The food was incredible! We got the sampler dip of hummus, red pepper dip, and baba ganoush with the fresh pita! Didn't realize it was a hookah lounge we opted to sit in a different room bc the smell was strong. It was really slow when we were there not more than like 4 tables in the restaurant , our bill was about $60 total for 2 cokes, the app, the salad, the wrap and the potatoes. A little pricey but the food was very good

What an amazing experience! First time here, and I loved it!!! The ambiance was quaint, yet lively. Service was on point and very attentive the entire time. The food was delicious!!! Huge portions, and a great variety of flavors. Very relaxing and peaceful. The flute player was an added bonus! Hookah is available, as well as heaters and complimentary wraps for patrons use. I'm simply happy with the whole experience. Note: No alcohol, but mocktails are available and delicious!!! Didn't miss the alcohol. Lamia you're the best! Thanks for taking good care of our group.

After hanging out the whole day, my friends were starving and decided to try a chance at finding a table at Patio by La Pasha. To our joy, we were able to get a table quickly and outdoors on the second patio which is just as great as the first. I highly recommend sitting outside if you want to reduce the amount of hookah you breathe in from nearby tables. The food is always amazing here, this time we opted for the hummus platter and the Eggplant Fatteh. I wish the eggplant was a bit more cooked but never the less tasted great. One issue we had was that the service was extremely slow. It look long times to get our orders placed and paid for.

Disclaimer: I visited with friends a week and a half ago. We went in the evening, I really appreciated that they are open so late. We asked if we could be seated in one of the patios outside as the weather was really nice. I was grateful they could accommodate this as the inside dining area is very cold. The food overall was good except they seem to be really strong in the acidic/sour taste like I've had grape leaves and tabbouleh before but here they were just a bit more tart. Not bad but had me puckering my lips and I couldn't eat as much because of that but I was able to take the leftovers with me and enjoyed them the next day.

Both photos were taken after we started to indulge. The mix grill entree is very flavorful and a great portion! Their mint tea is also amazing! Came for a late lunch with friends! Service was pretty good, they do have reservation hours and times so they may move you to their outdoor patio but they provide space heaters if cold. Ambiance is great, very warm, calm, friendly! Definitely a new go to spot

Meh. I had higher hopes but this was definitely a miss. Service was slow considering we were 1 of 2 tables on the patio during lunch however our server did try to redeem himself after my lamb came out overcooked. The patio itself was a nice size and I could tell this was probably happening spot at night for the younger crowd. Overall it was average and much of the food was meh. They do give large larger portions so if you really want to give it a chance that's the one plus. I would not give it a second try.

I'm a frequent visitor of LaPasha Lounge & Grill, so I've been anticipating the opportunity to check out Patio By La Pasha. Plus, a friend of mine said she it is a great spot. Although I'm trying to manage my hookah intake I decided to check out the spot. The ambiance is on point. The vibe is on point. I tried the fried chicken legs and they were ok. I'm not going to judge too harshly on the fried chicken because I realize it's a Mediterranean spot. The service was horrible. I don't know what the problem was but the waiter was so distant and awkward whenever he decided to communicate. I can give details but I'm not going to bore you with all of them. I'll just say after the food came out, there was no more communication from him. He never asked if we wanted water, more lemonade, hookah.... As a matter of fact I had to get his attention to bring me the bill.... I think I'll just stick to what I know, right there off of Westheimer and Kirkwood!

Great food. Good sides. The patio is huge. Lots of seating. Nice table settings and furniture. The food came out fast. The grilled meats were tender and flavorful. We did the mixed grill for 2-3 people and it was a lot of food. Probably 4 people could have eaten it. The salads and potatoes were my fave sides.

Food is mid very much a miss not the quality you would expect from La pasha group extremely bland not cooked properly or completely flavorless or wrong dish. Hookah is mid. Ambiance is a 10/10 it sets the mood great place to go out for fun.

