and no complaints! They went above & beyond to make my sister's birthday special by having it flash across their special screens - what a nice touch!

This place was beautiful! Better than expected. Perfect for date night. We went to enjoy the $7 happy hour menu and were were not disappointed! We just went crazy and ordered almost everything. The pork belly was amazing and crispy. Thai chili shrimp, omg! The short rib tacos were awesome! Wagyu burger was really juicy. These were my top four items! I got a caviar cone just for the experience and it was amazing. I thought the presentation was so cute! Next we had a spicy tuna hand roll which was ok. And the bahn me roll was decent as well. For the drinks, please try the ube espresso martini! It was so good and creamy and this gorgeous purple color! I adored it! We also got a red lantern which was good as well. Really enjoyed this restaurant and will be back. Our host was kind, restrooms were clean, our bus person kept our water filled and table clean the entire time! Amazing service! Waitress did take a bit long coming back to check in with us but was still very friendly and so sweet. Really really enjoyed the lighting and intimacy of the tables. Please check them out

Would give 5 stars if the prices were just a little cheaper I was honestly very impressed by the food. I don't think a single thing I tasted was bad. For the holiday prix fixe menu I opted for the hamachi, the seabass, and the ube cheesecake. The second course options are solely protein so our server asked us if we wanted any sides so we opted for the wagyu fried rice. We also got the murukami roll and shishito peppers to share. Literally everything was super yummy. The ube cheesecake also came with a scoop of ice cream on the side which I felt made the dessert amazing I also tried a couple different cocktails, both of which were also very good. The vibe is definitely very dark/neon aesthetic. The music is a little loud but not too loud to where you can't have a conversation. The attire is definitely up there - thinking skirts, nice pants, or dresses for girls. There is also 2 hours of free parking in the attached garage

Ambiance: Super sexy. Dress to impress. Food: Tuna poke taco 7/10. Super small even for me. Oysters: 5/10. Didn't have hot sauce and they were super basic. I'm not hard to please in regard to oyster but it was a no for me. Filet Mignon: 9/10. Super flavorful Cheesecake: 10/10. Absolutely delicious!!! Drink: Spring in Nagano: 8/10 Service: Excellent. Felt special the whole time.

My wife and I had date night and the ambiance was perfect. It's a sexy place to bring your date, vibe and hang at the bar, or have a ladies night honestly. I could see my wife and her sisters going for a girls night. Our server was excellent and very attentive, providing great recommendations. This place is pricey, so just be prepared. Korean short rib taco - 10/10.. it was flavorful and the spicy sauce was magnificently done. I highly recommend getting this. The magpie - 10/10...beautifully blended. I loved every sip of it. It wasn't too Smokey, wasn't too fruity, it was just right Ronin Roll 9/10- it was absolutely it delicious. The only downfall was that it kept falling apart at the bottom. K11 1/10 - this drink tasted like medicine. According to the server it is a fan favorite. Could just be me, so give it a try and see if you agree. Thai Chili Shrimp 10/10 - flavorful with a hint of sweet to it. Filet mignon 10/10 - beautifully prepared at the correct temperature (Medium). It was tender and flavorful. They give you a sauce to dip it in and honestly, you don't really need it.

Haii Keii is all about the experience -- futuristic lights, bold design, and a "wow" vibe from the second you walk in. Perfect for a date night or special occasion if you're into dramatic dining. We went to celebrate a birthday. The food is creative and beautifully plated. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall it's worth it for the atmosphere and presentation. Great for when you want dinner to feel like an event.

Had a reservation for 4ppl. The restaurant called me twice the day of to verify that we would be attending. One of the guest couldn't attend last minute so I let them know it may be 3 instead of 4 ppl. They were adamant about the 15mins grace period and how the table would be given away if we were not there before that time. All guest were present by 8:03 less than 5mins. I communicated that twice and we literally stood directly across from the hostess stand. After an additional 15 mins one of the hosts asked if we were all here. Seriously?! as she looked the other two ladies directly in the eyes. She then became very snarky saying we could sit at a table that is too small or wait for another table having desert. Not only did she have a tone but also rolling her eyes. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day but leave it at the door honey. After waiting an additional 10 mins she said the table was being cleaned. Mind you there's a 2 hour validated parking but at this point we've wasted 25 mins. By the time we were sat for our 8pm reservation it was 8:37. Thankfully our server was amazing!! Knowledgeable and friendly. He truly made up for the terrible introduction we had to the establishment. The food was top tier and timed out well for restaurant weeks. We will likely return for happy hour

