Cava is always a hit if you like build your own Mediterranean bowls! My go to is the greens and grains bowls with chicken. The chicken is moist. I like the tzatziki sauce and red pepper hummus. I usually get almost all the toppings since it's unlimited. My favorite topping sauce is their garlic sauce. They usually have a long line but it moves steadily. Once you start order it moves pretty quickly.

I've been to a handful of CAVA locations and this one is pretty consistent with the rest. I usually get the saffron basmati rice as base, chicken as protein, and a few of my favorite toppings are the pitas crisps, broccoli, pickled red onions, tomatoes + onions, etc. I love that CAVA always has plentiful sauces.

Cava has become one of my boyfriend and my favorite eats when we are looking for an easy healthy meal. This location in Pasadena is off Lake near Planet Fitness and Macys. My boyfriend warned me that there might be a long line and I suggested we put in an online order to avoid waiting. It was fortunate because as we approached, parking was impossible. I asked him to drop me off and I ran in to get it while he made a loop and our food was ready to take home and avoid the crowds. My boyfriend and I both got the Greens + Grain Bowl. Depending on which protein you choose and other add-ons, price varies. My boyfriend's creation ($17.20) had the supergreen, saffron basmati rice, tzatziki, roasted eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, braised lamb, fire roasted corn, salted brine pickles, tomato+cucumber, kalamata olives, pita crisps with the yogurt dill and garlic dressing on the side, and yes to the side pita. My creation ($19.60) was a little more fancy with the supergreens, tzatziki, roasted eggplant dip, red pepper hummus, grilled steak, fiery broccoli, fire roasted corn, avocado, pickled onions, pita crisps with double garlic dressing on the side, and also yes to the side pita. When I came to pick up our order staff was friendly and quick. My order was ready before the requested time, which I appreciated. The interior looks like there was plenty of seating, and not too much of a wait. A bit pricey but it's healthy and consistent tasting. The portion seems to have shrunk compared to prior visits. I'm sure we'll still be back the next time we just want something easy and healthy.

I ordered the steak salad with corn, spinach and more. This was pretty substantial and super fresh. I love that you can see your food being prepared. The staff are friendly. The drink was refreshing.

Not my first time at Cava but my first time in LA and to this specific location. Plenty of places to sit and eat and the location is very convenient. Good for a post workout meal and there's a seating area outside for the whole plaza which is nice if you don't wanna eat inside. Sophia was the one who made my bowl and she was super sweet and very generous. I loved herr! Will be coming back tomorrow and hoping for her to make me and my friend's bowls! The salad was delicious and fresh, despite it being an hour before closing and there was enough of everything.

I consider CAVA. Is like a Greek Chipotle, only healthier. When I arrived, there was a long line, which is a good sign. Inside, it's clean and orderly, with most taking home their meal. Consider this a healthy option to enjoy dinner and a great Greek meal!

I love cava, the hard time in choosing dips, toppings, sauces means quality variety + Greens bowl with shawarma chicken (tender), whipped feta (light and not too feta-y), harissa (like gochujang), and tzatziki (tangy), sweet and tangy Persian cucumbers, corn, tomato, pickled onions. On the side, lemon herb tahini (tahini forward) and yogurt dill (liquidy but yummy tang) ($16) Comes with pita (8.5/10)

Great fast casual eatery. Choose your own bowls or Pita wraps which is similar to the Chipotle style, except with Mediterranean food. Lines can be rough during the peak times, thus can also order ahead online on their own website. Parking is convenient in the large structure behind, which is the same for Trader Joe. I really liked their Chicken Swarma bowl. Very flavorful and with lots of fresh toppings. Only reason not a 5/5 is due to the portion sizes to price ratio. Maybe not fair to compare to Chipotle, but I definitely didn't feel full after finishing this meal and it was more expensive (where I always feel stuffed after Chipotle). It was quite healthy though!

Cava me delicious! This was exactly what I was hoping for and more. When I asked what this place was all about I was described that if I liked chipotle, consider this a Mediterranean Chipotle. It was described just right to me. You can pick all of the ingredients you want starting with the rice and salad and then your protein and then whatever toppings and sauce. Incredibly addicting and what better than to always be able to customize a meal exactly to your preferences. Not sure why delivery is a significant amount more so definitely go in store. In store is significantly cheaper than any delivery service plus you get rewards if you sign up for their free program. Not sure why but almost every single time I go, the employees seem to kind of all hate their jobs. No one ever has a smile and if they really do talk to you at all, it comes with quite a bit of attitude.

Mediterranean Chipotle is the best way to describe CAVA. I know I'm not the first to say it, but this place really delivers. I have a love/hate relationship with CAVA. After a bad experience at the Westwood location, I swore it off, but recently, I've been craving it again and couldn't resist. I decided to try this location and ordered in person instead of using the app. I'm glad I chose this CAVA location; the staff are much better trained, friendlier, and more helpful than the Westwood location. They recently had a $3 off coupon, which I took advantage of, making my bowl even more affordable. I don't remember everything I put in, but I definitely loaded up on options. I vaguely recall a maximum of 3 sauces, and I went with the spicier flavors. I chose half steak and half spicy chicken. Everything was great, but the pita was a bit underwhelming for me. I'll definitely try the pita chips next time. It seems like they have a nice selection of craft sodas and fountain drinks. I'll have to try those next time. CAVA, I'm definitely coming back! This is my preferred CAVA location.

