I've been here a few times now and this place is so good! It's not fancy and seemingly under the radar but the food speaks for itself. It's flavorful, delicious and made fresh. The price is very reasonable and the portions are good. I stumbled on this place some random taco Tuesday and I keep going back. It's my new favorite spot. The crunchy beef tacos are some of my favorite, the pastor street tacos and the enchiladas we've had and been so happy with. I will be working my way through the menu...the green salsa I could drink with a straw. I'd probably drink the red too but it's spicy (in a good way) so that is consumed sparingly. I don't know how I have passed this by for so many years but I'm so happy to have found this new favorite spot and it's going to be in the rotation of regulars! Don't me like me and pass this one by. This is a really good small family owed Mexican restaurant. Very humble and friendly staff. The food is really good nothing over the top but certainly really good. Took my dad here on a hunch. He got the carne Asada chimichanga and a hard taco with shredded beef with refried beans and dirty rice. Which was really good. I got carne Asada burrito with a side of refried beans it was very. Very fresh and flavorful food! Was trying to eat healthier so I had the chicken poblano salad and a grilled shrimp taco. The grilled shrimp taco was one of the best I've had. I ate it so fast and forgot to get a picture, but got a pic of the great salad. Pros 1. Chicken poblano salad, side of guacamole, and grilled shrimp taco ingredients were very fresh and flavorful 2. The food was all right. The green chile tamale had the best flavor. The pollo asado quesadilla had dry chicken, non-Mexican/American 4-cheese that wasn't fully melted/didn't have enough cheese. Pastor combo plate also was okay - pastor had decent seasoning but lacked the pineapple and charred flavor. Appreciated the warm tortilla chips and the red, green, and spicy sauces. Great place for affordable yummy Mexican food! I ordered on Uber eats and it was ready and arrived fast! I got a bean and cheese burrito with a side of rice, guacamole, and chips and salsa. This is probably one of my favorite hole in the wall Mexican restaurants. It's located in a strip mall with tons of parking options. There are quite a few places to sit, but I've always gotten my food to go. Service is super quick and everyone has been so nice. For breakfast items, the Machaca con Huevo is SO good! Packed full of savory, juicy flavor. The burrito is enough on its own to be a meal. For lunch or dinner I really like the carne asada burritos or tacos.
