Waitress was fast and efficient taking orders from 3 (really well behaved) kids, 3 couples in their 40s/50s, and our Dad and step-mom without a mistake in our drinks, orders and various add-ons and substitions!! Chocolate chip pancakes were amazing (and HUGE),chicken and waffles were the bomb, biscuits and gravy and eggs and chicken fried chicken and eggs Benedict....on and on....were hot, tasty, and filling to the point of putting us into a food coma. My husband & I love to eat here. It's only 2 mins down the road & it's always so quick & fresh for both dine-in & to-go's. I get the all American breakfast with 2 pieces of bacon & 2 sausage patties as well as eggs & your choice of griddle (I got French toast). You can substitute the eggs out for hash browns which I thought was nice & You're able to add Nutella & strawberries on your French toast or pancake so I did & it was great! Family owned and operated with a great feel! This was my first time in Celina and my friend and I were ready for some brunch! The photos on Yelp did it justice as that's what made us choose this place instead of driving further to Frisco, Plano or Prosper. Service was great and our food came out so fast! Fist time here. Had a great Father's day breakfast with the family. The service was great. The food was great. I've always like the small town vib. This place is perfect being in Celina. Got there just as a couple of tables were being cleaned up. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. About 11:00am to 11:30am it starts to slow down, for those that like it to be less crowded. My daughter had the Mickey Mouse pancakes and she liked it. My only issue is my coffee never was refilled. I had to finally at end flag down the waitress to ask.