I tried asking for a receipt, one of the staff said, "we don't give receipt. " i only tried this place because of doordash offer. For the price i paid for the chicken kabob, there's so many better option. I should have just stick with massis at the mall. The chicken kabob is some what dry, the chicken is nor tender or juicy. At least it's not burn. Nothing is wrong with the rice, but i preferred the basmati rice massis used. However, I'm not sure why the rice is mixed with many piece of noodles. I hate when it puts the container sauce on top of the rice and not outside. I believe it's chili and garlic sauce. How would I know if the container is contaminated or not. Not sure why it is on top of the rice and not outside the to go container. The picture look better than what I actually got. In the picture, the chicken kabob look round and whole, what I actually got look like the whole piece of chicken got cut in half. The salad is room temperature. For sure, it isn't cold. Parking here is very challenging. I also got the wrap for 12 something. Honestly, 13.99 pho would have been a better choice for me. The order was made quick. I got my order to go, not much of the interaction for the service to have any opinion about it. I came here by chance, tried it, it did not made me feel wow on either its' price and its' food. I find no value in it, therefore, i won't be back. I don't know if other customer got their receipt, the staff here refused to give me mine.

The location is very visible as you drive north or south on Hill. Parking is available in a number of different areas. They have their own parking lot alongside the edge of the building. The Mediterranean Grill is located in suite 101. When you enter you walk through the inside seating to the counter to place your order. I had a number of questions concerning their menu and the gentleman at the register was very helpful in giving me suggestions of different dishes I might enjoy. I ordered a number of items so that I could get an understanding of their menu. I decided to order three items. A salad and two dinners. As I sat down to wait for my order, a staff member brought over a small salad and a small bottle of water for me to enjoy while I was waiting. I found out that the salad was a shirazi salad. It was bright and refreshing. The lemon and olive oil dressing was perfect along with the chopped onions, marinated cucumber, tomatoes, and parsley. Enjoyable! I picked up my carefully packaged order and was on my way home. I was eager to try some new flavors. The aroma of the food was still present as I opened each of the three items. The Greek salad with chicken had a great flavor. There were large chunks of lightly fried chicken pieces, with fresh cucumbers, feta cheese, olives, lettuce, onions, with their special olive and lemon dressing. This salad is a full meal, very satisfying. The chicken platter with white meat included rice, a marinated cucumber salad, a tomato, and jalapeno. I had a choice of with seeds or without and I decided to spice it up and ordered with the seeds. There is definitely a lot of food . then one dinner. I found out that it tasted good the next day. Their special sauce is amazing. The beef skewer was very tender and filled with flavor. The meat had been marinated and tasted great both warm and cold the following day, as did the other items. I was so intrigued by the menu that I went again for the gyro roll and the falafel platter. Both were well worth the return visit. Highly recommend the flavorful food at Mediterranean Grill! Their service, recipes, and food are well worth the visit. I look forward to returning to experience more items on the menu.

I got their falafel, dolmas, cheese and meat boreg, chicken shawarma wrap, filet mignon and chicken thigh combo plate, and baklava to try. This was my first time ever trying falafels, dolmas, and boregs and wow. The falafel had a Fun crunchy outside with a crumbly yet not dry inside and full of aromatic flavors. The dolmas were really good too. Moist and herby. The boregs kinda reminded me of empanadas in both flavors and textures from the crisp fried outer pastry to savory fillings. The chicken shawarma wrap was stuffed with tender marinated chicken, fries, a bit of tomato and pepper and schmearing of creamy garlicy spread, and came with a side of refreshing cucumber yogurt salad. The best part was when that pita soaked up all the other juices of the chicken to make it even more flavorful. The meats in the combo plate had a nice char, were super savory, flavorful, well seasoned but were a bit overcooked and dry. But that's ok cuz that's where the super flavorful dips came in. There was the refreshing cucumber salad, smooth creamy nutty hummus, and pungent garlicy sauce that paired perfectly with everything. It also came with rice, an herby bright tabouleh salad, pickled turnips and crunchy fresh onions. The baklava was MASSIVE and was a bit dry and hard but had plenty of crisp pastry layers, crunchy nuts, was amazingly sweet and cinnamony. Overall this place is pretty good. The host and the owner greeted us and after a brief visit to the restroom we were seated at our table on the balcony/terrace. Immediately we realized we had found a gem. The food is simple, pure and honest. We imagined a future visiting sitting with an order of these smelts and a few beers watching a proper Serie A Fútbol match. After an impulsive order of fresh pita bread(highly recommended) our main courses arrived. Grilled branzino and the Lamb shank. These dishes elevated to a simple perfection with the complex flavors of dried fruit, almonds and couscous accompanying a confidently prepared lamb. A robust California Cabernet provided the perfect compliment to this old world classic. The branzino was glazed and touched respectfully with lemon and grilled to a perfect gentle shimmer. This is the best fish we've had in years. Clearly a new favorite, we enjoyed a surprise piece of flourless chocolate cake with espresso and cappuccino. Special thanks to this delightful place and their wonderful staff. We look forward to sharing visits in the future with friends and family.

I grabbed a table and didn't wait long before my order was ready. Lots of rice pilaf, hummus, and tabouli. Additionally, there was a portion of garlic sauce. The portion of meat was equally impressive. I was still afflicted with recent dental work so I had to eat slowly and carefully. Their food is very crushable if not for that. They also quarter the pita bread which allows easier dipping or making mini wraps. Anyhow, I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later to try the Lula (aka koubideh), lamb, and other unique house specials. The essence of wood smoke is especially good, so that's a high mark. 4.5 overall My only criticisms are the rice could have been warmer, and the sauce more garlicky.