We had dinner here for the first time mid-week. We dined, party of 4 on Houston Restaurant Week menu. We were greeted right away. The decor of bright neon light and wall projections kept me distracted. Not to mention the huge cocktail menu that I could spend some time studying. I opted for a mocktail, the lychee champagne. It's refreshingly good but really small. I probably could've drank 3 more of them. My friends all ordered some other drinks from the menu but indicated that they were too sweet. I do not recall the name of the drinks they ordered. For the second round, they ordered normal drinks that were not on the house cocktails. Let's talk about the food. Although we ordered from the HRW menu, we still opted to share all our dishes family style. We tried: * truffle fries - side order not on HRW menu, good but we didn't need it, more than enough food for the three courses. * Mac and cheese - good, nothing to dislike * Thai chile shrimp - pretty large portion for HRW menu * pork belly - the cut is a little too think for my taste but flavor is really good * truffle himachi - yum yum * red snapper with a Thai coconut Beurre Blanc - good! * 6 oz seared filet mignon - this was on the dryer side, weird for a filet * 6 oz Rosewood Premier Texas Wagyu NY strip - was not impressed with the presentation of both steaks. I thought this was just OK. * ube cheesesteak- very good * chocolate bombe almond toffee - don't skip out on ordering this dessert! Service was great except for the drinks. We were done with our appetizers before our drinks showed up. There appears to be only one bartender for the entire restaurant, expect to wait for your bar drinks. Valet parking is available for a fee, not complimentary. Self-parking is validated by the restaurant for the first two hours by scanning the restaurant barcode, pay for parking after initial 2.

I came here this past Friday with a group of girlfriends for HRW, and we had such a fun and delicious experience at Haii Keii. The vibe is bold and playful with its glowing red tables and stylish presentation, definitely a place that makes dining feel like an event. For my first course, I ordered the Thai Chile Shrimp, which was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and tang. For my 2nd I got the Saikyo Miso Chilean Sea Bass, and honestly, this was the star of the night. The fish was buttery, flaky, and melt-in-your-mouth tender, sitting in a silky sauce that had both richness and balance. For dessert, I went with the Ube Cheesecake. It was light but still creamy, not overly sweet, and paired beautifully with the ice cream. A perfect way to end the meal. Our table also tried some sushi rolls and cocktails, and everything was beautifully presented (gold flakes on sushi, cocktails with fun garnishes) and matched the elevated yet playful atmosphere. At $55 per person for the HRW menu, the value was excellent given the quality of the dishes and presentation. The staff was attentive without rushing us, which made it a great spot for a girls' night. Overall: Chic party vib , gorgeous plating, delicious food and a memorable HRW menu. I'll definitely be back to explore the regular menu!

The staircase lined with butcher knives (check out my photos!) is such a unique design element, and the whole restaurant has this upscale, modern vibe. We were seated upstairs at a large round table with an incredible view of the city. As the sun set and the lights came on, it made the whole evening feel even more special. Our server, Michelle, was absolutely fantastic. She was so personable, attentive, and genuinely made our dinner even more enjoyable. Now for the food... wow. We started with the calamari and the burrata, and both were phenomenal. The burrata was unbelievably fresh and creamy, and every accompaniment on the plate complemented it perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of thought into balancing every flavor. Then our entrées arrived, and while my steak was cooked beautifully and all of our sides were delicious, there was one dish that completely stole the show: the Cream Corn Crème Brûlée. I genuinely don't think I've ever had anything like it. It was sweet, savory, creamy, rich, and somehow perfectly balanced all at once. Every single person at our table had to try it, even the ones who initially said they didn't want any, and everyone's reaction was exactly the same: complete disbelief at how good it was. If you only order one side here, make it the Cream Corn Crème Brûlée. It's unforgettable. The only small critique anyone at our table had was that the Brussels sprouts weren't quite as crispy as expected, but honestly, I still enjoyed them. Overall, this was an incredible dining experience from start to finish. Beautiful atmosphere, outstanding service, and some of the best food I've had in a long time. It's absolutely worth the splurge, and I can't wait to come back.

I wish restaurants would move away from the pull apart rolls. I just want crusty bread with good butter. The creme brulee creamed corn was interesting. I think I prefer it savory. Everything was just a little more expensive than I thought it was worth. It's frustrating to want a good glass of white wine but not have many options under $20.

The food didn't take long to come out and was so darn good. It was probably one of the best steak nights I've had in a while. We had the ribeyes, mash potato, mac and cheese, green beans, and French fries. The steak was seasoned perfectly and grilled to the perfect temperature to my liking. We are still talking about it, I can't wait to come back and try their chimichurri sauce. We ended with the strawberry and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheese cake. They weren't too sweet and just the right amount of richness. If they aren't on your list for steak night I definitely recommend!
