Cava is one of my fav go-to meals when I'm craving something quick and flavorful. I've visited many Cavas and the food is always delicious. I always order the same exact thing, my own bowl. I don't know why but this time around I didn't quiet enjoy it like I usually would. The food seemed to lack the normal burst of flavor. This past Thursday (4/25), I went to the restaurant to use my birthday rewards to purchase a meal. Unfortunately, the link to retrieve my reward was not working. However, the cashier was nice enough to notify the manager and the manager gave me a discount after I showed him my email with the rewards information. OMG!! I had no idea what I was ordering especially since we are on #quarentine and I couldn't see the food. I stated guessing, hoping that I could figure it out. I was afraid of what uber was bringing me. Well, the food was terrific. I kept putting the lid on the food and then digging right back into it. It is fresh and the servings size was amazing. First, I am a fan of Cava. This location was clean and they have a drive thru. The first I've seen with one. Customer service is great. The line inside moves fairly quickly. I just have one complaint. The food at this location seems overly salty. I usually visit the ones in Montgomery County but this is my third time coming to this Woodmoor location and it's too salty. This is the worst, ever when it comes to DoorDash or Uber eats they don't pay attention to nothing and they don't listen. This is the fifth time I have paid extra for avocado and they don't put it on there so this time I decided to call and they don't answer the phone. I don't know why it took me so long to try Cava. Their food is delicious and healthy. The Greek salad is so delicious. I get it without the the arugula, extra hummus and extra pita. The salad comes with chicken, which is very well seasoned. Hubby got the Greens and Grain bowl with chicken and meatballs. The bowl is just as delicious. The meatballs are seasoned nicely. And they give you a lot of protein for the price. If you are not a big eater, this dish can be two servings. The bowls are $10.52 and definitely worth it. Now, I give the food 5 stars, but the customer service 3. Being that this was our first time here and we told them it was our first time, I felt the the employee could have been a little more helpful in helping us make a selection. He was kind of nonchalant and provided no help whatsoever. So the customer service can be improved upon. Other than that, I will be a repeat customer. read more

Man!!! I really like this place. It seems like every time I come in, the meats are coming off the grill. They have several different toppings that you can add to your bowl. I always try something different every time I come in. Plus, it's always good to eat healthy, even if you put a little extra sauce on at the end.
