Got there around middle of happy hour. Highly recommend the pretzel. It is SO good. I'm not a drinker so got lemonade. It's probably Minute Maid but server was attentive to keep it filled. Hubby got his dark beer which kept him happy. Other than the pretzel, I found food ok. I got Flatbread and hubby got chicken sandwich with side of Mac cheese. He liked his food. I found the Mac to be bland. Just appreciate dog friendly, heated patio and TV on patio so I can watch sports. The ultimate best was our server. He was funny and attentive. I think his name was Drue. Rarely do I feel well cared for so rarely do I leave over 25 percent tip. So $20 tip on 63 dollar check speaks volumes of what I thought of the service. Lord have mercy, this place is amazing. Absolutely delicious. I ordered a "Basic Burger" as they call it, but it was NOT basic. Big fluffy buttery croissant like bun-perfect patty juicy and delicious. Butter lettuce and red onions-YAAAAS. Tomato and cheese and it was REAL cheese. Perfect French fries, and I do mean perfect. Its the Butter lettuce, the Red onion, their Perfect buns, and their light but savory special sauce that is delicately spread-that REALLY does it for me. My toddlers even loved it. I ordered the Cascadia burger and got the basic burger. I told my waitress which she apologized for and quickly had the mistake fixed. Problem is when I got the correct burger, it had one piece of bacon broken up and the white of the sunny side egg was runny. Then if that wasn't bad enough, if was like someone dumped a salt shaker on my burger. It was so salty I couldn't eat it. My wife liked her Quesdilla with non dairy cheese very much. Came here after the first place we tried to go to was closed, and I'm glad we did. Quick service and delicious food. I ordered the vegan pretzel and cheese, house salad, and vegan mac and cheese. The pretzel was unlike any pretzel I've had, it was more like fry bread in consistency but it was very good. It would have totally worked with cinnamon sugar if the restaurant wants to add a dessert option. The creamy house made vegan queso was savory and hot, it complimented the pretzel perfectly. I was impressed by the house salad too, you never know what you're going to get with house salads--sometimes they're sad iceberg lettuce, a single cherry tomato, and 4 shredded carrots but not this one. It had quality greens, a variety of veggies and a really good dressing. The vegan curry mac and cheese was great too. We've been in Spokane for the last week, eating out most nights, and this was our favorite meal by far. I really had a hard time deciding what to get (being vegan and gluten free, I'm not used to having so many choices!) and ended up going with the TLTA sandwich (tofu, lettuce, tomato, and avocado). This place is definitely better than your average pub. Our server was attentive from the moment we arrived. They have a good selection of local beer. The salad we got was very filling and did not skimp on any toppings and the pretzels with beer cheese were quite possibly the best I have ever had. The au jus is a shade salty (I know, whose isn't?), I got grossly shorted on fries one evening..... However, they use really decent ingredients-- good rolls, nice sauces (a bit more horseradish in their aioli would be nice), their servers are good if not great (singles tend to be low priority) but overall I was happy but not impressed. I am quite the connoisseur when it comes to French Dips (thin sliced medium rare prime rib with au jus housemade from scratch please :) and this was pretty. Darn. Good. The au jus could not have been better! - very flavorful and bold, not weak and watery as is the norm at many restaurants. Must be house made. Both the au jus AND the sandwich came out literally steaming hot. YUM. LOVED IT. All burgers and sandwiches come w a variety of side choices, I ordered the side salad. Take a look at the picture I posted. Not your typical iceberg lettuce with a couple pinches of shredded carrots on top. I've eaten here four times now and have never been disappointed. I've tried them out the past two years during inlander restaurant week and have been blown away. Recently revisited with my sister in town who is vegetarian and we split the vegan bahn mi and even I was very impressed along with her. Tried calling multiple times to put an order in, online wasn't working. I was hung up on and had my calls forwarded multiple times. Finally on the last call someone answered apologizing about what had happened and explained other workers had done that because they're busy. Best service we've experienced in a Forever! We live out in Athol area so getting here takes us over an hour. Covid has made eating out hard to enjoy these days. Our server really made the experience unforgettable, Travis, was awesome! That guy's on top of it. He made us laugh the whole time, while also making the best cocktails ever. My wife and I don't have drinks much and never know what to order. Travis had one excellent recommendation after another. We were impressed. We'll be back for drinks by Travis without a doubt. Food was good as expected. My wife actually said it was the best salad she'd ever had. We're planning our next escape from the kids soon and I'm sure this is where we'll end up going again. Let me start by saying, GET THE PRETZEL.. YUM! So fresh and good was definitely the highlight of our dinner for sure! The drinks were also good. We were there on a margarita special and they didn't disappoint. I had a Trail Blazer burger and my date had the NW Steak Dip. The steak dip was good and flavorful but the burger kinda let me down. Tasted a bit dried out. We watched our food sit in the window under the heat lamp for over 10 minutes so wouldn't be surprised if that's the reason. But overall it was okay. I shared a meal called The Big Burger because it was packed.... packed with really good stuffs like double grass fed beef patties from Gebbers farm, garlic aioli and stuffings. I forgot how real beef taste like! It came with different options for the side and we picked garlic fries. They divided and served the meal on seperate plates without asking or being charged for a extra plate! I'd say it's one of the best restaurant food and experience I've had in a while. Thank goodness more fresh produce and farm to table diners are in town nowadays.
