Wow! It has taken me way too long to visit Cava! Everything was fresh an delicious. They have so many choices and great options to choose from. The hummus, falafel, tzatziki, everyone was delicious. The drinks weren't as great as anticipated but good flavor combinations. I knocked off a star because for 2 people grabbing lunch it was just under $50! Not a place I'll visit often but it was yummy, especially the pita!

Took a mini road trip to DE and got hungry while shopping. We opted to try somewhere familiar for convenience and speed. There was a little line but it move quickly. The food was being replenished as we ordered so everything was fresh which is awesome and adds to the flavor. I always order a side of pita chips because they are quite literally the star of the show. I would visit this location anytime. Parking was plenty the service was great. They cared about the speed of the line and making sure you have exactly what you wanted. They even ask if you would like extra ingredients. They were not stingy with the portions at all.

There's plenty of seating and other shops near this location. I got the Balsamic Date Chicken bowl but replaced it with the lamb brisket and lamb meatballs because it's zabiha/halal. I ended up paying double for extra protein because the server didn't hear me. To be honest, the lamb is way too gamey. The lamb meatballs are medium rare and the lamb brisket is super fatty. I appreciate that the lamb is from New Zealand, thus zabiha/halal but it's gamey and I won't be ordering it again. Although the bowl is nutrient dense, the portions/quantity was small. I honestly feel like Sweet Greens or Mezeh in KOP fills up the bowl more.

Cava provided a satisfying, quick, and healthy lunch while shopping at Christiana. Love how you can choose each item that goes into your customized bowl. Spicy items are marked, and you can do half and half of proteins and bases. There are several good juices - my favorite are the blueberry and the cucumber. All calories are marked. Service was exceedingly friendly despite a lunchtime rush. Highly recommend!

Food is decent but the portions are just so small. The food barely covered the bottom of the bowl and when I asked for more food they looked at me like I was crazy for wanting a little more. My bf got double portion chicken and it didn't even look like a single full portion. My friends who have ate at other locations always hyped up cava to have great portions but this location was a serious let down. I left there hungry. read more

I had a Very Excellent experience today EVERYTHING was Hot And Fresh ... Cooper was very attentive and polite. I really appreciate that they wore gloves and greeted me as I came in .... The restaurant was clean and beet . I also love my service from NINA she was nice helpful and she offered to cook me FRESH. Pita chips !!!!! I love to eat and she definitely did that for me . Where do I begin....I absolutely LOVE this Cava location. The employees are the highlight of my day. Coming here feels like practically eating with family because they go above and beyond to make sure the food is made and served with love. Shout out to my girl NINAAAA. When I first came to Cava I had no clue what to eat and I have many dietary restrictions, such as food allergies, not eating meat, and being sensitive to dairy. I told her about my dietary restrictions and she created a bowl for me that I STILLL order till this day. I wish I could give this place an 100/10 review. P.S. The Bowl + the pita chips are totally underrated. Top tier here! read more

This place has the potential to be great. Was awesome the first time I went. Last 2 times were considerably worse than the last. 2nd time got way overcharged for very little food. Went tonight for a 3rd time and literally got an ice cold meal (it was a hot bowl) chicken:cold. Rice:cold. Meatballs: cold and hard. Won't be going back. read more

Just made my first trip to Cava. It was early for dinner so the place was not crowded and I could take my time ordering. It helped to have a patient staff person. So many choices. Loved the fresh tasting greens and assorted grains and my favorite protein was the braised lamb. By the time I finished, I had a big bowl filled with competing and complimentary flavors. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal but maybe next time I'll choose fewer items so the individual ingredients shine more. Definitely will repeat the braised lamb...and maybe try falafels. read more

Zoe's kitchen was my favorite but it unfortunately closed. Since Cava took its place, we decided to go there to check it out. Should have known it would be a bust since the place was empty on an evening. The bowl was disappointing and flavorless. They didn't have any kabobs or hummus plates. Way overpriced for what you actually get. The portion sizes are ridiculously tiny. Made me really miss Zoe's Kitchen. read more

Never tried this place before so I decided to give it a shot and it's very nice and clean inside. I came in and the service was great! I was greeted as soon as i walked in! They have different ice teas and fountain soda you get your own, they hand you a cup. They also have single serve drinks available in the fridge. You can choose from three sizes of soup and everything is in to-go containers so you can bring it home. They had cookies and I think brownies for purchase too. Soups are good and hearty, you can get free samples to try out different onesie before selecting your favorite. Chicken Noodle always seems to be there but the others get changed up so they have more options. Tables and chairs in the middle and booths on the side that are comfortable. This is in a strip mall near Ulta and Best Buy. Parking in front and around the side of the place. Prices are pretty reasonable and people aren't there too long to eat so you can always get a seat. It's not table service, you order and pay (Apple Pay accepted) and then sit. They'll call you when your food is ready for pick up. You get it in a small brown paper bag with handles. I usually ask for an extra bread and take some soup home for later. Staff seems very happy to be there and the soup keeps being brought out and hot to go! Only giving it four stars cause the grilled cheese could be done better.

We also tried bubble tea (my daughter ordered it for me), and it was my first time having one with a fruity flavor inside the boba - "slamming" is the only way to describe it. Out of the 9 cava restaurants I've experienced eating at while working throughout the East Coast, the Christiana location is by far my most favorite one to go to. The staff has been super welcoming and always greet me with a very pleasant smile and energetic welcome every time I step foot in the restaurant. The food I love, not only because of the fresh quality and the fact that they'll literally cook the food right in front of you, but the energy I feel after eating the bowl helps me to power through the rest of my day. I'm a huge fan of their pita baked chips, so anytime I come in, I ask for a fresh batch and many staff members literally go out of their way to make sure l have them fresh out of the oven, and I never mind waiting for them if need be because in the mist of waiting, I get to watch the smiles, they put on their other customers faces as they deliver top-notch quality service to them as well. The icing on the cake for me is the fact that their restaurant, inside and outside seating, and even the bathrooms are always super clean and well managed. Great food, great taste. I wanted to shout out this CAVA restaurant at Christiana Mall. I had ordered online but arrived to the store earlier than expected. I was waiting for my food for sometime but still within the anticipated wait time from the website. One of the employees noticed I was waiting restlessly and offered me a free fountain drink. I was surprised at the consideration of the employee. This was great customer service and now I am definitely a returning customer. read more