La pasha is great place for late night meals, hookah & conversations! Great for big groups as well. They have a variety of options on their menu and their drinks especially are amazing. I always get their Persian tea since it pairs well with hookah. They stay open pretty late. I went on Saturday and they have valet parking for $5z

Such a treasure!! To start off the night valet was 5.00 and 10.00 for VIP parking which is rarely heard of in this Houston party climate. Parking was effortless and quick. I was seated quickly outside but as it became hotter, I opted for a seat inside. I tried the mint lemonade as a suggestion from my date and friends along with the Truffle Oil Pasta as a recommendation from our server. The hookah was good, flavorful and strong. The food was great and hot. Portion size was good and I even brought some home. I'll definitely be going back and bringing the girls.

    Drinks were soooo Good!!!!

I really wanted to fall in love with this place especially since a similar spot I loved literally went up in flames RIP to my old fave but for now I'm giving it 3 stars So here's how it went I asked to sit inside because the heat outside had me feeling like a rotisserie chicken They led us to a back room that looked like a bridal shower had just wrapped up and then forgot about us for over 15 minutes I had to go on a little mission to track down a waiter and asked to be moved outside Nonetheless the decor is beautifully done! I love the green garden look! Once we got settled outside things picked up The waiter was super nice but didn't really know the menu which made ordering a little tricky When the food came out it was lukewarm at best The chicken was on the dry side and the rice needed a little personality The saving grace was my drink Fruity flavorful and honestly the highlight of the meal My daughters enjoyed their pizza so at least the kids were happy I didn't get to try the hookah since I had my minis with me but it looked like everyone else was having a blast with it I do want to give this place another try maybe next time I'll come back without the little ones and with lower expectations for the chicken lol knowing me I'll try and order it again just to see if what I experienced the first time was indeed correct. But I will be back to try it again.

I was craving Mediterranean food and have been wanting to try this place. The ambience was perfect for a dinner for two or large party. For drinks, we started with spring water along with Moroccan and Persian tea. We ordered the fried cauliflower for an appetizer. It was served with a deliciously tangy and savory sauce. It was quite a healthy portion good enough for three people however, my little party of two devoured it all. I ordered the Kafta Kebabs a la cart. They were seasoned to perfection and were just what I was craving. It paired well with the garlic sauce. My husband ordered the Mix Grill of three meats which came with two sides. He added the fattoush and French fries. He said the steak was tough and seeing him use a butter knife, you could tell he needed a steak knife instead. It was very chewy and he would not recommend it. The chicken was flavorful but tore into pieces when he cut it. The fattoush was delicious. The French fries were ok. For him, this wasn't the greatest of food choices. For dessert I ordered the Turkish coffee and my husband a cappuccino along with a Kunafa. I gave up carbs for the time being so didn't get to try it. Although my husband said it was not so delightfully tasty. The service was very good considering how busy they were.

Established back in 1977, this Greek café has grown from a humble walk‑up window into a full‑fledged neighborhood institution, beloved for its hearty Mediterranean comfort food and lively, come‑as‑you‑are atmosphere. The Montrose location stays bustling from lunch through late night, drawing in everyone from families to night‑owls to longtime regulars who've been coming here for decades. What keeps people returning is simple: the food hits. Diners consistently praise the authentic Greek flavors, especially the gyro plates -- a blend of beef and lamb shaved from the spit, tucked into warm, fresh pita, and finished with cool, garlicky tzatziki. Portions are generous without being sloppy, and the pricing stays reasonable, making it one of the best value spots in the neighborhood. Your gyro arrives stacked, your fries come hot, and your plate feels like it was built by someone who actually wants you to leave full. The menu is huge, but the classics shine brightest. The Greek salad is crisp and refreshing, loaded with feta, olives, tomatoes, and their famous dressing. Service here is fast, friendly, and efficient -- the kind of counter‑style operation where the staff keeps things moving without losing the warmth that makes the place feel welcoming. Guests frequently mention how upbeat and helpful the team is, even during rush hours. The vibe is lively but never chaotic: families grabbing dinner, couples sharing mezze plates, and regulars chatting with staff like old friends. It's casual, energetic, and unmistakably Montrose. One thing that sets Niko Niko's apart is its deep Houston history. The Fetokakis family has run the restaurant for nearly half a century, maintaining a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality that helped the café earn multiple Houston Press awards over the years -- from Best Pork Chops to Best Family‑Owned Restaurant.
